Rocking my white 2003 Excursion here in Mesa still. 268K going strong. Just need that jet fire turbo. Those big nozzles struggle with clean running and lower EGT. Everything’s a trade off. Awesome video

I daily a 2000 Excursion with 297k and a 1st gen KC38R.
I actually moved the front spring perches for the rear, and put 2011 F250 rear leaf springs on. Big difference. Plans of coil swap someday. And you're selling me on a 6.7 console...
I have 3 diesel excursions. They were my daughter’s first trucks at 16yo. I wanted them in the biggest heaviest safest thing I could put them in being accidents was/is the number one cause of teen deaths.
I loved them when I was younger but the maintenance and usual powerstroke problems are getting to be more then I want to deal with and more then they can afford. Not sure if I want to try a v10 or just stick with a f150.
We have been driving suburbans for the last 10 years . I have a famiky of 10 of us . Ive been considering a deisal excursion for the family . Please give me reasons why i should or shouldnt . Its for my wife i olan to do lots of traveling
Can’t beat a diesel excursion. Better fuel mileage. More power. Better towing. More room.
But it is a diesel which comes with its own hurdles
Does that 6.7 console bolt right in or does it need modification? I have an ‘06 F250 Lariat with a console, but it’s so small!
It’s not a hard swap at all. It does not bolt right in because the mounts are different. But easy to figure out
