I'm sooo hyped for this game!!! Life is Strange is so played out, everything just feels the same with no real evolution (except the graphics are a bit better). I'm seriously bummed that Square Enix is trying to overshadow the release of Lost Records, which is literally everything I wanted from a Life is Strange upgrade in so many ways, not just graphics but also story. I really hope this game blows up and gives Dontnod all the credit they deserve.
couldn't have said it better!! personally, i think the lost records art style is a much better progression of the life is strange art style than double exposure, and lost records isn't even a life is strange game! just goes to show you don't need returning characters and an recognisable IP to capture the magic that life is strange had
This upcoming game is giving me that LiS1 vibes. It's obvious that dontnod actually has the talent to make meaningful, emotional based games with good writing that aren't soulless. Unlike another studio that shall remain nameless.
Look I'm just as hyped for Double Exposure as any massive LIS fan would be, but I'm honestly just a TINY bit more hyped for this I think, the story and concept are SO cool

When I play Don't Nod games I feel that the developers care about the causes they address (homosexuality, transsexuality, xenophobia, racism, and others). Something I don't feel when I play something from Deck Nine. Given the new controversies surrounding Square, I think Don't Nod did the right thing to become more independent. Of course, now she needs to resolve her own controversies involving her management.

this is so awesome!!! i LOVE the effort that dontnod puts into the atmosphere of their games, like i am literally in awe at how beautiful it is😭😭 dontnod really prioritises artistic integrity, which is so wonderful to see when the modern creative industry sacrifices artistic integrity in the name of money i also love the marketing for this game. i'm really interested in learning more about these characters❤️❤️
