Couple of observations. First, she is amazingly economical in her movements. That gives her the latitude to do the little extra moves and not lose a beat. Second, that rack is custom. Because she is only 4'9", a normal set-up would not work. Hers is designed to put all that hardware within easy reach. Obviously, it all works because she is simply great.

I still find it strange that she has two kick drums, but the double kick pedals are set up on only one of them. The other one is just for show I guess.
