Everything I love to see in extractions, and nothing I don't love to see. The "after" picture barely even looks like they had extractions done but all the blackheads are just GONE.
This is why solar comedones are the best. There's no inflammation, no pus, no bacteria. The skin is otherwise healthy aside from the blackheads, so there is just a dramatic improvement with minimal effort.

They're is another UA-cam extractor that uses strictly cotton buds, but she uses the wooden ones. They are much stronger, and she has one stationary and one moving. Her name is Enilisa. She's very good with the cotton buds.
One video of yours u did similar things n I saw one fall off n landed on his lip to which u hurriedly tried to swish it away n didn't do. Bad practices for someone I've known for the past 5yrs watching your videos n for someone who usually takes pride in his work. You could always tell it mattered to Dr. K. Hopefully he will improve. Other than that little issue he's one of the best on UA-cam...😊

I am a big fan of yours and you are the only one who knows how to use the qtips effectively when so many others who have tried only failed as they hold the q-tips too high and are constantly slipping on people's faces. I know I am going to get shit for this but I m going to ask anyway...wouldn't the comedone extractor been better in removing those blackheads around the eyes especially with the skin being so thin & delicate? When you were done with the q-tips it seemed like there were still more in those pores.

You need to change out a fresh botton ball or a fresh 2x2 gauze pad often. Otherwise you are wiping extracted blackheads all over the client's eyelashes & eyelids.
This is the only person I've ever seen with blackheads of that size on the eyelid and around the eye. I'm surprised he didn't take care of that sooner.
