That is a factory Peterbilt wheel. Certainly uncommon. The first generation 20” wheel, usually for power steering applications. The white horn button is the correct one for that wheel. I have a factory picture of one in a cabover. Probably worth some money if you don’t want it.
Thank you for the info! I've worked my brain and think I've mabye seen 1 before but it's different then my 81 and there's an 80 that comes in sometimes that doesn't have it either.
