As Ralph Yarborough, who was seated in the left rear with Mrs. Johnson who was seated in the middle rear, there was not enough room for such & in fact it never happened. Instead Yarborough described Johnson, in right rear, as hunkering down with agent Youngblood, in right front, listening to a talkie-walkie which was in Youngblood's possession.

This assassination was carried out by our own US government. Not the mafia, not Cuba, not Russia, and not Oswald. Hoover's FBI, Dulles' CIA, and the Secret Service, all worked together to make it happen. As for the SS role, the agency approved the motorcade route change from the standard parade route for Dallas at that time. The reason was said to be that the Main Street entrance ramp to the freeway was blocked by "moveable" concrete barriers. This change required the motorcade to proceed to Dealy Plaza, where a very hard (over 90 degrees) left turn was necessary, slowing the motorcade to a CRAWL. This put the motorcade directly in front of the Texas Book depository where the CIA had arranged Oswald to work only weeks earlier. The CIA had several marksmen located at the grassy knoll, the railroad overpass overlooking Elm Street, and the Texas Book Depository. The CIA had arranged for Oswald to work at the TBS only weeks earlier. Remember, Oswald's paraffin test showed he had not fired a rifle that day. The actual rifle found in the TBS was "NOT" Oswald's Italian made Carcano rifle, but a German Mauser. On the same day of the assassination, before all the evidence was in, Hoover issued a statement to all the investigative agencies that Oswald was the lone gunmen, and all investigations were to proceed with that information. Clearly, this assassination could have not been carried out without the help of the president's own "Secret Service" in which he and his wife trusted.

TWO doctors claimed years later that they (very young and inexperienced, just past internship and had not dealt with gun shot wounds) thought they saw a large rear wound, but Kennedy was lying flat ON HIS BACK on the hospital gurney the WHOLE time...from being taken out of the limo until pronounced dead. Carico (the 1st doctor on the scene and others) testified to this. No one turned him over to look at the back of the head during life-saving procedures (thus obscuring the back of the head and the lower neck wound (which none of the OR doctors knew about until the WR), and no one asked Jackie if she minded fiddling around with his body to check some things out after he was pronounced dead. Then the SS famously and quickly wheeled him out of the ER room.

    2. The Haythorne Specimen: The second piece of evidence was a bullet found in 1967 on top of the Massey building by Rich Haythorne, a roofer doing work on the building. The Massey Building was located about 8 blocks away from the TSBD in the 1200 block of Elm Street. It has since been torn down. The bullet remained in the possession of Haythorne's attorney, until it was delivered to the HSCA for examination. The HSCA utilized the services of the Washington, D.C. police department, where it was determined that the bullet was a jacketed, soft-point .30 caliber bullet, weighing 149 grains which was consistent with the .30 caliber ammunition produced by Remington-Peters. Such ammunition was a popular hunting load and many gun manufacturers chambered their rifles to accommodate this ammunition. The 6 groove, right hand twist rifling marks on the bullet indicated that the bullet was not shot from Oswald's Mannlicher-Cacano.

This is all very interesting. :) That it was a soft-point bullet may also explain why the curbside from which the Tague fragment was ejected showed no traces of copper. The Warren Commission held that this was because a full metal jacket bullet had already been stripped of its copper by going through JFK/Connally (thus preserving the single bullet theory), but if soft points were involved, the Commissions conclusion is void.

"...denied a 4th shot..." Connolly appeared to have been stuck sequentially by two SEPARATE shots. JFK was struck by at least three, two at a frontal angle, and one from behind. ONE of the frontal shots MAY correspond with the through-and-through front-to-back windshield hole. ASIDE from those, you have 1.) the rear-to-front windshield FRAME hole, 2.) the round that hit the lawn, looking-like a gopher-hole, only having a low-angle trajectory, 3.) the one near the manhole cover, 4.) the one that nicked the curb. Now, perhaps one of the aforementioned ricochets MAY have wounded a witness named Teague, down near the triple underpass. That's a whole lot more than "just" 3 or 4 acknowledged rounds, not COUNTING the additional .30 caliber round found later-on, by a roofer. Come-on. Someone needs to google the term "fusillade."
Also, remember Sirhan Sirhan, arrested in Los Angeles in the killing of RFK?
HE was THERE, but he was armed with an 8-shot version of an Iver Johnson .22 revolver which was only LOADED with 6 bullets. Hmm.
ANOTHER person present was the owner of a 9-shot version of a VERY visually similar Iver Johnson .22, which he CLAIMED to have sold in February of the year RFK was killed, that SUMMER. However, the Bill of Sale FOR the conveyance of THAT revolver to a man who lived in Arkansas is dated September of that year, AFTER the killing.
This guy who owned that .22 was standing BEHIND Robert F. Kennedy. The wounds to RFK were fired from the right side, and slightly to the REAR of him, dressed as a SECURITY GUARD.
Sirhan Sirhan was standing in FRONT of RFK, spraying, and hitting OTHER PEOPLE. He was some FEET from RFK, and was wrestled-down. The gunshot wounds to RFK were fired from a powder-burn and powder-embedding distance of from 1-to-3 inches, according to the LA Country Medical Examiner.
    Hmm.
Oh, and there were more projectiles RECOVERED than could have FIT in Sirhan Sirhan's revolver, even if it HAD been fully-loaded. Give me a BREAK, People.
People have been looking-around, the last-few years, expressing concerns that the US was beginning to be run too much like a Banana Republic. Folks, sorry-to-TELL ya, but it's BEEN-being-run like a Banana Republic, for a long, LONG time, and nobody needs to put-on any tinfoil hat, to be able to SEE that.

