Snowboarding at Snowworld Landgraaf is a unique experience. One of the largest indoor ski areas in the world and the largest in Europe Landgraaf has plenty to offer. Mostly famous for having Europe's largest indoor terrain park, Snowworld Landgraaf has plenty to offer on and off the snow. In this video, I give you a tour of the slopes at Landgraaf and then head outside to Landgraaf's Adventure Valley to show you some of the other activities.

Would be cool to have one close by… we have lots in the UK but on a much smaller scale
The video echoed all my experiences of the place. I went about 5-6 years ago.
Landing for the kickers were super short given their medium size, and as mentioned, it was short on beginner friendly features, but as indoor slopes go, this was genuinely as close to an outdoor slope as you’ll get.
I’d consider going back given the relative in expense and travel time. Recommend trip with 3-4 days piste time.

what’s the snow like?
It's like indoor snow anywhere in the world. Good enough to enjoy yourself but never quite like the real thing. In the mornings the slopes are nicely groomed, in the evenings can be quite choppy
Great Video! How long would you recommend there just for snowboarding?
Thanks… I would say that depends on your level. Indoor snowboarding is cool but I wouldn’t want to spend too long there consistently. I’d revisit for a weekend, skiing a couple hours a day.

loved the visit i had to this park, and looking forward to visiting it again next month and hopefully slope 1 is open by then since it was closed when i visited it since they closed it for ski team training and even when that finishes it doesnt reopen for the rest of the day eather which is a bummer if you came all the way down there for half the slopes to be closed. i also feel the slopes degrade very quickly throughout the day which is expected of course given many people ride the same bit of piste and the slopes are open for 11 hours a day over a regular ski resort which usually closes after 8 hours of service. imo it would be nice if they closed the slopes 1 by 1 each in the middle of the day to have the bully reshape it for the second half of a opening day so that your not riding bumps from 3 o clock in the afternoon till 10 at night.
Hey Marco, awesome you are getting to head back out there… totally agree that slopes can be less fun as the day goes on and your idea to re-piste them during the day makes a lot of sense!

I thought Chill Factore was amazing, until I heard about Snowworld and that place in Dubai.

@@Simonjburgess try out Snowworld Zoetermeer as well. It has the steepest indoor slope of Europe.
What's the closest airport?
There are a few… Liege, Cologne are within an hour. But closest major airport probably Rotterdam 2 hours.
