I was bullied by my dad i was his punch bag for a lot of years until i grew up and i wasn't such a easy target but i never sunk to his level and used violence against him, I left home and cut him out of my life and become a dad with 2 kids and never once told them he existed. Then 2 years ago i was contacted by my sister that he was dying and would like to see me and all his grand kids before he went i said no, that was my punishment to that nasty piece of work i owed him nothing for what he did to me it may of been alot of years ago but it wasn't something i would ever forget he died and i did not shed one tier for that monster.

I put up with my dad's psych abuse for decades. Go visit him, spend a few hours being told how useless I was, take 4 weeks to get over it, then back again. Finally he got pissed at me for something and told me come collect my stuff and give him his key back. As usual, a couple of days before I was to go get my stuff he called to say forget about it, all is good. I showed up anyway, and picked up my stuff, handed him the key and said "have a nice Life". 4 weeks of pleading for me to come back, gradually becoming threats of disinheritance. I was going to call him at Christmas but he passed away on Dec 5, 2005. Both my brother and I were cut out of the will, and my half brother got it all. Oh well, that's how it goes. He died alone and friendless. No regrets on my part.

He lay on the rail road tracks. Two block from our house. Over a girls. I cry every day for my son. I take his place of I could. Yes your dad hurt you I'm sorry about it. I do not know his and your heart. But it's your dad. All I have to see his grave. For the last 65 years

I went to a catholic high school I was always intimidated by an older kid from another public high school he used to wait for me everyday after school at the local railway station. He would punch me in the stomach and one time ha gave me a fat lip, I was only 14 at the time the bully was 16, after the fat lip I decided I wasn’t going to put up with this any longer, on the way to the station I was scared witless but determined I got to the station and before he could say anything or do anything I punched him as hard as I could on the nose it immediately started to bleed, when he was holding his nose I kicked him in the crutch, he went down holding his crutch, while he was down I kicked him twice in the stomach, he was crying like a baby, as I walked away I said to him I thought you were a tough guy don’t ever come near me again. This kid terrorised me for over a year, it turns out he was a bully that picked on other kids he thought he could push around. I never saw him again after that, I hope he never turned his attention to some other kid smaller than him.

At my nursing school, the instructors will fail minorities for no reason other than their dislike of minorities. I passed my grades but I was called by my professor and she told me that as per the Dean, I was to fail the semester. I didn't answer, and the next thing I did was walk into the law office of the JHON COLEMAN at Fort Myers and explain my situation. John took the case and a similar agreement between the school and me happens. A few months later I finished school and get my degree. God bless Mr. COLEMAN for what he did for me.

My father broke both my legs when i was 4 years old. Then tried to drown me. Before I was 11 years old, Gary broke both my arms, both legs, left shin in 3 places, 7 ribs, my maxillary below my left eye socket and my skull with a glass coke bottle. At age 11, Gary shot me with a 12 gage shotgun. I would run away from the youth shelter at OCMH later that summer because the house parents were worse than Gary and live in the streets until I was 19 years old. At age 19, I was 5'7" and weighed 120lbs and my waist was 22". Today I'm a scientist in northern Africa.

Why do children have to have such bitches as supposed parents. They obviously didnt reach the heart. I know that i was not the best parent as i took on 3 stepchildren at the age of 26 when i didnt even know how to have sex. I had a hard time with them and withdrew into my own shell and became estranged to them and my wife. Now divorced, I just have tried to be there for my son as he is my world, Although he sits on the internet all day and hardly speaks to me. I have never lifted my hand to kids. When I was in the 8th grade, I had a best friend who was constantly bullied by an older student that was supposed to have been in the 10th grade but got held back to the 9th grade. One day she came to me upset at what the older student did and I went and confronted her. When she pushed me I pushed her back and we started fighting in the hallways. Although she was much bigger than me I was able to land some hits until the onlookers yelled "Teacher" so we stopped and walked away before they arrived. None of us got into trouble but from then on the older student never bothered me or my friends again!