LHO had to have had a exit plan. He just wasn't going to sit there and be caught. He had a plan all written down when he tried to kill General Walker. Where to hide his riffle and how he was going to get back home. I also believe that LHO was going to be silenced and never to be found like Hoffa. That would have made it the perfect crime with LHO disappearing never to be found. But he got caught before they could pick him up. So they sent Ruby to silence him.

What if his job was to leave the scene to draw attention toward himself and away from other suspects? Perhaps he knew there would be easily discredited evidence being created that would lead to acquittal in a trial. All he had to do if taken into custody was to stall and delay. Maybe that’s why he wasted so much time trying to get a lawyer from NYC. Except he was not meant to be taken alive and his preparations for interrogation were, unknown to him, only a backup plan.

I have never heard of the bullet through the grass or of the bullet through the windshield of the car. A few years ago the history channel did a special on the Kennedy Assassination and they showed the bullet hole through a traffic light out side the book depository window, and the curbstone. The motorcycle cop who had the stuck mic and every thing was recorded, shows clearly 4 shots being fired not just three. But a .45 cal round? never heard of that before. Then there is the mysterious showing up of a pristine bullet on a stretcher in the hospital six hours later.....yes, there was a conspiracy.

Indeed, fate intervened! The bullet that struck the traffic signal arm ricocheted off without penetrating the metal. This bullet, the first shot occurred prior to Zapruder filming, traveled south, ricocheted off the concrete curb, the flying concrete striking James Tague in the face and then struck the concrete overpass near an arched opening. The Secret Service performed a thorough analysis within the first five days following the assassination. That information was suppressed for some time.

“The motorcycle cop who had the stuck mic and every thing was recorded, shows clearly 4 shots being fired not just three.”
That acoustic evidence was completely discredited. The HSCA REFUSED to let officer McLain listen to the channel 1 and 2 tapes. “I told them I needed to listen to them and they said, ‘You don’t need to listen to them. It’s not necessary.’” McLain met with James C. Bowles, a Dallas police radio dispatch supervisor around the time of the assassination, and Bowles gave him an opportunity to listen to both channels of the police radio transmissions, including the channel 1 recording that allegedly originated from McLain’s stuck microphone button. When McLain, listening to the tapes for the first time, emerged from the private room in Dallas, Bowles asked, “Well, Mac?” McLain’s response was immediate: “Hell, JC [Bowles], there ain’t no way that was my microphone stuck open!” While McLain recalled many of the motorcade instructions heard on channel 2, he didn’t recognize any of the sounds on channel 1. McLain said that the sound of the motorcycle clearly indicated the cycle was traveling way too fast to have been in the motorcade; though he had turned his siren on, there were no siren sounds from the motorcycle with the stuck microphone; and when the sound of sirens did appear, they seemed to be passing a stationary unit. The second point McLain wanted to make, after repeating that he was “sure” the stuck mike was not his, was that the sound on the channel 1 cycle was “not the sound” of his cycle, a two-wheeler that day, explaining that he had ridden “both two- and three-wheelers” on the force, and “this was a three-wheeler. It’s all together a different sound. There’s no comparison to the two sounds.” He also said “I know exactly where I was. I was across the street from the entrance to the old jail, which is about halfway between Main and Elm”, which is NOT where the HSCA said he needed to be. It was confirmed in interviews that all Dallas police motorcycle escorts in the motorcade were on channel 2, not channel 1.
in 1980, it was discovered that right at the point where the channel 1 recording was thought to have captured the sound of gunfire, there was heard a faint transmission that sounded like a portion of something that Dallas sheriff Bill Decker had said over channel 2 of the police radio shortly after the assassination. About a minute after the shooting, Decker instructed the Dallas police radio dispatcher to “have Station Five [the sheriff radio dispatcher] move all men available out of my department back into the railroad yards there in an effort to try to determine just what and where it happened down there, and hold everything secure until the homicide and other investigators can get there” p.m.; CBA Report, p.76). Buried amid the noise and static of the motorcycle’s open microphone, the last few words of Decker’s transmission were made out: “hold everything secure until the homicide and other investigators can get there.” It was assumed that the channel 1 open microphone must have gotten close enough to a second police radio that was receiving broadcasts from channel 2 (including Decker’s transmission) and that it inadvertently picked up part of Decker’s message and rebroadcast it over channel 1. This is known as crosstalk.
The Committee on Ballistic Acoustics (CBA) formed by the National Academy of Sciences, used sound analysis equipment to produce sound spectrograms, or “voiceprints,” of the Decker transmissions as heard over channels 1 and 2 of the Dallas police radio. (CBA Report, p.20) The CBA scientists then used three radically different methods, in addition to visual inspection, to determine whether the sound spectrograms of channels 1 and 2 contained signals from the same source. They found twenty-seven points of correlation over the course of the three-and-a-half-second transmission, leading them to conclude that Decker’s “hold everything secure” transmission on channel 2 was indeed picked up as cross talk on channel 1, and did in fact overlap the impulse sounds identified by the HSCA as gunfire. (CBA Report, pp.20-25) In addition, and most important, the CBA confirmed that the Decker instruction to “hold everything secure” was broadcast about “one minute after” the shooting had ended (CBA Report, pp.1, 5, 29, 34), proving “conclusively” that whatever sounds the HSCA had detected, they could not have been gunshots fired at the Kennedy motorcade, and therefore, there was no acoustic support for the HSCA’s contention that there had been a second gunman (CBA Report, pp.2, 34). In fact, just before the discredited acoustic evidence was introduced, the HSCA was prepared to say that it agreed with the WC.
“there is the mysterious showing up of a pristine bullet on a stretcher in the hospital six hours later”
The bullet is NOT “pristine”. It’s clearly deformed.

