That's neat because he's the one who said that Oswald was the only one missing from the building when there were at least a dozen or more others. How was he so sure that Oswald seem to be missing from the building if he hadn't searched the building or even gathered the remaining Workforce together to see who was missing. Which would be next to impossible to do in the remaining 7 minutes till 12:45 when they broadcast Oswald's description across the police frequencies.

You jumped to nefarious conclusions.. The description was broadcast because a witness on the street, Howard Brennan, saw Oswald shooting from a sixth floor window. Brennan told a police officer what he saw. The officer called in the description. There's nothing insidious or conspiratorial about it. Curry didn't know at the time where the description came from. No plot "from some big guy."

I think the elevator doors were slatted, you could see in and out. The stairwell switchback was open. Somewhere I saw Jarman and Norman and one of them said they could hear shell casings falling to the floor above. If so then surely they heard the footsteps of whomever was occupying the 6th floor as they walked, ran, or hurried to either the stairwell or elevator. Don't you think you'd wanna peek over at that stairwell or elevator to see the boogeyman coming down from one floor above you. Boooh

If you read the whole story Roy Truly helped Ruth Paine set here CIA/Naval Intell Specialist Harvey Oswald and his family up. Truly took Officer Baker from the front of the building to the back entrance and power to both elevators was shut off. Truly knew the plot and yelled up the elevator shift to let the plotters know he was on the way up. Officer Baker met Lee Oswald who was the double for Harvey in the lunch room. If officer Baker had gone through the front door, he would have meet Harvey (the Patsy). Deputy Sherriff Roger Craig also saw the Oswald Double running from the rear of the building and he got into a Nash Rambler. Ruth Paine owned a 1952 Chevy Station Wagon.

Read the book The Girl on the Stairs by Barry Ernest. He interviewed a woman who worked at the TSBD. She stated she and two co-workers heard the shots come from above them from the sixth floor. She and a co-worker hurried down the back wooden stairs to see what had transpired. She said the stairs were old and creaky, and one could hear anyone on them from the second to the sixth floor. When she and the co-worker got on the stairs within about thirty seconds of the shots, she said there was no one below or above them on the stairs. The gist of her testimony means Oswald could not have fired the three shots and raced down the back stairs like authorities claim he did, and be calm and drinking a Coke when Officer Baker and Mr. Truly came in the snack room. The woman said she and her co-worker would have heard anyone coming down the stairs--and there was no one. Oswald was not the killer, the real shooter left the TSBD building via a different route. Oswald was CIA and when he learned the mission he was involved with had actually killed the president, he knew he was the patsy. Of course, the Warren Commission ignored the woman's testimony because it didn't fit the lone nut gunman story being spouted by the FBI and CIA. LBJ was the mastermind of the entire plot, but Dulles, Hoover, mobsters, and others all had their own piece to carry out No one but LBJ and Cliff Carter had all the pieces to the puzzle because they devised it. Phillip F. Nelson's book LBJ: The Mastermind of the JFK Assassination is an incredible read and lays out just how sick of a sociopath LBJ was and how the various factions came together to kill President Kennedy. Oswald was CIA and was made to be the perfect patsy, just like he said he was before Jack Ruby was allowed to kill him on national television.

TSBD Vice President Ochus V. Campbell & Roy Truly were outside watching the motorcade parade. After the shooting they quickly went into the bldg & saw Oswald in the
storage room on the ground floor.
Ochus V. Campbell was present on the first floor during the encounter with Officer Baker
& Oswald. The WC moved it to the 2nd floor to be more convincing Oswald could've
made it ahead of Baker. Even the 2nd floor for Oswald to cover his tracks maneuvering
around stacks of boxes working his way to the stairs & run down 4 floors

This COMPLETELY DESTROYS the "Oswald did it alone" theory folks ! It's IMPOSSIBLE that Oswald (or any other human being for that matter) could first of all run towards the WEST end of the Depository to hide the Mannlicher Carcano (in case you didn't know, that's where it was found hidden), then run back to the stairs (North), run down FOUR FLIGHTS of stairs (sixth floor to 2nd floor) and show up in the lunch room calm and composed IN 2 MINUTES !!! IMPOSSIBLE ! (Anyone in the comments trying to prove that it was is simply ignoring the facts (given by officer Baker who WAS THERE, unlike you) and the simple laws of logic).

