  • What is going on everybody, this is TGA, and in today's video, we're in Liverpool in Merseyside. Where we meet PC1165, a cop who doesn't identify himself and gets as close as he can to me, nearly forcing me in to oncoming traffic, because he believed I was obstructing the highway, which would've only been the case if I was restricting the flow of traffic, which I wasn't. Enjoy

      I agree, these audits are a pointless exercise if you are going to end up being obsequious to all of their demands, secondly, most auditors are not understanding and are allowing public services classing themselves as private property, and they are agreeing, this is bad precedent to set, as citizens we have a right to go and scrutinise the property, the people pay for, either thou it maybe privately owned and is rented, or this other so called narrative they are now saying that it is Government property, when they say it is state owned = by definition Comminism/fachsim, I am starting think some of these auditors are being paid by the likes of the police and Government to push this private property narrative just to confuse the viewers, or it could be they just need to educate themselves even more.

    I can't help but feel you failed on this. You allowed him to basically usher you to exactly where he wanted you. You should never have backed up but you constantly did. You should've just held your arm out and asked him not to come into your personal space. He would (should he wish to 'move you on') have had to physically move (assault) you. The officer was very condescending in his mannerisms and when he said you were now in the road you should've alerted him that it was he who put you in a dangerous position by forcing your movements in such a way and you would be putting a formal complaint in. Also, when have you ever known a police car to 'blue light' into a police station? It just doesn't happen 🤷🏼‍♂️
    Aside from all that, you should also report them for parking on double yellow lines.

    I have to say on the face of it the PC here didn't seem too bad. I think TGA is very polite and feels obliged into answering back right away (perhaps too quickly), potentially giving advantage to the PC. If TGA was being 'pushed off' (trespassed) then fair enough. The situation seemed to be that TGA was being 'asked' to keep to the footpath. This is a grey area but comes down to either he can stand there and film or he can't. If he cannot then arrest him. If he can then leave him alone to stand where he wants. To Plod or Not To Plod seems immovable from similar situations, but his age is another factor. Of course it is easy to say 'do this / do that' and it depends how far one is willing to go for the cause. You could argue that auditing requires you to adopt a persona and become an actor, leaving emotions at home and often going against the grain. Yardley Ski was in a similar situation in a recent video when pushed out of a police station for filming inside. He remained at the door filming. Fantastic work TGA - Well handled.

And all I can see is those who say that have never done this themselves all I’m gonna say , but yeah thanks all those for the constructive criticism don’t know what went wrong here thought the same myself

    So going by Tyrants theory, if they are on blue lights they don't need to give way to pedestrians on the road and "you could get hurt" but he implied that would be your fault. Cars coming in and out quickly on blues and twos but would have to stop at the line marked STOP on the road for the VERY slow electric gates to open so wouldn't be going that fast or they would hit the gates wouldn't they?

    • @scruffyalice-ff5pz
      @scruffyalice-ff5pz 2 місяці тому

      And they still have to slow down at junctions and lights when on blues and two's. They have to drive fast but safely at all times.

    Oh... You kind of folded like a deck chair there.. you seem new, I myself made many mistakes when I first started filming police. My advice for you is to next time just say 'thank you Sir but I'm more than capable over my own safety thank you and I wont obstruct any traffic' and then refuse to move, let him drag you, then walk straight back, if he arrests you then it's unlawful. The whole point of auditing is to show the police that they are not just some unaccountable gang who can just go about bullying people as they fancy.

    He DOES have to identify himself and you are not Obstructing the highway unless you have stopped actual traffic.
    Section 24 of the vagrancy act doesn't exist and never has (there are 22 sections), Section 4 is likely what he meant and only applies "after having been convicted as an idle and disorderly person", it also doesn't apply outside in public places unless you are also committing a Criminal Offence at the time. What's left of the Vagrancy Act 1824 means you can be in publicly accessible non enclosed premises as long as you are not committing/committed a separate criminal offence at the time.
