But what’s the wear time test? Which wears longer? And did you use a eye primer?
I mentioned I always wear a lid primer in the beginning of the video but failed to say which one! I was wearing the Morphe eyelid primer underneath both shadow palettes. The wear test was fairly identical, even down to me turning the darkest browns into eyeliner!

Really love tarte eyeshadows but only can afford the elf.
Luckily the elf one performs just as well as the tarte IMO!