But it never lasted long, because I fought back--breaking a few noses and rupturing one guy's spleen. I never got in trouble with my parents, because they always told me I'd be in a world of trouble if I ever started a fight...but not for ending one, or defending myself. This is what I've passed along to my two sons. I'm 50 and do not condone violence. But I will defend myself if needed (I'm also a black belt in BJJ)

I was the youngest. My sister, one year older than me, and I was in junior high school and my older brother was in high school. A boy that liked her but she rejected started bullying her by "accidentally" bumping into her and saying rude and obnoxious things to her. I told my brother I wanted to punch his lights out. He poked me in the solar plexus and it about dubbed me over. "Hit'm right there as hard as you can and then start swinging as fast as you can and don't stop until it over and get out of there fast." I did just that. Took him out completely breathless, no defense at all. I told him if he touches my sister again I'd kill him. Problem solved for good.

Yes, I had a sad situation at school when I was in the first year of attendance, the equivalent of a freshman I guess...
Whilst walking up to the schools main gate, pushing my bike, I noticed a large crowd of students, boys & girls at the gate...
Upon pushing my way through the crowd of about a hundred students, I saw the school bully, who towered over me & had a small kitten that he was about to impale the poor animal on the pointed fence...
Ignoring my fears & listening to my compulsion, I demanded the bully hand me the kitten, he said he would but was going to impale me on the fence instead...
I said "OK", because I wanted the kitten to be safe...
He hands me the kitten which I passed to a couple of older female students who took the kitten to safety...
At this the bully clenched his rather large fist, but before he could raise his arm to strike me I head butted him in the face altering the position of his ugly nose...
The bully went flying backwards leaving a trail of levitating blood in the air as it all appeared to happen in slow motion like a Bruce Lee movie...
As the bully lay on the carpark tarmac, unconscious the whole school had Now gathered & gave me the most incredible cheer...
The kitten was taken home by one of the two girls who I handed him to...
Needless to say I was never pushed around by anyone in that school again & have always believed in the power of conviction since...
Today, like the boy in this video I fight against injustice & run my own animal sanctuary for cruelly treated, unwanted & abandoned animals...
THANKYOU FOR THE GREAT VIDEO SHARE...👍😊❤

I was bullied in 6th grade. Then I hit puberty early, and started lifting weights and sparring with friends. In 7th grade the ringleader challenged me to a fight after school. I looked him in the eye and said, "You know what... let's do it. I don't think you can beat me." He stammered and made an excuse. Fight never happened, and he avoided me from then on. That said, it could have went sideways. I could have met him and his goons could have come out and beat me badly. It's best to not fight. Even when you win, you lose.

Yes, I was bullied at school. Just a group of boys at my hostel continued to harass me. Not all in the dormitory of 24 agreed with what they were doing. The leader had an older brother and a younger brother at the boarding school and I was a small boy and suffered from a sight problem as well as being small in Stature. They even tried to squash a locust in my mouth. My nerves were shot, to the point of wetting my bed for 3 nights in a row. That was most embarrassing. NO ONE defended me. Even the prefects didn't stand up for me except one who I was friendly with well built and pushed weights. I wanted to get help but was always afraid to ask. I endured this for 2 years and then was moved to dorm 3 but because I was the smallest, was moved back to the younger dormitory. For some reason, my parents did not send me back to boarding school. I would have liked to stay in the school, but then had to go to another school which I hated with a passion and could not continue. Even my geometry teacher hated me and kicked me out the class. That is when i just left for home and never returned.

I was always "little Gary" and picked on, but I always fought back. After fighting back I was left alone until the next bully came along. I started to study Judo, train at Chuck Norris school and went on to get an 8th degree black belt in Kung Fu San Soo. I learned most bullys are full of puff and stuff and confidence in you attitude will a lot of times persuade them to leave you alone...but a martial arts background can help cement the deal with grounding results.

By the time you train enough to be a black belt you are grown up and bullies leave you alone, anyway. I was picked on, too, but I finally grew up and I was never a bully back because they are scum bags.
I got cussed out by some thugs this morning and fighting only gets you thrown in jail. I was told the guy was going to knock me out, but I told him to bring it on and he just kept mouthing off and running away. If I had given him what he deserved, I'd be in jail for it. I've been disabled since birth. My stepfather travelled to a new workplace/base every 12 months, so I had a new school every year. Sometimes I'd have a few schools in one year. I'd go to a new school, I'd get the new kid treatment plus the crippled kid treatment. One school it was year nine, a kid tripped me and pushed me over so I fell into a desk. I hit my head pretty hard and cut my lip and forehead. I still don't remember what happened next, until I was being dragged off him by a teacher. Apparently I had picked up the desk I was tripped over into by one leg and used it like a club to beat the kid who tripped me so savagely I broke the chair he was sitting in and gave him a concussion. That was one of the years I went to more than one school.

