- The plaintiffs, a husband and wife, say the husband used to date the defendant and she cheated on him with multiple men right in their home. He says he has doubts about their daughter’s paternity and is seeking a DNA test. They’re also suing for property and emotional distress. The defendant insists she never cheated and claims he’s the cheater and he even punched her in the face. She’s countersuing for rent.

The judge was trying to make it seem as though the defendant was trying to keep him from his daughter. He kept himself from his daughter. He didn't want to claim her despite having a prior paternity test that proved that he is his father. Shame on Mathis!

I’ve seen him dismiss cases within mins for far less BS than this plaintiff spewed and he let him stand up there telling this whopper of a lie, the fact that he’s never paid a penny in child support or asked to see his kid and JM says to the defendant “are you keeping the child from him “??
