That's such a nice OSD, wish other companies would take notes. Also nice to see important settings that a lot of companies are getting wrong, like being able to select specific color spaces and a DSC switch. But that huge power brick, seemingly no VESA compatibility, and not very steady stand are kinda deal breakers tbh.
It is actually visa compatible. A portion of the plastic surround where the base attaches to the monitor is removable, allowing you to unscrew the mounting point/reveal the adapter. I have it mounted on my monitor arm rn.
I honestly would not use that headphone holder on that screen, considering the glossy screen can be scratched easily and we should be avoiding touching it as much as possible.
wow if that OSD had a remote or something to navigate through and adjust everything quickly, it'd the the absolute perfect gold standard for monitors going forward. HP did a great job on that for sure, but with so many options and the only way to get through them all is that single joystick positioned so far away is the only thing holding it back unnecessarily.

That is the biggest power brick I have ever seen, holy jesus
Should keep the screen cool

Nice! I was actually really hoping you'd review this one (there are barely any video reviews of it that I can find).
How does this compare to your Alienware 4k oled?
Could they update old monitors with this menu or do they not do that ?
the power brick is just a video projector
How is it compared to the Alienware
Both qd and wdoleds glossy and matte have issues
i have aa really old 21-22 inch hp monitor i use for a second screen occasionally and it has that singl;e rotating rubber foot in the middle
same price as the alienware one , hahah nice one. in europe the alienware cost around 1000-1150 euro and the omen 1350
What's up with 99% of the monitors still having a protruding chin that looks ugly af... especially the OLED monitors recently