My own childhood was somewhat cruel. When I went to comprehensive school I was the only boy in shorts. At home my stepmother refused to let me wear long trousers (I lost my mother at birth and my father blamed me) As the only boy in shorts I was bullied mercilessly by the other boys for three years until my BCG injection which my mother had to attend. To her credit she relented and got me longs but it was too late as I was now school scapegoat. (1200 kids) I only was able to make friends in 6th form as they were mainly new students from other schools. That experience scarred me for most of my life until I was in mid 50's. Then I was able to face my past and overcome it but not before I neglected my father in his old age because of my own past. I now devote my life to helping the world in repentance, but as my blindness advances I am in a race against time as I need to make a difference before I am helpless. (I am making progress but it gets harder all the time and I am alone in my task)... I have never been able to defend myself except in my imagination. I am not made of that stuff and I would rather be invisible, and that is how I work today at 71 years old!

I was bullied in elementary school. For years, the school bully and her gang followed me home, taunting me. Finally, in my last year - sixth grade - I'd had enough. My father, an athlete, had been teaching my brother and me how to fight. "Lead with your left and come in with a right hook" was one of his favorite moves. One day, I learned that the leader of the bullying gang was going to beat me up in the schoolyard, when we went home for lunch. I was a girl of normal size, but she was huge - a boulder of a girl. I was afraid, of course, as I went down the stairs at lunch break, flanked by my two best friends, Dottie and Joanie. I couldn't squeal on the bully, of course, because I'd be known as a snitch, and that would make things worse. When we emerged into the schoolyard, there was the bully, waiting for me, arms crossed, a nasty scowl on her face, with five of her gang of boys standing behind her. I walked right up to her, threw a left, and went in with a right hook, as my father had taught me. She went down, writhing with pain, and her gang ran away. I jumped on her and kept punching, unaware that I had knocked out one of her teeth. My hands were covered in blood. My friends were screaming, "You got her! You got her! Let's get out-a here!" and they pulled me off her. As we ran away, we could hear her bawling. I lived right around the corner. My friends ran into my house shouting "She beat up Mary! She beat up Mary!" My father was uncharacteristically home for lunch. When he saw my torn skirt and bloody hands he said, "My little girl! What did you do?" It was a major betrayal, lol. He'd taught me to fight back, and when I did he saw only his "little" girl. When that happened, something happened to me: I never experienced fear of being attacked again, and have never had anyone approach me or bully. When I met Mary at the bus stop a week later, she looked down and said she was sorry for bullying me, and I apologized to her. It was a great moment in my life. I carry something about me that says "Don't mess with her," but luckily, it never kept boys away, lol.

My father was in the oil field and we changed school alot - seems every school some bully would try an establish some authority or pecking order over new students - my father recognizing the problem told me that if someone was going to push me to a fight that I should hit him as hard as I could in the mouth first - he said that the pain and blood would change their attitude... so next time we moved and the local bully went to try me on I hit him as hard as I could right in the mouth - his mouth spewed blood and he spit out his two front teeth - amazingly nobody was stupid enough to try me anymore. I still have the scars on my knuckles from his two front teeth... in the end my dad was right...

Gary was a sick person. You had real bad luck getting him for a caregiver. Was bullied from kindergarten to college. It drove me to sports and I excelled. Most bullies were very uncoordinated and I viciously embarrassed them on many fields 😂. By college, I took up boxing Although I didn’t win any tournament I always made it to the finals. From my training I definitely knew how to handle any civilian situation. I’ve always hated bullying and hope the bullied reach from within and steady their ship!

