Yeah bro for real I aspire to be this good at editing. Just edited my first video on CapCut. It has a pretty simple layout and was fairly easy to use. I’m gonna look for editing software videos on your channel now. Thank you!!

Thanks so much Andy, really appreciate it! You are right once I was in the air and locked on my target there was no way I am going to get that drone back in case of a crash. Particularly the volcano stuff. This edit doesn’t even do it justice on how MASSIVE the landscape was lol thanks for stopping by man 🙌🏼

Did you conformal cote your drones for the waterfall?
I actually haven't, I was quite surprised too! I wouldn't recommend it though as the risk of frying the drone is quite high 🤣

Hey man thanks so much. Its an FPV drone which live streams directly to my goggles with a second camera that is right beneath my gopro
You mention 1/60 shutter speed for the cinematic look - how do you achieve that in all situations? Do you use a ND filter or such?
Yes exactly you have to use an ND filter
Love the vid!! Recently got a Hero 12 myself and got some waterfalls around my area. Any precautions i should take with my drone before flying around the waterfall?
Yes, don’t do it unless you water coat it 😅 don’t take me as an example as I didn’t water coat mine lol just be careful and avoid the spray 🙌🏼

Thanks so much, I used a Rhode shotgun mic hence the clarity in the audio :)

Great captures and editing. However, just wondering where are the tips? Such as what setting in different light environments, on the mountain or unedr the water?
There are some tips here and there through out the video. On the mountain mostly was shot in 5K 8:7 30FPS with a nd16 filter. Underwater was 4K 8:7 60FPS with white balance set to 6000K :)
When we talk pictures on it and upload it on instagram, so does it make quality a lil bit bad or not?

sound comes from a rhode shotgun mic
Does Hypersmooth 6.0 works well for FPV shots or post-stabilize using RealSteady or gyroflow ?
I rarely have hyper smooth on when filming FPV as reel steady does a fantastic job in post and it’s literally so easy to do

is there any way to add the lense mod and an ND filter? Or does 1/60 also work when shooting on a sunny day without an ND filter?
Unfortunately not, you wouldn’t shoot 60 fps and 1/60 anyways. If anything you would shoot at 1/120 which may be too bright but you can also just have the shutter on auto
@@fabreezy_ Thanks, yeah I often shoot 30FPS to get the cinematic look aswell :) but with the mod I would have trade FOV for Motion blur... :/ Thanks alot for the info!

FPV drones usually can not stay in the air very long. So, how many batteries would you carry when you are shooting the video clips?
I carried 20 batteries with me on this trip at all times

For the bike n dust video what's the FPS did you use? I see some slow motion there and what i heard is that you need a good 4k with high fps to get such details without hiccups
I shot some in 60fps and 120FPS, all of them were in 4K
