- Hi everyone~
I applied to 26(!) law schools last Fall 2021 and I reacted to the decisions I received. I applied to a good range of schools, from safeties to reaches.
Comment down below if you want to guess where I will be heading this Fall 2022!

I respect you for not being the basic "I am nervous to get into Law School with my 170 LSAT and 3.9 GPA" reaction video, it's not easy shooting your shot not knowing how it will go.
Really love your nonchalant "meh, it is what it is!" demeanor. Its the same regardless of whether you got accepted or not. lol. Love it!
Congratulations. Just came upon your channel and subscribed. I started at Hastings law ages ago and wound up graduating from Georgetown. Don't worry about the rejections- some of those schools aren't worth private school tuition anyway. Best wishes to you!
The waiting is the worst! I have 7 applications out and only two have come back so far. I have got into both but I am still really nervous. Congrats on your law school journey! Best of luck!
Thanks for this video, what I can say about the waitlists is that you need to be vigilant on staying in communication with the school. Also, I had a friend get waitlisted at unc and he retook the lsat during his waitlist time, scored 4 points better and contacted the school. They took another look at his package and he was offered an acceptance letter. Remember, law schools want to see if you are teachable especially in this situation where you were waitlisted by a lot of schools. Good luck on your journey.
I love this video! Thank you for being so vulnerable in front of all of us. 🥰🥰🥰
Best of luck in law school!
Thank you!
thanks so much for sharing your result checks, i admire your courage to reveal your info its very helpful
Congrats on your acceptances....I really enjoyed watching your video....
Congratulationsss!! Thank you for this! This is so dope!
Hi I was just checking your channel. You seem like a smart lady regardless what Law School accepts you.
Thank you!
4 Acceptances and 10 wait-lists... Not bad at all! 🙂
new subscriber here! best of luck to you

What's the process of being waitlisted ??
Lots of letters of continued interest and trying to keep yourself in the mix. They could theoretically keep you on the waitlist till the day their classes start.
what was your LSAT and gpa?
What were your numbers? They always say it’s not the numbers, but I’m increasingly believing that is not good advice.
Congrats on getting into UC Hastings Law, waitlisted at Northeastern Law, etc. Where did you end up deciding to go to law school?
Thank you! I ended up at UC Hastings~
@@lifewithjulee I knew it!
Who can resist SF?
Congratulations@@lifewithjulee
We need an update on this vid, sis!
Yes! :D I finally uploaded an update video on where I am attending~
@@lifewithjulee yesss! Will watch asap
What were your stats?
You honestly don't need to know the exact answer... just base it from the schools she got denied and waitlisted for. Most schools were in the middle of the rankings which need median scores in the 150's. She's a minority just like myself so schools tend to take that into consideration since a lot of schools are heavy with white privilege that they want to be diverse. Most of your top ranked schools are in the east towards north east. Pretty much from north carolina up to Connecticut

