It appears the second structure is part of the same property and includes sports, wellness and additional entertainment like a second home theater. And perhaps it also qualifies as a guest house somewhere in there. In that regard, pricing doesn’t seem that wacky given location, size of property and home(s) and fit and finishes. Obviously a lot we didn’t see in this video.
i bet about between $2-$3 millions a year cost u to run this monster property plus the same goes for TAX every year , BUT for someone paid $120M for this, is just a drop in the bucket
