I prefer realism
There is nothing fun about basic driving physics, the realism is what adds the "fun" factor when you have to actualy control the bloody car, even need for speed has heavier physics and that game is Arcady as hell, gta has always been a realistic recreation of real life, it is not good when you can hold infinite ammo and guns because even call of duty you are limited to two weapons

I kind of agree with both but put more realisim to the car instead of the arcade style, players who don't like a challange love arcadey cars.
I hope they make it realistic, at the end GTA is all about realism and if someone hates driving cars it would be weird for them to be playing a game called ''Grand Theft Auto''

Agreed, people just love to complain. I'm pretty sure any casual gamer can learn to drive with more realistic handling, plus I feel like GTA 6 will offer so many advancements in features and gameplay that the realistic driving physics shouldn't even be a problem. I just hope they give us a fine balance between GTA 4 and GTA 5's vehicle physics so that it's easily adaptable and offers some sort of challenge/consequence while driving.
The majority of the fan base isn’t kids, and even if it was, I’d still rather teach them the fun that comes with a realism-focused approach.

From someone who plays car simulations I can say GTA 4 physics were certainly more realistic and superior. I hope GTA 6 is more simulation
You have to also think about what could happen on online too.
Gta4 was way to extreme and Gta5 is too little
car damage would have to be based on how much armor you buy for your personal vehicle, and handling off your upgrades
it would make stealing cars off the streets much more of a risk and a last resort and much difficult to get away, the plus side of using cars off the streets means you can ditch them easily
but using your personal vehicle would have the cops put it down on record making it easy to spot you if you, if they see you next time
I think they should only add that to the story
it should go more towards GTAIV

9:13 The main vehicle problem I hated about GTA 5 was, if I customize a car ,park it, and get out and go inside a store. The car always disappears, that's bullshit , especially the cars you customize to a tee. Now your attached to the dawn thing and now it's gone. Fix that shit asap,Rocky.

People want realism and emersion but want cars to handle like go-carts and slot cars.
Unfortunately that’s not how it works, 70s cars handle like boats.. 80s cars handle like boats… in fact most cars handle like boats unless you’re in a race track ready sports car

They should add car tuning and make armor upgrades reduce the vehicle damage. It is grand theft auto after all, so the game should be about cars, not just "missions."

@@ProSkye59driving physics in gta 4 had same cons like super soft suspensions, like there's no stiffness to them when you turn. but overall gta 4 is still a better system. i think gta 6 will have an in between in terms of driving realism

I daily drive/ride a black Western Sovereign I've owned for a while now in GTA Online. It's a bike that does have that weight shift feeling if you ask me, it's zippy and definitely does feel like it steers lightly, however once you go past it's bounds it does start to oversteer and hopping a bit. If you want good feedback, get a Sovereign.
The brake and reverse gear must be separate buttons for console because everytime you brake at a stop light the car engages reverse that is stupid and get some turn signal lights in the game and make crashes like real life make the game more realistic

Second of all, for story mode, why not do difficulty modes like RDR1? Easy? Gta 5 arcade like driving. Normal? Gta 4. Hardcore? Beam. And uh oh, looks like I ate too much Burger Shot before I entered this triathalon, somebody call am ambulance!

I still think gta v has the best driving physics in modern gaming. Cyberpunk was awful. GTA v’s physics weren’t anything special but at least you could drive in a straight line without crashing

Hear me out (I know I’m stretching). So y’all know how they do artist events in Fortnite?? It would be cool asl to see them do that in online hell maybe even story mode. But it would be cool to have a deadline to buy tickets to the concert and if you miss the deadline then you can’t go. It would also be cool to buy your tickets then drive to the mall and buy jewelry, shoes, and clothes then drive back home and get dressed, then driving to the Miami amphitheater or kaseya center to watch the artist preform (I know I’m probably stretching but it’s gets the mind wondering)
So you're saying that instead of a fun activity I can do when I have free time, it should become a real life replacement for which I should plan my free time around.