@@vickyyyy what!!! Crazy.
@@vickyyyy thats wild.
Not great, obviously...
26?! Dear heavens. I applied to 1, lol.
What was your lsat score and gpa?
I know there are reach schools and I know humans cope with justification. But saying it was expected is not a good starting statement for your legal career. It’s a stretch sure but no one applies expecting to be rejected. Also 26 schools is way too many. 15 should be the max and even that’s pushing it. Anything over that and you can’t give ample enough time to each application. There is more to law school then just acceptance how well you do on applications factors into a lot. Also don’t apply to Harvard if you aren’t anywhere close to their range it’s not a shoot yoir shot kinda thing. They have a question literally asking people if they seriously believe they will get in because so many people just apply for no reason.
When did you submit your applications?
I think I submitted them around Thanksgiving season, but I tried to finish submitting them all before the year ended!
실례이겠지만 lsat과 gpa 알수있을까요 ㅠ 이정도 우수한결과이면 정량이 얼마정도인지 궁금해서요 부탁드려요
What were your criteria for application? You are covering a lot of geography, a lot of program specialties, varying sizes, costs, private public mix and needless to say a lot of money.
I have an updated video on my process of application~
I’m in my junior year of undergrad and I’m majoring in Psychology. I want to apply at ASU and UNM law school. I might apply at University if Colorado too because I went to Boulder for my first time back in 2020 and I loved it lol did you use the same letters of recommendation for all applications? Or did you ask numerous people? Also, what would be your advice on letters of recommendation? And how did you go about time management with the LSAT? :)
Hello, good luck with school and applying to law school! I uploaded an update video with how I went about applying and studying for the LSAT~
What did you get on the LSAT?
I have an updated video on my stats~
I wonder, does your application same to submitted for all university?thanks
What were your stats? What did you get on the LSAT and what was your GPA?
Just listen to her schools she got denied/accepted to... you don't need to know her stats
@@lordmarsgaming1935 what range would you guess that she’s in?
@@bryangomez1384 based off the schools she got accepted to I would say in the low to mid 150's. She's also considered a minority like myself so schools tend to be more lenient on scores to try and be more diverse. For instance I've known two guys (African american) that got into Columbia and yale with lsat scores of 167 and 169 and their ugpa's were around a 3.6. Very rare but it can happen depending on their soft skills. A lot of top tier schools suffer in diversity so shoot your shot.
It would seem most effective to apply to no more than 5 law schools, where you have the best chance of admission, with your grades and LSAT's.
what was your undergrad gpa and lsat score?
You might go to UCI
I think you’re going to Boulder or uci
UC Hastings is my guess.
How many hours per day did you study for the lsat?
I think I studied at least 4-5 hours a day for a couple of months :)
You probably got waitlisted at Vegas because they ain’t think you would come.
🎉❤🎉❤🎉❤
I applied to zero law schools, but was accepted to Trump University law school....after buying Trump sneakers😅😅.
you wasted more than 3k$ only applying
If you attend a Law School Fair / Forum, you can get application fee waivers
Were you a KJD?
Hi~ I was not a KJD. I have an updated video with more information~
Damn sis.
26 law schools ? Each with a several - hundred - dollar and non - refundable application fee ? How can you blow thousands on what could be a foolish effort ?
Perhaps. I have my doubts. These institutions are there for one thing. To squeeze as much money as they can out of people, any way they can. So let's say 26 law schools at, conservatively, $ 200 each, non - refundable application fee. That $ 5,200. Now perhaps the young lady's family is well - off, and that wasn't a major expense. Or they view anything spent on education as a wise investment n the future. Which it very well may be. But, if we are to believe the usual, liberal - media narrative about " financially struggling college student, about to take on hundreds of thousands in student loans for law school....", etc. This does appear to be quite a foolish and irresponsible waste of money on her part.
It was an effort to go to the best law school that she could. It’s her personal decision based upon her needs and desires and ability to afford the applications. Wishing her much success with a great outcome to this endeavor.
@@lynettestewart9142 Well. All very nice. But not buying it. We are all supposed to believe the media - and academia - created myth of the ramen noodle - eating - and sitting - on the - floor - with - the - laptop - because - we - can't - afford - a - chair struggling college student, who now is about to assume several hundred thousands of student loan debts, to have her dream of attending a top - tier law school. It certainly doesn't match up well, to have that student spending more money she doesn't have, on what in the end could be a fool's errand. Picking the top three, and at most five, law schools where there is the best chance of acceptance, seems to be a much wiser course of action to follow here.
Some schools offer application fee waivers based on need and minority status
@@crazybandgeek14 Well that's all very nice. Again, no mention even in vague terms about what is the meat and potatoes of this. I assume the young lady has the grades and LSAT scores to be applying to some of these prestigious institutions. The competitive nature of the application process is only a preview of how law school will be.
There was 0 reaction to any of the schools you chose to react to. I don't really see how you would call this "watch me react to the decisions" but ah ok
