My 3utools 2.56 wont let me access the ipsw file so that means I cant flash anything also I have windows 11, could windows 11 be the problem
Windows 11 is probably the problem. Windows 11 breaks some usb itunes drivers. If you can try a vm

@@ancientwind1 it didnt work but i found an iphone 4 on ios 4.3.5 pretty cheap so im keeping my iphone 4s on ios 9. Thanks anyway for your help 💪🏽
