Also onboard for getting the S15 here for the street. 😍 Thanks for this video man. For someone like me, with not much SA car knowledge, but quite interested in the scene, your vids are the best.
A friend of mine who stay in Somerset West, dad have a 22b single owner since the time it came out, almost never drives it and a black 3000GT also looks like it just came out of the showroom.
Thanks for the video! I was wondering if you could help me please. I know of a 1998 2 door Sti for sale in SA...kind of a "barn find" - but its been sitting for 15 years. I'm keen to buy it, but its a Swazi registered car originally and the owner (now immigrated) never got it registered in SA. The last Swaziland clearance sticker on the windshield dates back to 2005. Is there any way what so ever to get it registered so that it can be driven on the road again, or will it have to become a track car if I did buy it?
Landed the black one for R90k registered on the road.. but they're 200k+ for something in similar condition and much more for something like my silver one
Why would you want to import anything else than a RX7... 😍 If you coming back from overseas, do you still have to pay all the extra costs when bringing a car back with you?
Mazda SA sold them in the 90s through their dealerships. Also some cars that we aren't allowed for example an R33 GTS-T can be brought in by returning residents. If you were to work overseas for 12months and own a vehicle you can bring ANYTHING (rhd) back to SA... regardless of it being a collectible or not. That's how I have my MR2 SW20..
@@yashivramdayal456 Every JDM auction video I make features a Supra, most JDM cars for sale in SA vids have Supras in it... my other videos are vlogs, would be quite weird if I started talking about Supras in the middle of fixing something on my Skyline?
@@yashivramdayal456 i feel it bittersweet to talk about them since it’s not allowed to be imported anymore… so it’s like rubbing salt in a wound type thing. (Damn Toyota SA)

I would put my name on that list to get s15 over here. Awesome 👌 vid
Thanks brother! Will make a post on all the socials once the list is out
@@The_JDM_Dynasty what would the cost be ? If it does become possible to import them, just curious.
This is about to blow up because of the S15 clickbait😂😂😂
Totally unintentional haha just looked good to make a thumbnail with 😂
Relatively sad that we can only get R32 GTSt/GTS/GTE models if we're residents of Japan for a year
However I may even consider it haha

I know that u made videos on this lol.

@@The_JDM_Dynasty oh ok thats not too bad, I'm genuinely thinking of getting one, thanks
They should take the 22 b of the list and put the s15 on because the 22 b is so rare
Or even another Subaru like an STI v6 2 door or Type RA variant... something less rare, so annoying
I want to import a car from uk to south Africa ,how long does it usually take for a car to arrive in your country after all paper work is done ?
co. more importantly the paperwork and steps involved
so quick questions about the stagea. is it only the 260rs model ?
Where are ITAC offices I'm crashing out on them, i saved $50k from my freelancing ventures no way I'm gonna let someone stop me from getting a NSX
Quick question, when you say for example: R500k landed in SA... this does include the car as well right?
yes
The people at ITAC have no idea what they doing....

ik i'm late but can you import s13 coupes?
I'm crying for the s15
So for ball the duties and fees I need about a million minimum? 😭
Mitsubishi eco 9 available
What about Honda s2000? Is it there a possibility of importing it to SA?
It's not considered by ITAC as a collectors item, only what I mentioned in the video unfortunately... we have S2000's here already though

Can i import a dodge srt2
it really sucks that you cant import normal evos
Especially since they're so affordable, really upsetting sometimes
Why can't you?
so cars like the na mx-5 that aren't collectors vehicles, how did they get into sa?