My two cents as to what happened. Oswald was a typical individual who was told, by some secret op group, to appear communist. That his mission was to make believe that he was a communist so that he could infiltrate communist groups. Meanwhile, believing this, he unknowingly set himself to take the fall. Someone of course aided him by planting all the evidence. At one point he realized that he was set up and took measures. Ruby was not the first choice to silence him, but after the first choice failed ruby was activated. All the evidence, testimony was taken in and anything that pointed to other than "lone nut theory" was destroyed/hidden/ignored. Anyone at a later date who made admissions was labeled loony. Kennedy was a pacifist and did not appear to follow the program that New World Order group wanted. While, from sourcing from various reading Kennedy did not appear to know the economics of international bankers but he may have began to understand some aspect of how they operate. Kennedy appointed Douglas Dillon as secretary of the treasury and Kennedy may have confided certain things in private that rose the suspicion of this group. This group have people everywhere.
The various problems with the evidence.
    1) No chain of custody for oswald's rifle. Initially the rifle found at the Book depository was a Mauser. But the Carcano has "Made in Italy" and serial number inscription right on the rifle. How can police officers make such an obvious error? Also mystery as to how LHO acquire the rifle using a false name. How did he pick up the rifle from the post office. When and where did he mailed the money order for the rifle? When and where did LHO practice with the rifile, with the understanding that he had no car?
    2) No Chain of custody on the hulls in the national archives.
    3) Lack of preservation of the crime scene. A) Dealey Plaza people trampled all around the point of assassination to the degree that someone a day later found a piece of JFK head matter. B) Clothes were taken and destroyed. c) Limousine was allegedly taken immediately to be redone.
    4) Witnesses ignored: A) John and Nellie Connally which claim that there were two separate shots the one that hit JFK in the throat and the one that hit John C.
    B) George Burkley who was present at both the Parkland Hospital and the autopsy was largely ignored by the Warren Commission. Burkley was asked whether he agreed with the Warren Commission's view on the number of shots. Burkley's reply: "I would not care to be quoted on that."
    4) Perhaps the most troubling evidence is the testimony by Parkland Doctors and some of the Bethesda Personal that claim a 5x7cm exit wound in back of JFKs head. New York Times reporter took testimony from Parkland Hospital doctors and wrote: "Later in the afternoon, Dr. Malcolm Perry, an attending surgeon, and Dr. Kemp Clark, chief of neurosurgery at Parkland Hospital, gave more details.
Mr. Kennedy was hit by a bullet in the throat, just below the Adam's apple, they said. This wound had the appearance of a bullet's entry.
Mr. Kennedy also had a massive, gaping wound in the back and one on the right side of the head. However, the doctors said it was impossible to determine immediately whether the wounds had been caused by one bullet or two."
    5) Claims of same bullet doing to opposite things. One bullet CE399 traverse two bodies, Another bullets explodes JFKs head. supposedly leaving fragments in the wound and at least two external fragments CE567.
    6) Has anyone duplicated the damage that the magic bullet did, while remaining relatively intact? Did anyone take the Carcano precisely in the condition that it was found in the sniper's nest and simulate the three shots?
We would like to let it go but we cannot. We cannot let go of a murder committed a long time ago if it was not the president. We cannot let go of the assassination of President Kennedy because this means that these powerful people are brazen enough to kill the president in broad daylight and get away with it are brazen enough to do far more damage. They are brazen enough to get away with stealing our gold in fort Knox, or carried out false flag operations. They are brazen enough to steer the military into conflicts which only benefits them. They are brazen enough to start race riots where millions could be killed. They are brazen enough for genocide to reduce the population. If the population is a problem, then there is are humane programs that could be implemented. JFK gave the space program a direction. Today the space program is dying. Too much money is going to pay off a phony debt. Too much money is going into the war machinery. Who are we suppose to conquer? Who is going to attack us?

