If it has got yellow number plate. Side number plate is compulsory. I am using isuzu d'max s cab bs vi. I had to pay fine 3000.00 for not having side number plate. It is registered as goods vehicle. If you have white bord number. Then no side number plate. When I got the vehicle from showroom, they told need not have side number. But mvd charged fine 3000.00 for not having side number painted
