Just got these recently and I agree that the sibilance can be unbearable on certain tracks. What I did was cut out some dishwashing sponge and insert it into the eartips and it really helps to make it less sibilant.
I love your channel. And I have one question to ask you. Since I'm a bit confused about buying the KZ headphones, you can give me your opinion of which KZ headphones you prefer best in the first and second places. Thank you very much my dear friend. what effect does the size of the foam tip core have on the listening experience? the 2nd link in the video is for t200's and while the comply site doesn't have specific recommendations for core size, other KZ earphones are t400 and t500.
do you happen to know the core size of the NICEHCK foam tips?

The KZ ZSR is a treat for $26 after I bought 2 years insurance ,see if they have specials since I bought from Kinboofi I got $2 back for putting them in cart and %10 for writing KINBOOFIUS in the code when I bought them pricing them a dollar or so more than the KZ ZST for under $30 either will make you happy and Im getting that silver cord next month ,I have to buy Xmas presents on Social Security,a very nice presentation and the Comply T -500

Is it safe to leave the cables attached to the earphones when not in used? Or should I put out the cables, I heard it easy to detached the cable from the earphones.
Dont remove the detachable cable from the IEM. it will lose its attachment if you do..

Before/after, the test of the mic of the iem, also record a mic test with the mic of your Iphone, to compare the sound quality with the iem mic.;)

You said you would link to where you got the different eartips, but never did. Would you share that info please? The silicone tips possibly look like they're from an UiiSii (from the logo on the tip)?

Bass is booming. it's better. but the sound signature is a lot brighter

Chris martin I had a pair of those and i must say that my KZ ZS3 earphones sound MASSIVELY better in EVERY area (bass, treble & vocals).
I thought the Skullcandy's were ok (apart from the button on the mic - so stiff) until i tried KZ, now i realise how crap and overpriced Skullcandy's are.

One question, it is possible to buy them for $10 at Gearbest?. The first 20 units. I tried but I just see the price and the page just freezes. I gave up. Two days the same thing. It's there any way that you know?. I have the zs3, Zs5 and Zst so I think I won't be getting this model at regular price.

Probably the ZSR's for the fact that they have a convenient removable cable.
give them a bit of time for burn in. Also, get yourself a good pair of eartips to go with them.
Do i need to get the upraded cable too? i mean, because of those sticky cable it comes with.
Try without first. If it bothers you then go for the braided.

Hi i have the ZST for a some months now i bought them in february of 2017 and i have to say that these are (for me one one of the best earphones i ever owned the sound signature is what i prefer and the details are noticible you can hear thing with them that with other earphones like razer hammerheads yea i had them for a little bit or a good pair of TDKS i own the EB900 and some other earphones cannot produce..) That sai i have to say the nagatives now
1st in low volumes you can hear an annoying hissing sound
2nd the included cable is crap cheap and fragile...definately go with an aftermarket one as the one you show there
3rd the eartips as you said are not good and they slip of easily i lost them and purchase some others
4th The last thing is the built quality to me yes the acrilyc casing that is semi trasparent and allows you to see the interlal wiring and drivers is so great...BUT the casing is separating with another piece (the carbon fiber texture or the purple if you have the "candy" one that says "left" and "right" is poored glued and stuck together i lost one and completely exposed the internals and after a couple of days i also lost the other...now i live in Greece i lost the caps in summer wich in here is very hot and that maybe makes the glue wick and th cover just ripped off.....the good thing is that the sound stage completely change now it is more wide (obviously since now everything is exposed ) other frequences didn't change to my hearing...i m now thinking to buy the ZSR cause of the 20 Ohm resistance and the fact that they are sharing the same design as the ZS3 witch have a nice seal in the ear...or the the ZS6 (with the alloy casing)...But overall a great earphone the ZST the ZSR propably will be my next set of earphones

I'm not a huge fan of the Zs6's tbh. I'd recommend you look into the Uiisii t8 earphones or the Zst's with the braided cable and a pair of memory foam tips. That's all less than $40 and you're getting great value for the $.
If you're looking for a pair of bluetooth earphones- the Meizu Ep52 sound great.

np. ooh that's a tough one. in all honesty that is beyond me, I've not entered the realm of $100 earphones just yet, that said, have you looked into some Shure's? or maybe the 1More triple drivers? I've heard some really good things about the 1more's.

I'll take the Es4's over the ZSR's anyday. but it really depends on the sound signature you're aiming for. the ZSR's will sound a lot brighter.

for games it's fine but in general I just feel like they will be ear fatiguing since they're on the brighter side.
usually when you listen to audio for longer periods of time you want to stick with something that's warmer sounding. You can always try and see which you prefer because at the end of the day, it's about you. you need to feel comfortable with your purchase.

What's better is subjective. I personally would take the zst's over the zsr's any day- but that said, there are many that prefer the zsr's over the zst's for that extra BA driver for that brighter sound signature and extra detail.

zsr model it bad product design it made your ear very hurt