Very well said argument. I agree with you it is so painfully obvious that this case is much more than a "crazed lonely gunman acted alone".
Oswald was involved in some kind of underground black OP and he took the role of the patsy in this case... there were other gunmen and high pro shooters!
Dont forget to take these shots you must be amazing or better!
Warren Commision? Well they were never about the truth they were for LBJ to calm down the public. A commission to investigate JFK's murder with Allen Dulles... well its obvious, they did not want to know the truth because they already knew it! Dulled was CIA. He knew everything. And he hated JFK like many others... they were jealous and full of hate towards JFK because he was successful, rich and popular and at last he made changes!
Thats why they killed him! They did not want to change! The change was equal to loose their jobs...lives, everything they owned and their power!
It was obvious they wont let it happen...they just had to kill JFK...so they did...

“Some of the biggest men in the United States, in the field of commerce and manufacture, are afraid of somebody, are afraid of something. They know that there is a power somewhere so organized, so subtle, so watchful, so interlocked, so complete, so pervasive that they had better not speak above their breath when they speak in condemnation of it.”
      ― Woodrow Wilson
      What power could control
      1) The media, including television
      2) Set up war games to mimic the attack and confuses the billions of dollar USA defense systems?
      3) Bring down buildings in a controlled demolition, and be able to use television to convince many people that it was fire that brought them down through the power of suggestion?
      4) Control the congress, the senate and the subsequent presidents and avoid a real investigation?
      5) Control the military and use 9/11 to attack countries that had nothing to do with 9/11?
      6) Keep evidence from public scrutiny under the guise of national security.
      7) Failed in response as the attacks were occurring and no one was reprimanded, or fired, but many were promoted. All the tops chiefs were AWOL during the attacks.
      8) No preservation of the crime scene. NIST did not bother to test for explosives because they claim that no explosions could be heard.
More and more 9/11 truth videos on you tube are getting relentlessly hit with government sycophants, and even cointelpro shills. They will try and suggest that the buildings did not fall at free fall speed, or that they did not fall symmetrically. Or that there was no molten metal despite the pictures and footage. On one hand they will tell you that the jetliners could cause disastrous damage on one scene but on another scene they are okay when the damage was minimal. They are at the opposite extreme of those individuals claiming that there were no planes and what we saw were holograms. It appeals that they are extreme theories for the purpose of obfuscating the truth. The fact that the media is interviewing the hologram people can be interpreted to mean that they intend to bring doubt to viable non-official theories by relating it to obviously faulty theories. My suggestion is believe in what you see and call it out, dont let the government sycophants and their cartoon physics tell you otherwise.

Joe Smith You're right about that, also he presided over a large escalation nuclear weaponry. But this was the prevailing view at the time and JFK also knew that he could not have been elected as a pacifist.
But the Cuban Missile Crisis among other incidents helped him to see the insanity of this path of nuclear proliferation and destruction. JFK did change his pov over time and that is documented not only in his correspondences with Khrushchev and their mutual effort to complete the first arms control agreement between the two nations. This was an unprecedented effort for both men and did not endear them to the hardliners in both countries.

But most significant for me is the insight into the conspirators time line. (Not Oswald, he was a patsy).
The actual conspirators planning must have started in late 61 or early 62 at the latest.
This begs the question what set of actions did Kennedy take early in his presidency which started the plan to assassinate him?

Oswald might have been a scapegoat but he was no patsy. Oswald was definitely an American intelligence asset at the very least. While in jail he tried to call 2 numbers. One for a John D Hurt and another for a John W Hurt. John D Hurt was a former Army counter intelligence agent. But Victor Marchetti of the CIA said that John D Hurt was not Oswald’s handler, John Hurt was what’s known as a cutout man. So Oswald’s handler tells Oswald “if you’re in trouble call John Hurt and he’ll know to tell me you’re in trouble” so Oswald not knowing John hurt, goes to the phone book, finds two numbers for John Hurt, and memorizes them both. It’s classic CIA spycraft you never call your handler directly because it leaves a trail.

Good interview, but just to point out, the dispatcher didn't say Lee was armed with a .30-30 rifle specifically; he said he was thought to be armed with "a thirty caliber rifle." Thirty caliber generically covers a number of calibers such as .30-30, 7.62x51mm and the infamous 7.65mm Mauser among others.

