    Will it be possible to use margarine instead of butter? Will it an insult to a French chef?😊myself can not use any dairy product

      Bonjour , yes you can use margarine instead of butter, it is not insult to me , the flavor is gone be different. For the margarine , try to find a margarine for puff pastry, they usually are harder and have a higher melting point.