A friend of ours is James Tague’s stepdaughter. She confirmed in great detail that he had been hit by a ricochet, and that he was questioned extensively because his injury belied the three shell/three hit hypothesis. Subsequently, Arlen Spectre, then an investigator, amended that theory to the Magic Bullet. The original report of a long gun being found behind packing cases on the TSBD 6th floor was of a Mauser 7.65mm rifle. This by a Sheriffs Deputy who coincidentally was a dealer in firearms. There is photographically doctored evidence of Oswald holding a 6.5mm Mannlicher Carcano

      a) No Mauser was ever found, cops feely owned up to misidentifying the unfamiliar rifle at first, big deal. News film clearly shows it to be a Mannlicher-Carcano (to which every bullet and fragment ever found were matched) and the idea somebody left the wrong kind of rifle, or multiple rifles, lying around the crime scene for an army of police to swiftly find is stupid.
      b) Extensive analysis over the years of those photos has consistently failed to find any evidence of forgery.

    • @billkeon880
      @billkeon880 3 місяці тому +1

Specter ammending a theory in the hours or days after the event is not nefarious under the chaos and importance of the murder. A fragment likely did hit him, likely from the 1st or 3rd shot (the first probably hit the frame of the traffic light under the window of the 6th floor. Seymour Witzman later clarified that the rifle he found fit the appearance of a Mauser as a categorical description (kind of like describing facial tissue as a Kleenex). And in addition confirmed that it was the Carcano. Roger Craig was not the first one on the scene and did not witness the rifle being found, even though he changed his statement years later to say he was. People's memories don't get better with time, they get worse - and they are influenced by media stories of a conspiracy, just like sooooo many witnesses did (incl Jean Hill, Betty Oliver etc)

There is but one person who can't remember where they were or what they were doing. However, there is a picture of this person leaning against a wall. He was with the CIA and Future Director as well as a Future President guess who? Also, LBJ knew that he was not going to be on the ticket in 1964. That he knew that this would be the end of his political life. It is known very well that the Director of the FBI had a dislike for the Kennedys. It is also known that Kennedy was going to pull troops out of Vietnam! Meaning ending this war. People and Agency's were making money off this war. There is no way the rifle that was claimed to be used could fire that accurate and quick. Oswald was an escape goat! There was a secret meeting the night before. Of the people attending were LBJ, The director of the FBI. Members of the CIA. I am not stupid. Many of the people who were involved in the investigation; later in years held very high offices in the Government later! Fidel Castro did not kill Kennedy! Russia did not kill Kennedy! Oswald did not kill Kennedy! Our own Government did it!! Why is it that all records and or Materials were sealed for 75 years? To protect those involved, no other reason. Those people would be dead by then. Why was Bobby killed? He was going to win! Once he won, he would have the power to find the truth! What a sham! I could go on and on with more details. However, I think we get the picture here.

What’s unique about this compared to every other celebrity shooting is that every other murder had a lone nut seeking to make a name for himself and that’s the narrative that everyone fell for. It’s why James Files can give an extremely detailed account of himself being the shooter and get off scot free. He really didn’t care what he was doing, just a young guy pleasing all the characters around him. It seems that very few people were mentally equipped to cope with or punish a hit man for the president that came from inside. Easier to just blame the patsy Oswald, when there was no real evidence that he did anything..Oswald says in a panicked way that he didn’t shoot anyone, Files freely admits that he did and the witness testimony supports that. So why are there still people who think it was Oswald? Very strange the way people can be manipulated.

Even in 1963, an ER trauma doctor would have a certain familiarity with gunshot wounds in a city like Dallas. They enlarged the throat wound to insert a trachea tube, so the autopsy doctors may have thought that it was an exit wound. Seven things that always bothered me the most about the assassination. 1- Everyone is running from every direction and pointing to the grassy knoll, but no one opposite is pointing up at the book depository not even from across the street or under it. Saw that on the replays after I got home. 2- After seeing the Zapruder film on You Tube the last couple of years. Who managed to keep the all those people out of the kill zone on both sides of the street before the limo came? You would think the crowd would have kept going to the underpass? 3- Do you see any cops at all in the kill zone? Yes, on the overpass. 4- William Greer said that he never slowed down. 5- Everyone said that rifle scope was not aligned. You cannot compensate for a missed bullet unless you know where it hit. Oswald was the luckiest man alive and who goes back home to get their gun if you planned this thing? He should have bought his gun to work in a bag or placed it there days before. 6- Never got a lawyer, and no notes were ever taken, and why? 7- There was a Oswald impersonator at the Mexican embassy. Why? Out of all the people to impersonate, why him? Was the Cuban (sitting with the 'brella man) ever discovered?

Being cold and clinical about this... Over-all It wasn't a badly-planned event but clearly there were many mistakes... One can assume there were no auto electricians or those with such knowledge on either the planning team or the pre-op cover-up team... William Greer, the limo driver for this occasion, said he never braked or stopped the vehicle.... And yet in the Orville Nix video the brake lights on the limo can be seen coming on just a few seconds after the first neck hit to JFK.... Presumably just to make sure they stayed in the triangulation zone for long enough to ensure JFK got finished-off... Why else?
There is 100% no possible way that a brake sender unit can be actuated without a driver pressing the brake pedal beyond an initial certain point, that is to say the brake light cannot be illuminated without a *very deliberate* decision to brake the vehicle! A seasoned SS driver is trained to quickly vacate a scene the split-second there is any threat... Not to do the complete opposite! This brake light issue and the timing of it was not even brought-up in the Warren report. Case closed!