Oswald's name didn't become primary to local police seeking a suspect until a phone call was made from the offices of Bell Helicopter in Forth Worth; a call made from the offices where Michael Paine worked...Michael being the husband of Ruth Paine, the woman with whom Marina Oswald was living at the time. The call from Bell specifically stated the name Lee Harvey Oswald. Another likewise call emanated from the Dallas FBI office as well as another from the local military district. Shit, talk of a fucking setup as well as an aftermath becoming quite readily a cluster fuck! After all, LHO was supposed to have been nailed as the assassin within minutes of the Dealey Plaza shooting. Instead, JD Tippit, among others, are hastily and in a state of near panic meandering about Oak Cliff seeking the elusive Lee. The man who shot Tippit, Gary Marlow, was supposed to have already taken care of Oswald and when confronted by Tippit, well...you guys figure out the rest. Starting at 26 seconds the text says:
"Finding that both elevators were on an upper floor, they took the stairs to the 2nd floor. There the met a man in the lunchroom. He was standing calmly drinking a coke."
Nope. Whoever made this video did not do their homework. In no statement ever provably spoken or handwritten by him did Roy Truly ever say Oswald was holding any type of soda bottle, and in fact he specifically said that Oswald was not holding any type of object in either of his hands. And in no statement *provably* spoken or handwritten by Marrion Baker did he ever say that Oswald was holding any type of soda bottle either, and instead he also said that Oswald was holding no object of any type in either of his hands. There is a single document from a year after the assassination, dated September 23, 1964, in which it has been *mistakenly* claimed that Baker wrote "drinking a coke" and crossed it out, but that is not Baker's handwriting. The origin of the "drinking a coke" myth comes from two Washington Post reporters, Lawrence Stern and Alfred E. Lewis, who accidentally conflated Baker's and Truly's statements with the statement of Carolyn Reid, a secretary in the TSBD, who said she saw Oswald carrying a soda bottle when she walked through her office *after* the lunchroom encounter; Stern and Lewis got confused and mistakenly assumed that he had bought the soda before Baker and Truly saw him when in fact it's more likely that he bought it after they left the lunchroom and continued up the stairs.
And notice how in the very filmed interviews with them included in this video neither Baker or Truly said a word about Oswald having any object of any type in either of his hands when they first saw him in the lunchroom.

@@stevestroh2267 "Ok, let’s say he wasn’t drinking a coke when Baker saw him. Oswald was still in the lunch room almost immediately after the 3rd shot and wasn’t out of breath."
Define "almost immediately." The figure most often given is 90 seconds after the final shot was fired, and both Marrion Baker and Roy Truly admitted that it could have been longer than that. A person moving at an average speed of 3 miles per hour (4.4 feet per second) which is little more than average walking speed for adult humans could have made it from the so-called "sniper's nest" on the sixth floor to the second floor lunchroom in only 68 seconds, and that *includes* stashing the rifle where it was later found among those boxes close to the stairwell. I'm more than twice as old as Oswald was and I've walked that same distance in that same amount of time without being even slightly out of breath. Now true, I hadn't done anything like shooting anyone and wouldn't be in a state of excitement, but even then, being out of breath is something that is quite easy to conceal for a mere 30 seconds or so, which according to Baker was the total amount of time that he observed Oswald in the lunchroom.
"Two women never heard or saw him on the stairs."
Those two women were Victoria Adams and Sandra Styles and there is plenty of evidence that more likely than not they simply came within sight of the stairway a little too late to see him descending. He could have quite easily been no more than 30 seconds ahead of them and they would have missed hearing or seeing him. I have discussed this evidence in detail many times and can easily do so again now if you'd like.
You are also making a gigantic, glaring omission:
If Oswald wasn't the shooter, that means both woman *also* missed hearing and seeing the *real* shooter coming down the stairs too.
      Oops.
"One woman said he was in the lunchroom at 12:20."
You are saying that in a misleading and partly inaccurate way. You seem almost certainly to be talking about Carolyn Arnold (later Mrs. Carolyn Johnston) and if so she gave several inconsistent and contradictory claims. She said that when she and others left the office to go outside to watch the motorcade she saw Oswald on her way out. But she was extremely inconsistent about what time this was. On different dates she gave various times for leaving the office, from as early as "between 12:00 and 12:15 PM" to as late as "about 12:25 PM." Also in her earliest statements she said she saw Oswald standing in the hallway on the first floor, not in the lunchroom. The very first time she is known to have said that he was in the lunchroom was not until 1978, approximately 15 years after the assassination, and this contradicts her more contemporaneous claim that he was standing in the hallway. Also her claim of seeing Oswald on the way out is completely uncorroborated by even one of the several other people who left the office at the same time she did and went outside at the same time she did. Not one of those other people ever said they saw Oswald, in the lunchroom or anywhere else, on the way out. And in fact Carolyn Arnold Johnston remains, to this very day, the one and only TSBD employee who ever, ever claimed to have seen Oswald eating lunch that day.
      In any location.
And as I've already said, she did not say this for the first time ever until 1978.
"He also didn’t fire a weapon that day."
Where on earth are you getting this from? You have no possible way of knowing for certain that he "didn't" fire a weapon that day.
"Someone fired a gun from the TSBD, but not Oswald."
And your proof of this is, what, exactly?

