Nice video, for me the rods that really made Blue Marlin stand out were their single piece T53 series of rods, from 365/ all the way to the 400/ series, both the standard one then the Supermandril versions, they also did some HMG rods in 3 piece and famously made the Gremlins line rods which are legendary. The pentagon and shark extreme lines were epic non-ed multiplier rods. They also came out with the bronzie oval T53 rod which is the strongest non-ed casting rod that I've ever thrown, absolute beast throwbait rod of note, I think it's rated up to 15oz.

I got the 5000 and it looks very nice, got it for my son for Xmas. Can’t wait to try it out my self, seems like a nice step above the Spheros

How's an proper comparison between the slammers and the gosas. Pros and cons to it. Also compare the gosa to the Penn authority if need be

Have you guys ever tried out the Saltiga x12 braid before or know anyone who has used it? If so, what have you heard about it? Got it recently, have yet to try it out- excited to give it a go! My plan is to use it for mainly lure/spinner fishing etc, likely both in freshwater and saltwater- 16lb braid. Hopefully you guys will do a review on it one day. :) Will make sure to catch up with you guys soon, when I'm there in EL. Been enjoying watching your videos! - coming all the way from NZ! ;)

Awesome gents! The monsters are definetly around, same happened happened with me over the weekend with a live mullet. Unfortunately cut my 0.6 nylon leader off after fighting it for 45min, 50m from the shore 😔.

Damn I had a similar experience to Dean at Christmas Rock last year around this time . Lost 5 of them without turning them once but my tackle isnt on the same level here . Dean got bullied hahah 😂
