      It's the VAAPR print bed which we invented to release parts after the bed cools down.

      We print in a variety of materials but in this video it is PLA.

      Our in-house print farm uses Ender 3s, however we have Quinly available for a variety of printers which are listed on our shop!

    Are you using custom creality auto levelers? How do you maintinan bed level consistency while away.

      We developed a print bed specifically for automation. It has high adhesion when it is hot and low adhesion once cooled - the difference between it and other beds is that it does not wear out and the adhesion never changes (and you don't use glue or tape). This allows us to print around the clock. At the end of the print, the parts have require less than 15g force to remove so gravity and a nudge from the gantry is all you need.

      @@3DQue hence leveling is a minimal issue due to no offset from removing prints.

      @@andrewvo7898 Yes. We do use ABL probes for greater certainty.

    how do you manage the print farm?

      we use a software called AutoFarm3D. It can auto populate the printers from a central queue. Check our the video description to learn more.

      This farm is always changing as we add new printer models that we are testing with our automation system.
