Alright, let's dive right in. So, today we're setting up the Frontier OS35 sawmill, and let me tell you, this thing is a workhorse. If you've got some big logs and even bigger ambitions, you're going to love what this sawmill can do.
First off, the build quality is top-notch. The heavy steel log bed can hold more than 2 tons. That's right, you can throw on a massive log without worrying about it. This thing is built to handle the weight.
Now, size matters when you're milling, and the OS35 doesn't disappoint. It's got the capability to work with logs up to 35 inches in diameter. And not just that, it can make extra-wide cuts of 33 inches. It's like the limousine of sawmills, offering way more space than most of its competitors.
When it comes to power, this sawmill packs a punch with its 22hp engine. Whether you're dealing with tough oak or softer woods like Douglas-fir, this engine can handle it. You won't have to worry about the sawmill slowing down or stalling when you're halfway through a cut.
One more thing to add to the mix: this sawmill comes with some really cool patented features. There's the Auto-Locking Sawhead and EZ Blade Tension system that make your work a lot easier and faster. These aren't just fancy terms; they actually help you save time and effort during milling.
But what if you need to move the sawmill around? No worries, they've got an optional mobility kit that you can add on. This means you can tow it right to your work site without any hassle. And if you need to work on even longer logs, you can get track extensions. It's like the sawmill grows with your needs.
Finally, the Frontier OS35 comes with a one-year warranty. So, you can go all out on your projects with the peace of mind that you've got solid backup.
So, there you have it. If you're in the market for a sawmill that can handle some serious work without making you go broke, the Frontier OS35 might just be what you're looking for.

I got to play with a big OS 35 yesterday. It ripped through 23-in red oak like nothing.
Awesome stuff as always that is sure one big saw mill holy cow bring on the big trees
I have some big Tulip Poplar to put on. I am going to try some 20 oak first just to slab it. I want to see what it will do.
Can't wait to see this in action 🙌
WOW TONY, WICKED COOL MILL! HOPE SHE CUTS YOU TONS OF USEFUL LUMBER... PEACE, FROM CREEL CHIHUAHUA, MEXICO...
Yes sir. It is built well. I think it will work just as well as the OS23 but only bigger.
WHAT DID YOU DO TO YOUR FOOT TONY, HOPE IT GETS BETTER SOON, AND A BIG HI TO YOU AND YOUR LOVELY WIFE TANYA AND GIZMO , ALL THE VERY BEST TO YOU ALL .
I chipped a piece of bone off of my heel. Got to have surgery at some point.
Nice sawmill, but even their website does not state how thick of a board can it cut. What is the distance between the blade and the first obstruction above it. I have a Woodland Mills HM130MAX with a meager 7 inches which prohibits effective quarter sawing a large log. I lust for a Timber King that has 16 glorious inches between the blade first obstruction above it.
I don't know, but I will check tomorrow. Still learning it.
great job, I believe this is your best talent out of all i have watch you do and that is explaning mechanical process as you go on anything mechanical, that i have seen you do, if some one was stomp, on assembly of this type sawmill watch Tony.
Thank you. I had fun doing this video.

Hey Tony, great channel. How far apart are the parallel bed beams? I just ordered that mill but want to get the bed set up before it arrives. Thanks!
I will be out at the sawmill tomorrow. I will do a measurement.
Are you wearing your hearing protection? Hearing is.
Very important
What?
Tony 30 inch wide board is amazing I have the OS31 it's sometimes not enough. Congratulations!!!!!
Thank you so much!. The OS 35 is a beast coming from the OS 23.
🎃. The trailer deck is a real good idea I love it 🤗
I have to get creative with two knee replacements. I love this stuff
Very nice job guys! Can’t wait to see it in action.👍🏻
Slabs on the way
Bone chips suck and are very painful feel for you
I go to visit the surgeon tomorrow. I have put it off until it can't be put off any longer.
Nice! Are you planning to add an extension?
Yes I Am. They are not available until Mid October
Very nice!! Excellent work gentlemen!! 👍😎 I'm looking forward to see it in action!
Thank you. Working it tomorrow
You must have huge trees if u need a 35 inch mill
Sometimes I have huge trees.
Best video you've ever done
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Wow. I didn't even know they had one in the world...OS35. I'm really interested in seeing how that 22hp motor runs. A 35 inch log would be a brute to handle on a manual mill but it sure does give you options. I'm really intrigued and see a few changes from my OS27.
Tony, are you going to be at the Paul Bunyan show?
I am not going. I have another show a few days later at the Equipment Expo. I would sure like to meet you one day. Reach out on messenger sometime. We can trade numbers and talk shop.
