My only pet peeve is so many put the debris on their gloves, instead of damn napkin. After a few minutes I have to clock off and look for one who doesn't. Which sucks, this guy's nose is a landmine.

I think a moist hot towel applied for a few before pushing them out, would have likely opened the pores up more and eliminate having to push so hard. All in all, this is one of the best pimple popping videos I've ever watched

I feel like there was a less painful way to do this. It looks like he was enduring a lot of unnecessary discomfort.
@S A even with numbing injections, you can feel pressure and pinching motions. you can see his face cringe when the doctor pinches certain spots.

After all these years it never ceases to amaze me how much gunk can come out of one small hole in the skin. Sometimes it does not even seem logical how much comes out. This is up there for one of the best blackhead videos.
It amazes me how they let it get to that stage.
That's funny cuz I use the word "gunk" too and I've never heard or seen anyone else use it!

If you got a noticable black head in my family your head was in someone's lap within the hour. I got my mom a comedone extractor tool a few years ago and she LOVES it. She got to use it on an ingrown hair cyst and was overjoyed the entire time.

What makes me an expert on blackheads you ask? Well, idk really... I just seem to have a nose for those kind of things!
When the stuff blocking the pores comes out in 3 different colours, you can tell they are lying there for a LONG time.

My heart cries out for this grandfather! Usually Suri is so gentle, but this hurt! I think there are other ways this could have been done to make it more comfortable for the client. 😢.
This grandpa didn't flinch. Breathe. Nothing. Terrible. Such pressure in pinching.
These were some very old and dry contents. They weren’t going to come out easily. The tech did a very nice job. I’ve seen some other techs who would have massacred grandpas skin.
He was in a flinch position the entire time. If he were to say something, the audio is covered by peace music. This ain't peaceful.

Suri, for deep-seated solar comedones such as these, wouldn't it be easier for you and the client if his face was put under a steamer or warm, damp cloth prior to extraction?🌷
She has said previously that they do wash the clients face before extraction.

@@Pennysoma2646 Yeah, this guy needs a steam not just a wipe. And usually I'm not any too fond of nicking the top crusty part of the bla khead but in this case it would have made for a easier extraction. He'll be bruised as heck from this !
The crap has been in someones face for a long time also they may not be hydrated enough so stuff sticks
I bet he will feel better after all that.
I feel there should have been a pre warming of the nose with hot water towels and perhaps an attempt at loosening the blackheads before such painful squeezes. That poor man!

That poor man should have gotten on that sooner. I'm sure he nose,(pun intended) that is how they remove them where he lives... I recall an 88 year old relative going nuts because he found a blackhead on his back... I guess it's a cultural thing. I rarely see a young person with crazy acne in the states. Even in the 60s, it was rare to see SO many people covered in acne. I wonder if it's retinol here or something helping??? Maybe too expensive there but just guessing. Maybe skin type? Guessing again 🤔

Older people bruise from open wound way more then a younger person does. I thought the same thing, will she is so eager to poke other people who pimples don’t need poke why doesn’t she poke him and then I thought about how badly it would bruise him.
Also, these are called solar comedones and unlike blackheads, which are caused by dirt and oil build up, these are caused by years and years of sun exposure and possibly smoking.
Maybe would have been easier to extract after a warm cloth had been applied to open up the pores

@@dasiegirl2347 Hard life doesn't always mean working hard. it can mean lack of money, necessary stuff to clean your place, clean water, food...etc. So I guess this guy not only he had to work hard to earn some money but it was also difficult for him to get the necessary things that many of us have access to.

Skin should be steamed first to make extraction easier and gentler on the patient
I completely agree. Then break the crust on top of the pimple and try to pull crust up and out a bit. Then squeeze from underneath, and Heaven's sake, if it doesn't budge one way, try another angle! That poor man for sure had bruises.
I always think that watching these. Prep and technique =everything.

Dont do that, his nose is like this cuz he have gib pores, and you can either born with big pores or your skin streches as you grow older, and popping them Wil make your pores gradually bigger

Agree. Too many times, they just do one push and you can see the area is still distended with blockage under the skin, but they just move on. This guy completely clears the pore. Good job!

Ost other videos and the amount of crap in this guy's pores... they did a pretty damn good job of not irritating me with barely squeezing or leaving huge pimples untouched. I have to admit some are thoroughly awful. But I know some people have more OCD than me so I get it

Drove me crazy to see that poor nose getting squeezed, when the blade was right there. The whole time! Could have decreased the amount of squeeze considerably.

These are solar comedones and they come from a lifetime of working in very hot weather. Chances are that by the time this man has finished working all day and eat some supper it's probably time to sleep. The last thing he's concerned about is squeezing his face. I think people spot these old folk and pay them a few dollars for a good video
They are deep in the skin and hard to remove. You get blackheads like that from sun damage and not wearing sunscreen.
Steaming the nose and a little probe prior to extract those at least 50 year old blackheads would have been a game changer!

They're solar comedones caused by sun damage. They're sticky and hard to remove. A good steaming immediately prior would have helped, so too a blade to each one gently..all that squeezing and pushing? Ouch

I think a very warm cloth on the face would help open the pores so the pinching wouldn't have to be so forceful and leave so much bruising.
Yeah that is the correct way of preping the skin is by opening the pores up first xx

I doubt it’s going to leave that much bruising, minimal MAYBE. It’ll probably just be really red for a few hours then the swelling will go down.

I just wish she would PLEASE stop putting the gunk on the gloves. It's so very unsanitary! Otherwise she is doing a good job of getting the blackheads out.

He has rhinorhhea (I may have misspelled it) . It’s a disorder that thickens and hardens the nose tissue. It can usually be repaired surgically. This one is a mild case. I’ve seen them grow bigger than softballs, no kidding!

Good thorough job. The blackheads were so hard and completely oxidized, I think it would have made the extractions faster and easier on the client's skin if there had been some kind of pre-treatment to soften them.

This is hands down the GREATEST blackhead video EVER!!! This mans nose was an unbelievable goldmine. The length of the video was great (although in this case it would never be long enough) , the blackheads were squeezed out by hand & not with some instrument & the fact that each ‘pore’ was given time to make sure it was all gone was brilliant. Keep up the good work!

These would have been much more comfortably removed with sterile Q-tips. This was a very elderly person probably close to 90 and their skin is so sensitive and takes ages to heal. I don't enjoy videos where they're extracting from the very elderly because I doubt these people are walking in there asking to have blackheads removed that has been there for possibly 40 or 50 years. It seems more like it's for the purpose of a good video. This lovely person looked rather disoriented. Stay safe and well.
