Art society is a generally pleasing game and one I'll likely keep for a long time due to its general appeal and ease of play/teaching. Also, i absolutely adore the individual art works in this game an dhave badgered the publisher into preparing a list of what each of them is based on. Hopefully they publish that list shortly because it is a lot of fun to look through the art works in the game and see which ones are fully original, and which ones are re-imagined classics. Little things like this matter to me ;)

Auctions, drafting, tile placement, and a fun theme with gorgeous illustrations? This game has it all.
I think it does a heck of a lot right :)
In some ways, it's like Museum and Patchwork (two of my favorite games) had a tiny artistic baby. I'm sold!
Honey, wake the kids! New 3 minute board games content just dropped.
It's 8am here in NZ, so i too just woke up ;)

It was fun. I preferred this to Modern Art