"Everyone is running from every direction and pointing to the grassy knoll, but no one opposite is pointing up at the book depository not even from across the street or under it." The trees shielded Oswald from many people standing in that location, however, a witness standing on the corner of Elm directly across the street from the TSBD saw Oswald fire his third shot from the sixth floor window and told a police officer. This accounts for how a fairly accurate description of Oswald was broadcast over the police radio so quickly.
In an open space like Dealey Plaza, it's obvious that the source of the sound of a rifle fried from a tall building would be uncertain and confusing. You mentioned Zapruder. Of all people, given his filming location on the east side of the grassy knoll, if a shot had come from the picket fence area, he would be the most likely person to hear it to his immediate right; yet even he couldn't tell from where the shots were being fired. Why is that, do you suppose? And the crowd was sparse in the "kill zone" because the crowd was sparse, as anyone would expect it to be with less buildings there to house potential spectators.
Ninety-five percent of what I read from the conspiracy crowd is illogical, merely plugging their own suppositions into events after the fact. For example, you wonder why there were no cops posted in the "kill zone," but why would there be?; it was only a kill zone after Oswald made it one ( although they did post two men on the triple overpass). The Dallas Police Department was severely taxed by the president's reception, which was much larger than expected. Trying to control the crowds downtown along both sides of the parade route stretched them to the limit; asking them to post men along a sparsely attended section of park-like land and drawing some sort of sinister inference because they didn't is frankly ridiculous. Applying "you would think" as you've done is an incredibly ineffective way to go about finding the truth.

@@lennon1252 There was a crack and a chip. The only photo of the limo in Dallas showing damage to the windshield I can find is the Ike Altgens photo which does not show a bullet hole. Please point me to a photo showing a bullet hole (hopefully you've now learned what a bullet hole looks like).
The limo was not "immediately shipped to Ford". This is even confirmed by the Henry Ford website:
      - Q: What happened to the car after President Kennedy's assassination?
      - A: The X-100 was impounded for evidence in the weeks following the assassination on November 22, 1963. Soon after plans were made to modify the car in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Immediately following the assassination the limo was flown to DC for comprehensive examination at the White House garage. That is where the photo of the chipped and cracked windshield was taken by the investgators.
Regardless of what some worker at Ford may have thought, records prove that the windshield was replaced while the car was still at the White House garage, before it was shipped out to Ohio. The windshield was presented in evidence to the WC.

No one could call this other than a conspiracy plot and a crossfire assasination. The only thing that could have hindered or endangered the plot was, if JFK would have sat in a closed limousine with the rooftop on. So someone had to make sure that the limousine drove with an open top under all circumstances. Finding out who made this decision imho is the first step that leads to the masterminds of the plot.

@@Zan_Jayna Yes, sure. But again: If we consider a detailed planned plot with a lot of logistics and many shooters involved (which imho is likely) this needs a plan with a 100% safety to be successful. And let coincidence decide wether the sheltering car top is on or off would make a unacceptable fifty-fifty chance to either be successful or having just a limousine with a perforated rear and front window, starting a huge plot investigation, leaded by JFK. So if coincidence indeed decided how the car was set up this would rather point to the mainstream theory that a bad prepared casual shooter without knowledge about the cars set up waited in the Depository and would have probably done nothing at all, let the motorcade run by, when just seconds before seeing that the car was protected by a rooftop. I think if one is planning an attack on a person that is guided by many and protected by a variety of things, coincidence is what you need or accept the least. That's why I think that the decision about rooftop on/off was the key to the following bad things. And, as I due to the facts and eye witnesses statements personally tend to think that the plot version of the story is the more likely, the rooftop MUST have been removed - and if it was JKK's joice to put it off, I would at least do further investigation about if he was influenced by someone in this deadly decision, maybe someone who told him to do so for allegedly reasons of better public relations. A conspiracy theory, yes for sure and literally one, but no event has ever earned to be related to a conspiracy more than this happenings in Dallas. It is a theory as long as one finds a proof, then it becomes a fact. But what is officially accepted as a fact - there are theories about that.

I watched frame by frame and JFKs head was minutely pushed forward before neuromuscular spasm threw himself backward. No lateral bullet track across the brain's hemispheres, rear entry 'bevelling' to the rear entry and front skull exit wound,. Finally, read Larry Sturdivan's book JFK Myths. He was a ballistics expert for the HSCA. The physics is explained in thorough, clear detail. Besides, Mythbusters show did 2 episodes on this and the dummy they shot did not budge more than a fraction of an inch. People only get thrown backwards from a gun shot in Hollywood movies. If you want more evidence of this, watch the gruesome news footage from the VietNam War (circa 1968 or 69 I think) of a suspected Viet Cong being executed by a US soldier with a pistol next to his head. The bullet didn't budge the head at all...the guy just collapsed like a ton of bricks right down vertically. It was like a buidling demolition in fast motion. The movement of JFKs body backwward was the single biggest thing that made me think conspiracy. The 2nd biggest was the supposed S turn made by the 'magic' bullet. Both of these are patently false