He thought he would try and intimidate, I gave him fair warning to stay away from me and my sisters, He laugh and lunged at me ,only to find my fist smashing into his face as hard as I could, he went down to the ground quick,he got up and started running his mouth again ,I hit him 2 more times in his face as hard as I could, he went down, when he got up he tried to run away,I knocked him to the ground again, chased him all the way to his house, his daddy took him out of school and moved away, but not before most of the school could see both of his black and blue Eyes and the lumps all over him. I had no problem with bullies at that school again

I think most of us went through the pecking order. When I'd had enough, my junior year, I broke a 3/8 rod off a metal chair. I was told 3 guys off the foo football team was going to do a gangbanger thing on me. They chased me into the bathroom, I went into the stall and drew the rod full back. The first one in, broken nose, both lips lacerated, and a laceration under the left jawbone. He fell backwards out the door & #2 entered. He got a laceration from his forehead to his left ear then across his right eyebrow on the second swing. #3 did an about face and ran out of the bathroom. They ran to the principal's office, he called the police & they tried to arrest me for assault with a deadly weapon. Luckily some friends from band got rid of the rod and the band class and half of the history class walked out to the principal's office and testified the bullies bragged about what they were going to do to me so all I got was a 3 day suspension although I did tell the principal and the cops if they ever tried again I would make sure that ppl I knew would finish the job. Although the cops threatened me with prison the bullies never bothered me again. Down deep, I really hate fighting for it serves no good purpose unless you become a professional boxer. However, if given no other choice and it's 3 on 1, make sure you have an equalizer if you want to live.

People get bullied when they look vulnerable and insecure. Predators can smell it a mile away. My dad was in the Air Force. We moved every one and a half to two years. My family lived in several different countries. I went to nine different schools in eleven years (graduated a year early). I was short, had auburn/red, very curly hair, sported freckles and glasses. Perfect target for bullies, right? Here’s how I avoided being targeted. I carried myself lone wolf style and was quiet. Always kept people guessing. I was never rude to anyone but had a perpetual RBF (not on purpose; other kids told me I had a “do not trespass” vibe). I had a few friends but was never out to make any because in a couple of years I would move on. I was more an observer of other’s behaviors and social dynamics. I learned a lot about people. I always sat in the back of the class, out of sight of others but I could see everyone. I was never bullied and was very happy being left alone and still am.

Somehow I became the target of three bullies. We’ll me along with my best friend. One day after lunch one of the bullies jumps my friend, and he fold, putting up no fight at all, all the while the bully is pounding him. The other two guys come after me. There was no way I could beat both of them up, so I picked the closest guy and kicked him in the the groin. He falls immediately. Then I went after the other bully grabbing him by his shirt and running his head into the shop buildings wall. He is out of commission. The other two saw what I did and fun away. Near the end of the day my friend and I are called to the principle’s office. He talks to my friend first, then me. The kid who I kicked in the ground said I started the fight. The principle says he know the kid was lying to him, then asks me to tell him what happened. My friend told him the same thing I did, and a couple kids who saw everything told him the same story. Apparently the bully who I shoved into the wall had a broken skull. He was at the hospital, and other than a hair, one fracture was ok. In the end the three bully’s were suspended and life got a little easier.

I was bullied for a whole year by the senior athletes who didn't get to see me at the initiation day dance, because I was in the hospital for appendicitis and a week after, it all started. I was usually turned upside down in trash cans when I was on my way to my next class. Sometimes they would hold me while one or two of them would dump trash on me and then tell me that I have to clean up the mess I made. All of this continued until the first week of May, when the Dean of the school saw them turning me upside down in a trash can for the hundredth time. They were then told that if they did anything to me again, they would be expelled and wouldn't graduate that year.

Same situations? Oh yeah. Pretty much exactly the same. The abuse stopped when I just about put my dad in the hospital during a friendly wrestling match. He finally realized that I could pound him into the ground. At school? That ended when one the local jocks walked into the room and swept all my stuff off the desk. Instead of going around the end the row to pick them up, I leaped over the desk, took him down and proceeded to beat the snot out of him. A week later 6 of them waited for me after school. They beat hell out of me but stopped when I caught one of them by the arm and started to twist. Snap crack pop. The others ran, teacher came out and called an ambulance. Never bothered me again. See, it's like this. I wear glasses. When they get knocked of by someone I tend to go into berserker mode. Stand up and fight. It's the only way to stop those types.

there was a big guy in my class that liked to bully, specially this quiet girl that he would lower her pants... and panties in front of everyone. Well i joined the class, being proficient in several martial arts... kind of the only sports i like.... and sort of made a friendship with her, she told me about the bullying. Some days later he tried the same, and i beat the crap out of him. Never did it to her, but tried to bully some others, and well... lets say i became his bully instead... he wouldn't even look at me. Needless to say, made quite a few lifetime friends, even got a few involved in martial arts, and now they are confident grown ups, with kids and all, and that girl, after we lost track of eachother for a few years, turned from ugly duckling into a hell of a swan, and well, getting married soon :) The end.

