The is the best colour correcting video for dark skin that I have watched. So clear and concise and straight to the point with a demonstration. Thanks so much
JoStylin I just found her while looking for new drugstore releases. I enjoyed the videos I've seen her do so far, but it looks like she doesn't do a lot of tutorials? Wish she would since what I've seen this far have been really good.
I used your method to cover my hyperpigmention and acne scars and I must say... I am amazed on how radiant and flawless my makeup looked. Thanks please keep up the good work🤗
Your skin is flawless, gurl! And idk if it's just me, but you're very calming to listen too and very well-spoken! (every time I watch, I'm just like, "this girl knows how to articulate herself! jeez" LOL) Love your channel xx
Your brows 😍😍 I just finally bought the la girl orange corrector! I also love the NYX Dark Circle Concleaer, it's on the orangey side and is a little stiff but I find it doesn't budge - great for spots
Great video! Specifically from 5:45 - 10:14 min. I really needed the info at 8:40 min because I was about to trash my product cuz it changed the color of my foundation to a hideous orange brown color, but ill definitely try your suggestion at 8:40. You mentioned let it sit for a while. What exactly is a while? 1 min, 10min, 20 min , 1 hr? Does anyone knows what she means? It would be great if you specified an exact amount of time because “a while’ can be interpreted in many ways time wise.
This is such a great vid! Thank you for sharing. Your technique on how to stipple the color corrector in oppose to applying and dabbing with a beauty blender, is going to be a game changer for me.
I'm pretty pale and pink toned but my lips get hyper pigmented if I don't put spf on my lips/use organic toothpaste (VMV Hypoallergenics has good toothpaste) It looks quite odd on me and this video helped my quite a bit! ❤️ ** a tip for paler girls: use yellow or a peach corrector to cancel out the pigmentation on your lips :)
I was wondering if you could show us your full routine for your eyes, especially for the finishing touches on your under eye area. I've got the same deep set East-African eyes as you and you do an amazing job at diminishing that line between your eye sockets and your cheek bones and I'm just learning how to do makeup for the first time in my life and am struggling to get the whole eye area right!
I've always had a love and hate relation ship with color correcting. I hate the feeling of stacking too much product on my face and feeling cakey. I haven't used CC in so long for that reason alone but this video is really motivating me to give it another chance and work with it a bit diffiferently!
When you went off camera to finish your makeup routine how did you get rid of the faint lines under your eyes? I have this problem and will really appreciate your tip. Thank you in advance.
great tips sis, I always struggled with my corrector mixing into my foundation no matter how long I wait for it to dry. I don't know why you're not at a 100,000 subs you're seriously amazing and so hardworking.
I swear to god today I have been having a horrible day, but Aysha and Shahd uploading... is just the best day EVAAA!!! Thank you so much Aysha for making us smile and just being your beautiful self! I never had a role model or someone to look up to, but that seriously changed when I first watched your Hijabi- Talks EPS 1, you are seriously the most beautiful and inspiring person out in this world for us! I love you too much! ♡ ♡ ♡ Keep up your amazing work love! -xo

Wow theres only few people in this world that can pull of yellow and Aysha you're one of them. 💛💛💛 mA keep Slayin!! Love the makeup look & the turban style.
How do you know which foundation color to choose? I've been trying to play around with makeup and have similar hyperpigmentation around my mouth/chin and my eyes but it seems like I have 50 shades of brown on my face
Try matching to your neck and shoulders. Also, try doing photo flash tests (in darkness/dim lighting) with blended swatches on your face (try different shades on each cheek) to assess which looks best overall. I've been mislead *countless times* by sales reps and this is what I eventually did (using in store samples) until I found my match after a few visits. I was over the moon because in my 5 years or so of makeup exploration, it was the first time I felt like myself in foundation.