Where did the rifle go? Why clean all the evidence out of the car straight away? Why were they so scared at the hospital when the doctors were giving evidence of the wounds? You may think people with a different opinion to you are new but I’ve been into this for years and all I’ve done is use my brain to shut down all the silly scenarios like the storm drain, the driver etc. After reading many books and looking at the footage and evidence Donahue’s conclusion is by far the most consistent and believable. "ALL 3 REPORTED TO HER AN ENTRANCE WOUND IN THE THROAT."
The Parkland doctors didn't even turn Kennedy over to look at his back. They didn't see the entrance wound, so that was purely a guess on their part. They weren't here to carefully examine him. They were focused on saving his life, NOT determining the nature and cause of his wounds. The very nature of an emergency trauma room at a hospital is such that forensically precise and accurate descriptions of the character of a gunshot wound cannot be expected. In fact, a 1993 article in JAMA reported that “the odds that a trauma specialist will correctly interpret certain fatal gunshot wounds are no better than the flip of a coin.” A study conducted by investigators at Bowman Gray School of Medicine at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, from 1987 to 1992, compared the post-mortem findings of a board-certified forensic pathologist with the medical records of emergency medicine physicians, trauma surgeons, and neurosurgeons. It was discovered that out of forty-six cases, trauma specialists made errors in 52 percent, either in differentiating the exit and entrance wound or in determining the number of bullets. In 15 percent of the cases, the trauma specialist made both types of error. As expected, multiple gunshot wounds (the situation with the president) were more often misinterpreted, accounting for 74 percent of the errors. Even single gunshot wounds were misclassified in 37 percent of the cases.
All three pathologists who signed the autopsy report AND the xrays and pictures show the shots came from the rear.

There's something about this whole affair that I've only ever seen once in a book and it's a vital piece of evidence that everyone over looks; the ballistic properties of the rounds fired.
The rounds which hit JFK and Connelly from behind, left small entry and exit wounds. That round is called a full metal jacket, which is basically a solid slug. The fatal shot however, blew half his head off. That wasn't a full metal jacket and could only be hollow point, thus proving there had to be, at the very least, 2 shooters.

One round struck both the president and Gov. Connally simultaneously - 6.5-millimeter bullet that passed through the soft tissue of Kennedy's back, neck and Connally's chest cavity, while tumbling, still had the force to break a rib and Connally's wrist before it was spent. The slug ended up in his thigh. The second round, with no obstruction to slow it at only 265 feet, stuck Kenndy's skull at full force, creating the damage it did. Both bullets were metal jacket rounds, not hollow point.

    1. The Barbee Specimen: This intact bullet was found imbedded in the roof of a building located at 1615 Stemmons Free-way by William Barbee in the summer
of 1966. The building, which was located about a 1/4 mile from the TSBD, happened to be in the line of fire from where Oswald allegedly shot. Mr. Barbee turned the bullet over to the FBI for analysis in December, 1967, when current publicity about the assassination caused him to wonder if this bullet might be relevant evidence. The FBI lab determined the bullet to be a .30 caliber full metal jacketed military bullet. Its rifling pattern of 4 grooves, right hand twist was the same as that produced by the U.S. government .30 carbine. The FBI took little interest in this bullet once having determined that it came from a
weapon other than Oswald's rifle. Apparently, the thought of a second gunmen was never entertained. Yet this bullet is consistent with that which could be shot from the CIA's silenced M-1 .30 caliber carbine. One can speculate that
this bullet was shot out in the suburbs by a hunter engaged in target practice.
Consider, however, that M-1 .30 caliber carbines were not prevalent amongst the civilian population as they had only been released by the government for civilian use in mid-1963. Furthermore, it was and continues to be illegal to
use full metal jacketed military ammunition for hunting purposes.

I also don't buy the fact that a hunter would be likely to use an M1 carbine. The M1 had no provision for mounting scopes, meaning shots need to be taken with some fairly crude military iron-sights.
The cartridge is also basically a more powerful pistol cartridge, and lacks the ballistic advantages of rifle rounds
The M1 carbine makes a lot more sense as a weapon against people than it does deer