I am what is called a half breed Métis. My family was one of two families that were aboriginal. I was picked on in school by the students and the teachers. One teacher strapped me on a daily basis for things she made up . Some of the students were sympathetic but did nothing to help me. I was the oldest male member of my family and I had a protect my younger siblings. I learned how to fight back against older a bigger students. One day after school I was confronted by a big bully and he punched me in the back of my head. I grabbed him and we hit the ground rolling around until we both got back on to our feet. He grabbed my jacket and pulled it over my head and I was stuck I couldn’t move. He began to beat me with upper cuts to my chin. I saw his crotch and I punched him. He buckled up and I beat the crap out of him. No one ever bothered me again. The whole school was outside watching me beat this bully up . Even the teachers never bothered me again. You have to fight back. I don’t condone fighting with or any kind of violence but defending yourself against bullying is the only way to protect yourself.

No; but has been bullied from 1st to 7th grade with taunts and beatings every day for not accepting a role as an underdog in a court with a king who ran the show. Which has developed a hyper sensitivity for when something is not equal and honest. Fortunately, I changed schools where I decided from the start that no one in my class should experience anxiety and ostracism by strongly opposing when there was a prelude to bullying. That class has now met every 5 years for the last 45 years for a reunion and we are like each other's siblings. Until a few years ago, it characterized me in the form of anger towards "the king", until I actively decided that I would not be angry with him anymore; but injustice, abuse, rape and war "still choose themselves" as my chief enemies. Bullying is so disgusting as it fills and shapes you for the rest of your life.

There have always been out of control rich kids at boarding schools, but when I was a kid in 1970s rural american public schools, bullies got their asses tore up with wooden paddles. Yeah there was still bullying, but a bully couldn't constantly target weaker kids without getting hard paddlings daily. And I understand that time has passed, and 'corporal punishment' isn't some fix-all remedy, but it works pretty good against bullying, just by the nature of a stronger person whipping a bully's ass = it makes them find an alternate entertainment.

My counselors ask me not to fight on school grounds so I would invite them to the Park next door. I took my club to keep it one on one. After a few whoopings no one would show up. When they would see me walking in the halls they'd turn around and hurriedly leave. After a few I didn't get to fight anymore after my reputation. The ladies all adored me for being their hero. Making them safe and happy was thanks enough. I was only 5' 7" yet school champ on the wrestling team. I could have won the championship although I'd have to cut my hair. We were in a fight for justice, it turned out we were in a fight for our lives. The first boy 8 years old did not make it, he was beaten by the bulling. Bullies are inadequates; they can dish it out but cannot take it. If the victim fights back and the bully gets hurt in the process, even if the bully wins, they leave the victim alone going forwards.

I remember one day at a local shop this tall handsome looking police officer with a few stripes said Hello Christina and I thought WOW don't remember you handsome . He said don't you remember me you helped me when I was a kid my name is .....etc. you walked with me for a few years when I was being bullied when I was short and fat lol and hit a few good punches lol I just want to thank you and you helped me decide I wanted to be in the police force.
The funny part is I was short and chubby also 🤭 still short but not chubby 😎

I was never bullied at school nor I was I ever abused at home (most of my peers considered me as having been “spoiled”). I still admire the upperclassmen at my prep school for how great they were, and as a teen never had an affair. So, stories like this all seem like elaborate fiction of two dimensional characters.

I'm Native American, when I was in the 1st grade, we moved off the Rez, I was picked on a lot, got in to fights, I guess they were the privileged boys, after awhile some of the other boys became my friends and we had each other's backs

You mean how many times did I take up for friends and myself. I got off the school bus once to fight the bus bully all the kids were cheering for me as the bus pulled away. I busted his nose and blood went every where. Then I ask his brother if he wanted some. I had no more problems from them anymore.