All of the shots came from the Texas School Book Depository building. If you think that Oswald did not do it, then why did so many people including this officer look up at the building during and after the shooting? Why did Oswald run? It was proven by doctors that the wound in Kennedy's neck came from the back. As for the fatal shot, well, that did not come from the front. The area behind the picket fence had no escape route. That area was almost completely surrounded by railroad tracks and the only two roads leading out, would have led to blocked off streets to guess where? The Texas School Book Depository. That entire area was blocked off for the motorcade. It would have takin up to two minutes to get there anyway, and after shots were fired, no one was getting out. No second gunman. LC Esthersar.....Easy to answer? How on earth can anybody give a detailed description of someone pretty much kneeling sideways through a window which would be darker than outside? How would you know anyones weight when you cant see the entire body or for that matter their height when he was supposed to have knelt to shoot. Even if he was stood up smack bang in front of the window, it would have been hard to judge his height or weight as the diagonal from ground level to window would obscure some of his legs.
If reports are to be believed about the "snipers nest" then Oswald was in a crouched position resting the rifle on boxes. If this man saw him in the act of shooting what could he actually see? A man side on, crouching with half a face hugging a rifle through 1 of dozens of windows. Just look at a modern picture of the building and tell me if you really think you could give a good description of a man on the same floor in similar circumstances. It would be hard enough even if you knew in advance just to look there and had a fair amount of time to memorise every detail.
I definitely think Oswald was involved in some way but no way did he act alone. I am not a "conspiracy buff" or anything near but I try to keep an open mind and weigh up everything before coming to conclusions. Several people said they heard at least 1 shot and saw smoke at the grassy embankment why are they any less credible witnesses than Howard Leslie Brennan?

U tube pulled the video of the forensic pathologist...the head wound only made sense if it was an upward trajectory shot....from the fatal wound he determined the shot was fired from the sewer opening when the limo came to a complete stop per signal from umbrella man and raised fist man...killer was an air force sniper named jack alan lawrence...zapruder was in line with the fatal shot...as was his wife...Babuska woman on the infield grass area adjacent to the limo...Oswald was given a Dallas police uniform by Rubenstein at 02:45 am in Irvine tx...oswald drove there in a Rambler Nash and returned to Ruth Paine's home to fetch a pair of dark trousers to go with the Dallas police uniform...must have been told by Rubenstein he could escape Dallas wearing that uniform...what he was told about his role at the TBD is unclear...lookout who signalled the arrival of the presidential motorcade to the spotters..umbrella man and raised fist man...raised fist is a signal to stop when spotting a vehicle....both men sat on the curb calmly and used a walkie talkie following the fatal shot.