On my wall is a letter from Leslie Edgerton, California Dept of Fish and Game, sent to my dad, dated June 13th, 1961, regarding the legal use of my .30 carbine and my age in a hunting scenario at my age. My two cents as to what happened. Oswald was a typical individual who was told, by some secret op group, to appear communist. That his mission was to make believe that he was a communist so that he could infiltrate communist groups. Meanwhile, believing this, he unknowingly set himself to take the fall. Someone of course aided him by planting all the evidence. At one point he realized that he was set up and took measures. Ruby was not the first choice to silence him, but after the first choice failed ruby was activated. All the evidence, testimony was taken in and anything that pointed to other than "lone nut theory" was destroyed/hidden/ignored. Anyone at a later date who made admissions was labeled loony. Kennedy was a pacifist and did not appear to follow the program that New World Order group wanted. While, from sourcing from various reading Kennedy did not appear to know the economics of international bankers but he may have began to understand some aspect of how they operate. Kennedy appointed Douglas Dillon as secretary of the treasury and Kennedy may have confided certain things in private that rose the suspicion of this group. This group have people everywhere.
The various problems with the evidence.
    1) No chain of custody for oswald's rifle. Initially the rifle found at the Book depository was a Mauser. But the Carcano has "Made in Italy" and serial number inscription right on the rifle. How can police officers make such an obvious error? Also mystery as to how LHO acquire the rifle using a false name. How did he pick up the rifle from the post office. When and where did he mailed the money order for the rifle? When and where did LHO practice with the rifile, with the understanding that he had no car?
    2) No Chain of custody on the hulls in the national archives.
    3) Lack of preservation of the crime scene. A) Dealey Plaza people trampled all around the point of assassination to the degree that someone a day later found a piece of JFK head matter. B) Clothes were taken and destroyed. c) Limousine was allegedly taken immediately to be redone.
    4) Witnesses ignored: A) John and Nellie Connally which claim that there were two separate shots the one that hit JFK in the throat and the one that hit John C.
    B) George Burkley who was present at both the Parkland Hospital and the autopsy was largely ignored by the Warren Commission. Burkley was asked whether he agreed with the Warren Commission's view on the number of shots. Burkley's reply: "I would not care to be quoted on that."
    4) Perhaps the most troubling evidence is the testimony by Parkland Doctors and some of the Bethesda Personal that claim a 5x7cm exit wound in back of JFKs head. New York Times reporter took testimony from Parkland Hospital doctors and wrote: "Later in the afternoon, Dr. Malcolm Perry, an attending surgeon, and Dr. Kemp Clark, chief of neurosurgery at Parkland Hospital, gave more details.
Mr. Kennedy was hit by a bullet in the throat, just below the Adam's apple, they said. This wound had the appearance of a bullet's entry.
Mr. Kennedy also had a massive, gaping wound in the back and one on the right side of the head. However, the doctors said it was impossible to determine immediately whether the wounds had been caused by one bullet or two."
    5) Claims of same bullet doing to opposite things. One bullet CE399 traverse two bodies, Another bullets explodes JFKs head. supposedly leaving fragments in the wound and at least two external fragments CE567.
    6) Has anyone duplicated the damage that the magic bullet did, while remaining relatively intact? Did anyone take the Carcano precisely in the condition that it was found in the sniper's nest and simulate the three shots?

This is what happened that morning of November 22, 1963 in Dallas and the Zapruder video speaks very clearly. The presidential limousine takes Elm Street and after a few meters the first shot fired by Nicoletti starts who, together with Rosselli, was hidden in the Dal Tex Building. The first bullet misses its target and hits the sidewalk of the triple rail crossing at the end of the square and a splinter ends up in the face of James Tague, a passerby who was standing there. The second bullet hits Kennedy in the throat, and as you can see in the footage, the president puts his hands around his neck and Governor Connally turns back to understand what happened. The third bullet misses and ends up on the lawn where it is later found by an FBI man and Deputy Buddy Walthers. The fourth bullet hits Connally who emits a grimace of pain as seen in the video and brings his right hand to his stomach because he accuses an immediate pain and then the bullet pierces his right wrist and plants itself in the thigh of his left leg. The fifth bullet hits Kennedy in the back of the head and the sixth bullet, fired by James Files hiding on the grassy knoll half a second after the fifth shot, sends both blood and Kennedy's head back, and the brain leaking was due to pressure. of the sixth bullet that had left an apple-sized hole behind Kennedy's head, as evidenced by photos of 14 people bringing their hands to the same spot on their heads. I say with certainty that the bullets were 6 because it seems that a shot was fired about every three seconds, that is the time to reload the rifle. Returning to Connally, which is the key to clarifying the mystery well, there is a lot to say. 1) First of all, from the angle in which Oswald would have found himself firing, which was about 45 degrees, only Kennedy would have been hit and no one else, the bullet could not in any way make a deviation and then hit the governor. 2) When Kennedy is shot Connally turns around to see what happens and stays there for about three seconds, the time to reload the shot in the rifle; if the governor had been hit by the magic bullet, at the same time as the president, he would have had the same reaction as Kennedy and would have neither the way nor the strength to look back. 3) The governor Connally when he is wounded is still turned and you see a grimace of pain as I mentioned before him and then turn forward again and collapse on his wife's legs. 4) In the video you can see how Connally bumps his head in front of the glass that separates him from the driver's and assistant's seats. 5) Do you know why Connally was hit? Both because Kennedy threw himself on his wife's right shoulder, because bending over did not hinder the trajectory of the fourth bullet that almost grazed him hitting the governor, and because the shot was fired by Nicoletti from the window of the Dal Tex Building and reached the governor, because Kennedy was leaning towards his wife. So, not only does the first missile reveal where the shot really came from, but also what hit Connally. Indisputable and real evidence, but unfortunately denied by many, including the Warren commission which veiled so much evidence.

Wrong again. I’ve seen the Dale Myers computer recreation. The second shot lines up perfectly with making the wounds in Kennedy and Connally.
“the shot was fired by Nicoletti from the window of the Dal Tex Building”
You have zero evidence for this.

I think people in the CIA were still under the influence of Alan Dullas . The threat by different groups to JFK was well know . I believe there was complicity by members of the SS that deliberately removed the normal cover for the parade. Classic case of right hand not knowing what the left was doing. The Dallas sheriffs were told to stand down, the kill zone was cleared ,only a relative few number of people got through to the area ,which was a ideal viewing area. There should have been police positioned on the sloping area by the"grassy knoll". The buildings were not checked ,because the normal personal involved in security were stood down .
Its is hard to say who pulled the trigger /triggers , but I think two shooter in TSDB
may well have been LHO but may have only fired twice ,allowing him to get to the coke machine . Distractions created around the area , including the grassy knoll. So everyone either looks there or to the TSBD .The head shot with a silencer comes from the left side parking area next to the main road ,its a elevated area with tree cover . Easy get away because everyone is looking for where smoke/noise comes from. Once HOOVER gets on to the case ,stories change and the lone nut is rammed home .

