hey danny so my head kinda hurts ive been looking it up on how light painting works, and how do you stay out of the shot? and just leave the light there floating with your there im kinda confused haha i really apperciate the videos thank you!
hey!! I completely understand, it kind of messes with your mind... so because you have a slower shutter... (normal shutter being like half a second when you take a photo in daylight) the slower shutter will make anything moving, blurry, and if you move fast enough it won't capture you in the photo, the light stays because its bright.... I hope that helps.

I must admit I forgot how fun light painting is, I have not done it for many years, last time I did do it was with a DSLR. Maybe I will get round to trying it again sometime soon. Awesome video.

🤔 not sure what I missed, but you just need to use those settings and the take a photo with the gopro and use a light to paint. You will figure out and fine tune it as you try it out 🤓

I use the clamp it's excellent. I like that base. And yes camera has to be still. Done this before.
