This video needs to be a training video for technicians. They used the right size small needle/tool. They never jabbed and dug any pimples out. Most of the time they just squeezed. I love this video and watch it all the time. They all did perfect respectful professional work on their clients! Some of these technicians just dig, jab, stab and rip them out before they are even emptied.😡 You should be proud of this video, I sure am!!😊 Great job, thanks for sharing!!!

I’ve said it a thousand times so I’ll,say it again….Thuy can pinch off a nose from a face in one pinch her fingers are THAT strong & she’s THAT through ! I absolutely unequivocally looooove these where there are soooo many you just don’t know where to begin so just start squeezing ! Be mindful that it’s painful and be focused to keep it like section by section, (area by area really), you won’t get them all but you will get the majority. Especially Thuy! She’s just outstanding! She’s compassionate and thoughtful of her patients and I know that by watch the “Houng Saga” the epic Battle she waged upon that young mans catastrophic case. It’s 29 sessions long and they about an hour long each and she is fan-🤬 tactic! Not the red mad face though. You never think that young man face would ever be right again…she had him looking as if he never seen a pop at all….well ok…maybe one but that poor man/boy had ever pour full of a rugby large bulbous bacteria laden OMG-ness that you would ever see. It was weepy, leaky, sticky, bloody, pussy, mess anyone would have though he’d be scared for life…but he wasn’t. For a time we had a interpreter and that’s when we found out that she was also prescribing antibiotics and when the young man couldn’t afford it she got it for him to make sure he didn’t skip or missed any . This man was so afflicted he was devestated she nurtured his self esteem slowly……geezus I only intended to write a quick comment sorry guys I’m out……Oh! pS Well done ! Thuy my girl! 😉

There is nothing that gets me more than seeing a large, full pustule that gets halfway emptied than a good portion is left behind to ache and fester, especially when I can see it from here.

The client will be seen again the next day, the un emptied pore will be easier to empty without being squeezed & risking damage to the surrounding area. On the nasty glove, gets an automatic 👎🏼 Put the debris on a gauze pad, clean the lancets and/or needles, and not finishing cleaning the pore out are wrong.
OK but look at how MANY there are. It’s not realistic to completely empty every single one in a single session. This is not a single session client. What she DID do is take enough out of those pores so that hopefully the client won’t have any new inflamed spots on their next session. Bet she’ll be able to knock the rest out then!

It is so difficult to decipher what is actually Thuy’s channel anymore I prefer not to judge, which is practicality impossible but good practice. I do recognize this video from the past and the comments on many channels are often derived from a bot it appears. These channels are popping up more then the pimples are. I do not want to support anyone trying to make money on someone else’s reputation and hard work. Very unethical to say the least

After watching so many of Sac Dep Spa's videos still hard to believe these girls do not know how to empty out completely the pimples??? And why two clients in the same video? Doesn't make since.
The thing that people are not aware of is the conversation between the client and the person doing the work. Maybe they didn’t have the money to get all of their face done. The client may have told them to get the worst ones first then the would save up to get more done. Perhaps they only had a limited amount of time.
You could say or ask that about ANY procedure in the world. Everything has its pros and cons. But, It is Already damaged, and given the fact that it gets worse if left undone, and heals some or even totally, if it IS done, wouldn't everybody chance it if they knew where to go?! Wouldn't everyone so badly afflicted, suffering mentally as well as figuratively (not even to mention what is does to your psyche in the area of romance!) hunt for a "spa"? 😁😝❣️
Yes; this people should go to a doctor for a strong antibiotic o acne medication. Most likely they don’t have access to it and this is the best they can get 😳
You have to remember that this is magnified and the blade that she is using is approx 8mm at its widest part so the incision she makes r tiny xx if the spot was left it would grow bigger and become inflamed leaving bigger acne scars xx I’d much rather this than having someone use a hypodermic needle or acne extraction tool to tear my skin which I’ve seen in other vids xx
@@ruthballenger9215 This is Vietnam, where acne isn’t covered by health insurance, so the doctors will refer their patients to Thuy. Also, antibiotics are OTC there and Thuy will tell them to take them before she starts popping, usually after 3 days most inflammation is gone, but she tells clients to continue taking them until they are gone. Skincare and good skincare products are part of the healing process and should continue cleansing twice a day, so they avoid having to come back for maintenance poppings too soon. Patients who come to Sac Dep Spa get more than just popping. There are 6 or 7 steps in each session, that include cleansing before and after, steaming to open pores, exfoliating, masking and a facial massage. Doctors don’t do all that, they pop and then the session is done. The only other professional esthetician is Hien Van Spa that I’ve seen on here. Hien is good at healing cystic acne, while Thuy is the go to person for cysts. They both try to completely empty pores, and genuinely care for their clients.