When one considers the number of misses, it becomes obvious that things were not going according to plan. Bill Greer's strange wide turn onto Elm, a turn made as though he was not conscious of where he was or what he was doing until he managed to understand that he was about to turn onto the service road in front of the despository. I believe he was suffering from momentary paralysis given that he knew what was about to come down and for a time, he panicked. The number of misses, then convinces me that the time table had gone south briefly and the shooters were as was Greer, beginning to panic and were shooting pell mell. There were as many misses, if not a few more, than hits. It was then left up to the final two teams located further down Elm to get the job done. Unfortunately, they did.

    • @robertglenn5398
      @robertglenn5398 9 років тому +14

Evidence of Greer's wide turn is, first and foremost, on the original Zapruder film as acknowledged by Homer McMahon of the NPIC (National Photographic Interpretive Center), that which was cut from the copy we've all seen. (You recall seeing first the motorcycle outriders coming down Elm..then all of a sudden, there is JFK's limo) Also, over 50 witnesses saw him nearly turn onto the service road in front of the TSBD. Some standing in the doorway of the depository actually thought he was going to turn and perhaps stop there.

Well, for some the Z film does support the conspiracy, however, I feel it is so contaminated with editing that it would not be accepted as evidence in any court of law. I've devoted hours to watching this thing over and over and the anomalies are too numerous to mention...such as shadows cast that don't conform to a 12:30 timeline...witnesses looking off to their right as they stand on the south lawn while the limo is well off to their left having ostensibly passed them. What, then are they looking at? Gee, the president is right in front of you! Also, the insertion of the same frame repeatedly while concealing frames removed is also evident as well as matte overlays etc...In other words, the film is worthless as evidence.

Apparently plan A of the assassination incorporated an "accident" at the hairpin turn where Greer could bash into an ambulance parked there. However things had gone so well at the airport JFK had delayed leaving by 5 min.: thus Greer arrived at the corner ~12:30 rather than 12:25 & the ambulance had left. When the ambulance arrived at the hospital, the patient, who supposedly had an epileptic fit, got out & walked away.

No there were 8 shots. Only one bullet hit Connelly. One hit the car-- in the chrome windshield frame--this was the pavement shot ricochet to the windshield frame. This was the very first shot.
Kennedy was hit 4 times. All bullets did not exit. Connelly was hit once and bullet never extracted from his leg.
      Kennedy:
      1. Entry front throat. Bullet goes through windshield. ua-cam.com/video/UtFoPCKVp-8/v-deo.html From S corner of overpass.
Picture of windshield bullet hole 12” to the left of the mirror and high, available.
      2. Entry high right front hairline from the STORM DRAIN. Escape through storm drain to point west of overpass. Probably using a scoped pistol such as Remington x-100 .221 varmiter round. The .223 round not available quite yet for this pistol in 1963. Bullet is explosive since round is high speed 3200 fps.
      3. Rear entry back. Bullet does not exit. Bullet lodged atop his lung.
      4. Rear entry 5.56mm lower skull or high neck. This bullet came from rear following car by Agent Hickey when he lost his balance while retrieving a locked and loaded AR15 from the limo floor. He accidentally hit Kennedy at a 8 degree from horizontal angle while his thumb unlocked the rifle
Agent Hickey unlocked the rifle with his thumb as he picked it up. His thumb rests on the locking arm.
As the car lurched forward, he pressed the trigger and hit JFK. A lurch forward will drive his finger backward to fire unintentionally. The book “Mortal Error” explains this accident. As he swiveled his body to the rear, this puts force on the trigger finger during this motion. Also he is under stress. He is losing his balance. Also, he was standing on the sloping rear seat. He lost his balance as he turned around to point at the shooter. Try standing on a rear seat while a car accelerates.
The Agents around Hickey went into cover up mode at the Parkland hospital storm drain. This guilt by Agents cause them to cancel the autopsy and quickly get the body out of Texas.
The 6th floor shots were from a higher angle, likely 20 degrees--go look it up.
      Read “Mortal Error”
      ua-cam.com/video/sDYNMlXD59o/v-deo.html
      5. The bullet that hit Connelly was separate from any JFK bullets. It had to come from a high rear building from 20 degrees or more.
      Perhaps rooftop shot.
      6. Bullet from Grassey Knoll misses and hits curb, chipping the curb and chip wounds a bystander’s cheek.
      7. Bullet fired from building ricochets off road to hit chrome windshield frame leaving big dent. Picture available. Possibly from Malcolm Wallace, assassin for Ed Clark, LBJ, from 6Th floor. His fingerprints were found and stored for years. This was Oswald’s alleged position. Oswald seen having lunch on a lower floor.

The Storm Drain shot could easily be made with a Remington X-100 .221 scoped pistol. It has a long barrel, about 12 inches. The .223 round was not available for this pistol on Nov 22.
The storm drain had the shortest and easiest shot, about 72 feet or less.
The shooter could escape to the area west of the overpass through the storm drain system. A policeman on motorcycle rode up to the storm drain shooter. Also, smoke from his pistol was smelled by occupants of following cars. Wind was 3 mph southernly. This is 6 feet per second. He hit JFK in the hairline, bullet explodes and blows out back of head. Bullet is 3200 fps.