Misleading video. Events happened very quickly. Police broadcast description of man that was immediately provided by witness who had seen man firing rifle from 6th floor. The description was broadcast three times before 1 o'clock. Oswalds name not suspected until later. Truly asked about Oswald's whereabouts and asked his boss, O. V. Campbell if they should tell police who later wanted Oswald for questioning but within an hour of that Oswald was arrested and in possession of the revolver used to murder Dallas Police Officer Tippit.
Carolyn Arnold same day signed affidavit saying she thought she might have caught a "fleeting glimpse" of Oswald on the first floor fifteen or twenty minutes before the shooting. She said she did not see Oswald at the time of the shooting. The video falsely claims Oswald was drinking a coke when Officer Baker encountered him but Baker actually said Oswald had nothing in his hands and was on the vestibule of the lunchroom with his back towards the officer. Oswald was shortly thereafter observed with a coke from the lunchroom as he passed by another employee as he passed through an office. All this is easily checked.

@Oldgoldtop: When the Warren Commission counsel asked Marrion Baker if, when he saw Oswald, Oswald was “carrying anything in his hands,” Baker answered, “He had nothing at that time.” Oswald’s statement (lie) to Captain Fritz that he “was on the 2nd floor drinking a Coca-Cola when the officer came in” became so famous and written about that Officer Baker himself would later have to catch himself for buying into it. For, in a 9-23-64 handwritten statement he gave to the FBI, he wrote.” I saw a man standing in the lunchroom drinking a coke.” But Baker immediately crossed out the words ‘’drinking a coke” and placed his initials above those crossed-out words. Baker’s credibility in this matter couldn’t be any better. After all, if he were trying to implicate Oswald, he obviously would have never told the Warren Commission that Oswald was calm and collected when he (Baker) first encountered him. But in the final analysis, the whole Coke biz is nothing other than a red herring.

LHO fired three bullets in approximately 11.2 seconds (per Max Holland research) killing Kennedy and wounding Connolly. LHO fled the building and caught a bus , then a cab ride to his rooming house where he put on a short coat and obtained his pistol and approximately 14-15 minutes later he shot five bullets (per Dale K. Myers research) killing Officer J. D. Tippit and then LHO was arrested in the Texas movie theater where he tried to shoot Officer McDonald with the same gun he used to kill Tippit. The gun contained two different brands of bullets and he was found with five more bullets in one of his pockets when he was searched at the Police Department. A note that LHO had written to his wife was later found that gave instructions to Marina as to what she was to do if he was killed or arrested from a April 1963 attempt to assassinate retired General Walker. Marina testified under oath to the Warren Commission that LHO told her that he tried to kill Walker with one bullet fired from his rifle and that he ran away and hid the rifle near some railroad tracks and then he rode a bus home. No credible evidence has ever been found to disprove that LHO was the only person responsible for killing JFK and Tippit, wounding Connolly and trying to kill Walker and McDonald.

This is a very informative video of the time frames people saw Oswald. So he was seen on the first floor at 12:25pm so he had to find his way back up to the snipers lair to fire three shots in succession at 12:30pm and rush down to be seen approx 12:31:30 by Roy Truly and Officer Baker calmly sipping a soda. Oswald and 15 other TSBD workers were missing when a headcount was done and a police bulletin put out over the radio shortly thereafter with an approx description of Lee Harvey Oswlad.
1:05pm he was seen at the Texas Star movie theatre, the same time Officer Tippit was seen murdered. For failing to pay for his movie ticket 15 police cars and FBI agents rushed to the cinema, but casually approached him as they were slowly checking the other 20 odd movie goers. The plan was for Oswald to make a run for it from the movie viewing area to the foyer where he was to be shot and killed, unfortunately Oswald didn't run but did resist arrest in his movie seat and was armed with a revolver which had a faulty firing pin which FBI analyst reported could not have been fired by Oswald or anyone that day. A different type of shell casings for an automatic handgun were found at Tippit's murder scene. A black female witness said she saw a short solid built man with bushy black hair shoot tippit and throw the gun to another man identified as tall and thin.
Oswald was neither tall, nor solidly built and did not have bushy hair.
His Police line up was standing beside two teenagers and a Mexican. none of which fit the original police radio call about a suspect. Why were these other males suitably dressed as opposed to Oswald looking disheveled and bruises and cuts (an obvious standout).
Also, if as some say Marina told Lee Oswald that she didn't want to reconcile, why then did she accompany police to see Oswald in the Dallas Police Station and bother to bring him a jacket etc as he only had on a white t-shirt?

