I love these, especially the one on metal skewers. I'm glad I watched this. You've also solved a problem I've been trying to figure out. I found an adorable tutorial that uses sucker molds to make plant labels with bamboo skewers as the sticks and after trying to use bamboo last year I gave up because bamboo doesn't hold up to wet well. Metal skewers may work a lot better. On a side note, I'm sorta disappointed you didn't make the one plaque say, "Bee Happy." That would have been a cute play on words. Thanks again for the inspiration.
I found the type of letters that look extremely similar to what you have on Amazon- Midwest Products Victorian Letters and Numbers Stepping Stone Stamps 😊
What a sweet personality you have! I really enjoy your videos. I started with air dry clay now I’ve discovered what you do so looks like I’m doing this lol! Thanks 😁
WOOHOO! The fun about doing cement art is I have WAY more room outside to decorate than I do inside. Cant use air dry clay outside 😁 Thank you for viewing. Let me know what you are creating. Where are you in the world?
Another great creation and tutorial! Midwest products has 2 Stone Stamp fonts: Traditional and Victorian. I like the Victorian font, it looks the most like the one you prefer. Ceramicsupplyinc has some snap together letter stamps. 😎 I envy your weather. It was snowing off and on most of the day where I live. It is harder to clean up my cement tools when I can't go outside to wash them off. But Spring is coming....
Venna, I am so grateful to have come across your videos. I have learned so much from watching and enjoy each video. I am hoping you may have a suggestion for how I can connect two dry pieces together. My mixture was portland cement, fine sand and water. I made mushroom tops and bottoms separate but have yet found a solution to connect them. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
Hello Rose 😊 Good to meet you! Yes I make sure the cement pieces are damp where you want to stick them together I use a paint brush and a mixture of water and white glue. Then I use mortar mix mixed with A mixture of half glue and half water. You want the mix of mortar and glue water to be about the consistency of soft clay. I use the mixture to the mushroom cap then stick the stem and cap together. Smooth the mortar to blend in with your pieces for a seamless bond. Leave to cure 24 hours. Follow me on Instagram and share with me what you are creating. I am always interested. Where are you located in the world Rose? Thank to for viewing and commenting and your question 😁
Those stamps you like but can't find....I've just bought them from Amazon! I did post it here and leave the link but it's been removed for some reason ! If you want the link, do let me know
LET'S RESIN has a silicone mold called fancy letters. ($15.29) Check out the reviews and pictures. I think this could be an option for possibly raised letters on your plaques to add a 3D dimension. Or use the letters you make to impress letters it into the cement.
I absolutely adore your videos! I don’t get anything done because I keep watching them! Anyway, since they name houses in England, what was the name of the house you were born in?
I am trying to cover a styrofoam head with the clay/thin set recipe but I added paper pulp and ended up with a frosting consistency… I went with it - so we’ll see how it turns out.
Hello ! I’m glad I came across your channel I’ve learned a lot from you and love your work. I was just wondering if you still use your pop/ glue mix on your projects? Is it still holding up? Thanks.
Hello Delfina 😊! Thank you for viewing😊. I am still using my POP/ Glue Clay. It is holding up very well. The Fat Chicken that is featured in my video is still sitting In my garden in partial sun and getting the sprinklers on it twice a day for over a year now in the Arizona heat.😊 Where are you in the world?
@@kristenhadley6249 I use cemental because it has fine sand instead of rock for the agate and it sets quickly. so if the quick Crete is similar it should work. Have fun and thank you for viewing😁

Hi thank you so much for sharing your video I see you have a really adorable frog back there do you have a video on how to make that one😂
@@noemid1458 aw thank you. Sadly I did not make a video about the frog. He is a fountain. The water comes up and over his crown.
I love them all but that ladybug one is so stinking cute! A new baking store just opened near me so guess where I'll be heading this weekend 😁
Hello Liezel, I hope you have as much fun with these as I do😁
Let me know if you have any questions😊

Thank you Gracie for the product name. I have added the links to the discription.
Venna have you stopped doing videos? This is the last one I can find posted. Dated April 8th, 2022 and today is June 12th? Miss viewing your work.
Hello Cookie jug. I am trying to get to more videos. it's hot now and hard to be outside to make projects😄
