Costas still have the same warranty they have always had as far as i know, Last year I sent them back a pair of their Fisch FS 10 glasses with the 580g lenses. Had been wearing them about 3 years and the lower rubber molding started to come off. Sent them back to them for repair and they sent me a brand new pair of the same model but updated design. Got them back in 8 days and they only charged me for shipping.

At least where we fish on Lake Lac Suel in Ear Falls Ontario you can keep 3 under the slot and 1 over with a week license (think the slot is like 18"-22") AND they cant be alive if you're keeping them, so if its an eater you gotta whack it over the head and keep it on ice in the livewell. Besides that loving the videos!!
not sure the laws in Minnesota, but I've got dinged in Wisconsin for continuing to fish when my friend and I had one walleye on the bank (limit time of year was one) and we were both still fishing, DNR officer didn't know who caught it and said one person must stop fishing. Tried to make an argument that maybe one of us was pike fishing, he wasn't having it.
That's not true. Just received an email back from the ministry of natural ressources. "Hello, thank you for your email: You may only catch and retain your daily limit as a licenced individual. If you have reached your daily limit, you can retain no more fish that day. Combined limits are not allowed."

Fishing in a group and the limit is 1 that is 1 per person so since you caught 1 that’s your limit someone else can catch one and depending on how many is in the group and it’s 1 per person so everyone in the group that has a fishing license can keep one fish
Is there a shortage of walleye in Canada? The Saginaw Bay region is eight fish over 13". Six on Lake St. Claire. I wouldn't think that Lake of the Woods is fished more than we are here in Michigan. Might come down to stocking programs here vs there?
Fyi if you are targeting musky on LOTW Ontario you need a sport fishing licence, not a conservation license. Even though you are practicing catch and release for musky you must have a sport license.
Technically yes you all need to catch your own fish, but you would be hard pressed to find a warden that would give you a citation for it. It is like going 5 miles over the speed limit. And on a side note, pretty sure you are not supposed to just throw your eggshells into the woods!
What is he talking about Costa Del Mar has the best warranty. I've returned my glasses multiple times. When my model was discontinued they gave me a new model without making me pay for the lenses I shattered.

If your fishing in a group, the limit is usually per person not per group and you can catch fish for your friends and that can count as their fish.

You are allowed 2 walleyes per person under the conservation license. And only 1 over 18.1 according. Sport license is 4 per and 1 over 18.1