at about the 6 minute mark there is something important that people need to be aware of . its the police radio broadcast that gave the description of the man the police sought .
chief curry said (and i believe its in this video ) that the description given out was based on oswald being seen leaving the building via the front door after the shooting . OFFICIALLY oswald left the building within 3 minutes of the shooting , but this is simply not true . also according to another witness oswald NEVER left via the front door , the witness said he saw oswald after he left via the REAR DOORS . ill come back to that .
OFFICIALLY howard brennan saw a man in the 6th floor window , a man who he identified as oswald . a man whos description he gave to the police and which led to the police radio broadcast mentioned above and the very description given it .
brennan NEVER saw oswald leaving the front door of the depository or outside of it , and he NEVER claimed he did . the man that brennan said he saw was ONLY seen by him in that window according to his statements . on that basis alone , and on the basis that police chief curry said that the 12.45pm description was given on the basis that oswald was seen leaving the front of the depository that means that the 12.45pm radio broadcast and the description of the man given in it DID NOT and could not have come from brennan .
brennans identification of oswald is also a nonsense . brennan could only have seen a person from the waist up , and they had to be kneeling on the hard plywood floor which had to be very uncomfortable . brennan could only see half of a man yet gave a HEIGHT and weight description . he described the man as wearing khaki clothing , oswald didnt wear that . when brennan went to the police to see if he could identify the man he saw he FAILED to identify oswald . this is indisputable as it was documented by the police . he later claimed he went to a line up and identified oswald (the warren commission claimed the same ) , however we know that several witnesses attended each lineup . for example cab drivers whalley and scoggins stood together at one line up . we know the exact line up that brennan CLAIMED he attended , it was the line up with the davis girls , THEY NEVER SAW BRENNAN . and to add to that brennan said he attended the line up with police captain will fritz , fritz was asked about that ,was asked if that were true , and he replied I DOUBT THAT .
there exists a document which lists ALL people that attended every line up , that is it names EVERYONE that was in the actual line ups (some were police ) every witness and in fact everyone in the line up room for each line up . brennans name is listed NOWHERE on that document . so we simply have no reason to accept that brennan ever identified oswald while oswald was alive AS THE MAN IN THE WINDOW . only after oswalds death did brennan say it was oswald . the warren commission was atleast some what honest in this regard , and they decided THEY COULD NOT RELY upon brennan and his supposed identification. further more there is no proof as we saw above that brennan was the source of the 12.45pm radio broadcast . had they investigated this and questioned him vigorously and honestly they would have lost brennan as a witness . and they needed him to say a man was in that window . as long as they had someone saying they saw a man in that window they could insist (if not prove ) that it was oswald . so the commission concluded that brennan only saw SOMEONE that he later believed to be oswald .
lastly back to the witness that saw oswald leaving work . wes frazier the same man that drove oswald to work was stood on the steps outside the depository . frazier said ON FILM to gary mack that 5 to 10 minutes after the shooting that he saw oswald crossing houston street . the front door was not far from the corner . it was clear to frazier that oswald had left via the rear of the building via the loading dock area . he also said oswald wore a jacket . witnesses on the bus (assuming the man they saw was oswald ) said the man wore a jacket , and cab driver whalley also said that the man who walked up to his cab wore a jacket YET OSWALD WALKS IN TO HIS ROOMING HOUSE WEARING ONLY A SHIRT ? . the commission simply ignored these contradictions and said HE WORE THAT BROWN SHIRT , actually he did not wear the brown shirt in evidence , he was wearing a red shirt but thats another story .
i cant recommend helmers fantastic videos more , please please view them all as they contain so much great info that you wont see in those biased one sided tv documentaries .

" but don't believe everything you read. Check the sources" Well that really was the point of me asking for it, wasn't it, which I thank you wholeheartedly for providing. Another good source (if you can get your mitts on some for beng largely out of print) are historical political intrigue fiction of the day (published between the mid 60s and early 70s) fom which one can quarry a vast amt of indirect info and powerfully revealing insight. That's just as important, if not much much more, also.

Howard Brennan gave Oswald's description to offficers outside the book despository building. The windows of the building are close to the floor, so you can see an almost complete figure if squatting in the window as Oswald was. This is based on the case evidence.