Love love how clear the quality is and how in depth you are with describing everything! And as always you look gorgeous my love! Keep up the great work ! Love ya 🔥😍😘☺❤
@@s.b9118 Hello, I seen your comment about how you use saffron oil to achieve pinkish lips. Can you please tell me if you use it alone or do you mix it with something else before applying to lips...Thanks in advance;)
Wow. You are so talented and beautiful. The final product makeup had me so shook you're an absolute QUEEN. I know I'm a bit late... but this is the video I have been needing!
great video! Thanks for the clear tips and explanations! I'm a complete beginner and now I have a clue on what to do when I want to conceal hyperpigmented areas on my face. Btw, love your lips with and without makeup, and your skin! It's amazing to have the ability and the resources to transform our faces at whim! ;-)
Oh my goodness! Where's the love button?!? Thanks so much for demonstrating how to properly color correct hyperpigmentation .... I really love your videos and I look forward to enjoying more of them as a subscriber! 😉
Hi Aysha I'm a great fan of u, U are such a great person with so much talent, Especially ur flawless base, u are so far the best person I have ever seen doing such a flawless base, U have a great future ahead, I wish u all the best Keep going 😊😊😊
I've watched a lot of color correcting video and this is the BEST one that I've found so far. My lips are two tone and i love "nude lipstick" now i see how i can wear it for it to look right. Thanks for sharing!
Love your video. I just ordered Wycon liquid concealer - I am thrilled they now ship to the US! Shipping is pricey but I think worth it based upon your review.
I like that salmon colored color corrector. LA girl color corrector is too orange. So I mix it with LA girl porcelain. I can make a salmon color, but it’s hard to get the color perfect every time. I live here in the US, I know Belgium probably ships to Washington state. I’d love to try it.🦋
Hi Aysha! I loved this video. Due to thyroid issues, both my lips have become dark brown. I went to the Wycon website and cannot find a shade called Fawn. They show two colors that look close to the tube you are holding: caramel and hazelnut (appears to be out of stock). Do you know whether the Wycon palette names have changed since you recorded? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you!
"80K" come thru!! So happy to see your numbers going ☝. Been following you for a long time and I am loving every video and vlog you post Aysha!💋Keep em coming.
Loved this!! Because of the job that I had I never put on make up. Just made up once a week. I never used color correctors before and I think this will help me. Beautiful!!
Great tutorial. My undereye is really dark. My problem is that no matter what brand makeup I use my eyes are bloodshot after.Any suggestions? Thanks for sharing!!
Aww..u did such a great job! This is my 1st time watching one of ur videos!! I quit using the corrector cuz it's never worked for me but seeing this I'm thinking it's because I always rubbed vs pat the corrector so..I'm guna try the pat down later lol an see if it works 4 me! Hopefully I'm jus as flawless after 👍🏾
Orange corrector doesn't seem to work for me for some reason neither does peach, it just makes my mouth area look even darker like I haven't colour corrected at all. So frustrating!
same. I used to use bobbi brown dark peach corrector and it never really worked until a mua suggested deep bisque instead as peach/orange doesn't always work for every dark skin - something to do with the tones. I think I have neutral to warm tone so maybe peach only works for cool tones?
love this you saved me. I am mixed and I have the dreaded hyperpigmentation were I look like I have a mustache bc of my pigment above my lip. This trick worked awesome.
I watched this whole video and I don't even have hyper pigmentation but I just love watching your videos!!! I'm a new subscriber to your channel and I've been bingeing all your videos!!
i loved the nyx orange corrector in their deep conceal and correct palette, it's not super orange like the la girl one. I love the lip tips lol gonna try them next time :) mashallah Aysha your content is just getting better and better, congrats on finishing uni btw 😘
I put on my color corrector first and I let it sit for about 3 minutes before blending it in. I do my eyes and eyebrows then I apply foundation. My corrector never mixes cause it already completely dry n melted into my skin by the time I apply foundation.
im not even that dark, more like wheatish skin tone but me and my mum and sis got pigmented lips. the outline of my lips are darkbrown.i hate when people point it out. thats why always were matte lipstick
Gurl. You are glowing!! So beautiful Mashallah. I suffer from the same hyper pigmentation problem and it's kinda daunting to work with some lipsticks sometimes so this was so helpful. Loved this. Thank you!

Will orange help colour correct pigmentation on Asian skin too or what colour is best for Asian skin?
No
It is based on undertones
If yellow undertones than yellow corrector and so on
What kind of asian are u referring to here
