If they can’t tell me what’s in the product then it’s not going in my hair. If they can’t even part my hair into sections to detangle before blowing then the service stops right there.
Secret leave in recipe that the on-ground staff don’t know the ingredients in it?
Is she trying to get sued. There are way to many allergens around for that to be a good decision.
She should at least inform every customer of possible allergens before use.

Why did you sit there that long in the first place, a lot of these stylists are lazy and rushing they don't feel like detangling your hair so they are just gonna start ripping
I’ve been searching for a natural hair salon for the better part of a year. That’s how I came across your video. Can you please tell me the name and location of this salon so I know what to avoid…

Overall the twistout was not that bad. It just looks like it will not last long
She did seem unorganized, a little scared and she should have thoroughly detangled your hair before drying but are you aware that you have to part the hair in sections such as if you were cutting a orange or a grapefruit to get the dead ends off of all of the hair? If you only cut the bottom you’re leaving dead ends throughout. If so, did you make it clear that you wanted to keep the dead ends throughout and to only cut the ends off of the bottom because it’s impossible to cut all the dead ends from just trimming the bottom. And it’s impossible to cut the dead ends off throughout without layering it. Especially if your hair isn’t previously one length; some people’s hair grows in layers naturally. Just from observing she appeared to be confused but she should have clarified; if your expectations could or couldn’t be met before starting.
Very uncomfortable to watch. Did she derange prior to washing? I know she didn’t afterwards… Never have I ever had to sit under a dryer to dry my freshly blow dried hair 🥴 A good blow dry gets your hair REALLY straight. My stylist also trims using a white cape, so she can really see.
Right!!! No she didn’t! It was a whole mess! I’m definitely in search of a better stylist!

Sis!!! I’m telling you when I reviewed my footage I was infuriated!! I could kind of tell at the shop especially when I saw all the hair she pulled out but geez!!!