    4. The Dal-Tex Specimen: The fourth piece of firearm evidence consists of a rusted shell casing found on the rooftop of the Dal-Tex Building in 1977 by an air-conditioning repair man. The Dal-Tex Building is just east of the TSBD, across Houston Street. Assassination researchers have long speculated that a second gunman was positioned at that building. Judging by the rusted condition of the shell case, it had been there for quite some time. What was unique about this case was the crimped edges along the neck suggesting that either the shell had been handloaded or had been used in conjunction with a sabot. Specimens 1), 2) and 3) could conceivably have been shot from locations other than Dealey Plaza by some careless hunter. However, this shell casing meant that the rifle was shot where the shell was expended and it is unlikely that deer hunters ever had occasion to position themselves on a rooftop in downtown Dallas.

9:40 is eight seconds from the end of the video, and no further text appears on the screen at that point, not about a 7.65 shell or any other subject. I'm guessing you're talking about approximately two minutes and forty seconds earlier, at about 7:00, where the text comes on the screen saying that an empty envelope was found that according to what was written on it has supposedly contained a 7.65 shell that had been found in Dealey Plaza ten days after the assassination and determined to be of no value and destroyed.
"That alone is a devastating de-bunk of Warren Commission findings, because the Oswald's gun was 6.5 mm, not 7.65."
It might be, if it can be proven that such a shell was actually found and that whoever wrote "7.65" on the envelope wasn't simply mistaken. I'm not sure it has even yet been proven that there ever was such an envelope. The one and only human on this planet who has ever claimed to have seen that envelope, as far as I know, is the person whose name is given at 7:00 in the video above, Anna Marie Kuhns-Walko. All references I am finding to this on the internet unanimously say she's the one who first discovered this envelope but don't mention the name of anyone else who has ever claimed to have seen the envelope. I am also not yet finding a photocopy of this envelope anywhere on the internet. But perhaps there is a photocopy and perhaps others have seen the envelope too, and I have just not found their statements yet?

@@WinstonSmith24 WHAT bullet? Found by WHOM? Put into WHOSE pocket? If you're talking about the .222 shell "found" by John Rademacher, that's a BS story. Rademacher immediately started looking in gun catalogs for a strange-looking gun that could fire .222 shells. He came close, the weird-looking Remington Fireball XP-100 pistol that sits on a little tripod. The only problem is that the ad clearly says it only fires .221 shells. Remarkably, Rademacher, or someone promoting him, changed the .221 number in the ad to .222. It is very obvious to anyone looking at the copy of the ad Rademacher used, that the last digit, “1,” has been traced over in ink to look like a “2.” When this happened is not known. What is known is that James Files only mentioned firing a Fireball XP-100 pistol, which could not have fired the .222 shells Rademacher found in his “dig” in Dealey Plaza.

Timer 1:38 another hole in the chrome edge of windshield on driver side below the sun visor and a big bullet mark and hole in the Chrome stripe above windshiled. it is even marked with arrows. The 7.65 shell is fired from a M16 and a Mauser military rifle.. The original rifle found in book depository was a Mauser not the rifle they said Oswald was supposed to have used, but it was quickly changed to the rifle Oswald was supposed to have used.
A number of police officers saw and had in there hands and said they found a Mauser and took pictures of the rifle..
One officer went on record saying it was not the rifle but an Mauser rifle and like the 30 some other people who said and went against the official version of what happened and seen, died because of it..
And it only proves that Oswald not only didn't shoot and kill President Kennedy, but there was some other shooter shooting and the Oswald rifle was planted and it was a conspiracy in the highest parts of the government at work to kill the president and over throw the government and the conspiracy is still at work to keep the truth from being told and coming out that the government, both state and Federal along with the Mob all conspired together to assassinate President Kennedy.

“The 7.65 shell is fired from a M16 and a Mauser military rifle”
Nonsense. The only bullets ever found were matched to Oswald’s Carcano to the exclusion of all other weapons.
The original rifle found in book depository was a Mauser not the rifle they said Oswald was supposed to have used”
Wrong. It was Captain Fritz who thought it looked like a Mauser. Neither Weitzman nor Boone ever touched the rifle, and Weitzman said he only had “a glance” at it. The suggestion that the early reports of a German-made Mauser being found is evidence of a “police switch” has not worn well. To begin with, it is easy to confuse the Italian-made Mannlicher-Carcano with the German Mauser* as well as with several other European military rifles. Firearms expert Monty C. Lutz prepared an exhibit for the HSCA showing five European-made rifles-the German Mauser among them-of very similar shape and size, all containing the same right-sided bolt handle (common on all bolt-action rifles), an ammunition magazine protruding below the receiver (immediately in front of the trigger guard), and bayonet studs (allowing a bayonet knife to be attached to the barrel of the rifle). Lutz testified that “many of these rifles could very easily have been confused with the [Italian-made] Mannlicher-Carcano to the person who did not make a complete and thorough examination of that particular rifle.”21 Further, Lutz noted that the difference in caliber between the Italian Carcano and the German Mauser, about forty-thousandths of an inch, could hardly be determined by the naked eye. In a 1967 interview, Weitzman said he had “no doubt” that the rifle identified by the Dallas Police Department as being a 6.5-millimeter Carcano, and as having been found on the sixth floor of the Book Depository Building, is “the rifle we found. It was strictly a mistaken identity which anybody could make. If you know anything about guns, a Mauser is a Mauser. What make it is, what country it was made in, can easily be misidentified because mostly your Mauser mechanism looks very similar.” Weitzman went on to say that the Carcano “was a Mauser-action rifle” and really was “an Italian Mauser.”
“One officer went on record saying it was not the rifle but an Mauser rifle and like the 30 some other people who said and went against the official version of what happened and seen, died because of it..”
You’re talking about Roger Craig, who was a paranoid nut job who committed suicide.
      “it was a conspiracy”
You have zero proof of that.
