Thank you for doing this. Just purchased the same setup. Going from a unibuilt to a 100" sleeper, so keeping cab air ride, but solid mounting the sleeper. No need since I'm the only one in it. 👍🤠 3:14
Ive installed two of these on 359’s now. I find it easier to drop the crossmember and bolt the cab mate to the crossmember and put then put the whole thing up into the frame. Dont have to jack up the cab as much this way, and in the case of a truck with a sleeper its way easier. I also measured out where the bottom bolts for the air bags are and drilled clearance holes so i can remove the allen bolts that hold the air bag in if i ever have to service or replace them, this would prevent having to remove the whole unit in the future just to service air bags.
I would recommend using a late 389 style top stack mount and making a bracket that mounts to the frame for the bottom and you just run a clamp on the bottom stack connection

Good point. We just went through this in the shop with a unit that was installed 20 years ago and needed bags.

Can you please tell me where to get the air ride kit from ???

Did you have to change the front cab mount?
No
How is the ddec 8v92 run verse aa manual 8v92 any hp diffrence
Yes there is a difference. Ddec allows the largest added benefit of variable timing. The power output is higher in on road engines from factory.
According to the television add, tony evers fixed all Wisconsin roads. I don't see that's necessary