I just want her to clean out the pores completely and stop pressing with her fingernails…that makes extra scarring for no reason. We learned in both cos and esthi that you press with the pads of your fingers. If she did that, these videos would be truly satisfying!
I'm still lost. Anybody with eyes can see that many of these are still not done. They were started and then moved away from before being completed. Some blackheads still black. Some cysts still oozing. Others were poked and just left behind. Please explain as I'm trying to understand.

After watching so many of Sac Dep Spa's videos still hard to believe these girls do not know how to empty out completely the pimples??? And why two clients in the same video? Doesn't make since.
I was wondering the same. I guess they keep the pimples full so the clients return to sac dep spa sooner 🤡

I think I’m missing the point of the others. In years past we often saw two different clients without them finishing the first one.

Skin is really covered/invested with blackheads. Pimples just everywhere!
The thing that people are not aware of is the conversation between the client and the person doing the work. Maybe they didn’t have the money to get all of their face done. The client may have told them to get the worst ones first then the would save up to get more done. Perhaps they only had a limited amount of time.

You could say or ask that about ANY procedure in the world. Everything has its pros and cons. But, It is Already damaged, and given the fact that it gets worse if left undone, and heals some or even totally, if it IS done, wouldn't everybody chance it if they knew where to go?! Wouldn't everyone so badly afflicted, suffering mentally as well as figuratively (not even to mention what is does to your psyche in the area of romance!) hunt for a "spa"? 😁😝❣️
Yes; this people should go to a doctor for a strong antibiotic o acne medication. Most likely they don’t have access to it and this is the best they can get 😳
You have to remember that this is magnified and the blade that she is using is approx 8mm at its widest part so the incision she makes r tiny xx if the spot was left it would grow bigger and become inflamed leaving bigger acne scars xx I’d much rather this than having someone use a hypodermic needle or acne extraction tool to tear my skin which I’ve seen in other vids xx
@@ruthballenger9215 This is Vietnam, where acne isn’t covered by health insurance, so the doctors will refer their patients to Thuy. Also, antibiotics are OTC there and Thuy will tell them to take them before she starts popping, usually after 3 days most inflammation is gone, but she tells clients to continue taking them until they are gone. Skincare and good skincare products are part of the healing process and should continue cleansing twice a day, so they avoid having to come back for maintenance poppings too soon. Patients who come to Sac Dep Spa get more than just popping. There are 6 or 7 steps in each session, that include cleansing before and after, steaming to open pores, exfoliating, masking and a facial massage. Doctors don’t do all that, they pop and then the session is done.
The only other professional esthetician is Hien Van Spa that I’ve seen on here. Hien is good at healing cystic acne, while Thuy is the go to person for cysts. They both try to completely empty pores, and genuinely care for their clients.
The scalpel is the least damaging to the skin.

The first video, I cud watch all day. If that was my face, I’d have taken care of a lot of that myself.

I just want her to clean out the pores completely and stop pressing with her fingernails…that makes extra scarring for no reason. We learned in both cos and esthi that you press with the pads of your fingers. If she did that, these videos would be truly satisfying!

I'm still lost. Anybody with eyes can see that many of these are still not done. They were started and then moved away from before being completed. Some blackheads still black. Some cysts still oozing. Others were poked and just left behind. Please explain as I'm trying to understand.

I offered a suggestion to improve the title language because the English version of this video’s title can be misinterpreted to mean that the technician has done a “terrible treatment” on her client’s blackheads. I disagree with your declaratory statement that my offer to make positive suggestions means I am more important than others. Self-confidence is not the same s narcissistic personality disorder. When I wrote this comment, I had been frustrated at all of the copyright theft going on with videos in this genre. I had noticed that creators on the AUTHENTIC channels tend to reply to viewers’ comments. Thieves, however, appear to ignore comments because they don’t care about viewer.
What might my suggestion have been, if asked? i am not certain, but I might have suggested editing the English title to say “Sac Dep Spa treats severe blackheads on face.”
