Today is the release date for the ADF-01 FALKEN for Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown on most platforms. Handles very much like it used to in Infinity. This time, the TLS color has turned back to the Playstation 2 games' bright blue, and you can fire missiles without cancelling the TLS (which was kinda infuriating in Infinity).

Is it just me or that TLS comes out faster than the Raven?
Makes sense because like the A-10 the plane was built around the gun hahaha! (The Falken is like 45% TLS XD).
There is a video by Ace Combat Fan comparing the Falken to the Raven. It recharges about 2 seconds faster than the Raven.
@@-Minuano- Imo that's probably the mindset behind the Falken's creation, they probably saw that the external laser canon on top of the Morgan as a design flaw, and so they decided that the laser should be enclosed inside the plane's "mouth".

Apparently, Ramming the ADF-01 into the X-02S results in the ADF-01 being the winner.

I love how the game would actually slow down when you unloaded the TLS at the SOLG. I actually think I once had the game actually freeze to the point I had to reboot the system.

I am proud to say i finally made a functional ADF plane in Kerbal Space Program.
I made the one from the last mission and it has the same features, some of them being the weird shape, the bottom wing, the laser and the way it opens to shoot it, the drone special missiles, and the cockpit drone, and even a feature that came to be by mistake, that being the erratic way the drones turn (like in perfect right angles or just 180° in a stable manner)
I also made the Morgan, but that one is not as impressive xd

Ngl I used the Nosferatu's multi-directional missile system on sol squadron in both Farbanti and Shilage and I am not sorry whatsoever that it killed 90% of them in one salvo

@@ignatiusradityo6774 well, it is in fact quite easy to miss a lot of dialogue if you have to focus on flying and fighting, especially against someone like Mihaly.
I have played this mission 2 or 3 times, and I can not remember hearing Wit talk about how drones do not belong into the dark blue.
Now I am not going to say he didn't say it in my game, but if he did, I just could not pay attention to it.

Personally I prefer the Nosferatu with EMLs for dealing with bosses. Large amounts of instant damage when used at point blank range when missiles are basically useless. falken with UAVs is pretty solid but feels like I'm cheesing em.

You want to balance the damn thing? Leave this one for multiplayer. I want the AC5-Zero version back.
Mods my friend. Tbh I just want the same power as the TLS in infinity with a larger hitbox. As long as I can take down two npc planes with a single tls burst then its aight again
Try this using only the burst missile of the Morgan, might be really fun
I did, and it hit most of the time because of the wide explosion radius and the fact that it explodes even if it doesn’t hit.
I just noticed that the ADF-01 has healing capabilities. If it is damaged above 50%, it will heal 1% of damage every second after a few seconds
That's just the effect of the "Automated Fire Extinguisher" part.

The TLS was changed for Multiplayer balence for Ace Combat Infinity, and it's been that way since.
Exactly. The only reason of FALKEN to exist is the mighty TLS. In 7, PLSL is way better than TLS, thus FALKEN has been severely weakened.
