- In this video I go over several tips to help you stop losing to the Avatar Mythic Items Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2. With The Avatar Collab there were 4 elemental mythics added Airbending, Waterbending, Firebending, and earthbending. The fire bending should have been fixed to set fire to wood it’s ridiculous that it doesn’t

You should be able to generate shield or something with fire mythic in flame.

The one I hate dealing with, is the water one. Too much damage in bursts, too fast, and WAY TOO DAMN ACCURATE!!
I agree. It was already so good before they buffed it, and now it’s just ridiculously OP

@@bubbagrayer4283 See what I mean?! No trajectory falloff, and at most 1% shot bloom. If you can see the enemy, why carry an SMG or sniper?
also no recoil, no drop on bullet from distance, infinite ammo, istant reload, and healing, gj fortnite team

Every game I play now ends up with 6-8 people riding around in a small circle using airbending
Its me, im one of those 6-8 people. But fr i dont get how people play fortnite and dont try to enjoy the new features where they can. Like they play fortnite the same way they did back in chapter 4 season 4 using the same loadouts. Lol let lose and smack some some people around with firebending every once in a while.
@@tmoney1487 So true! I generally prefer the more "grounded" weapons such as what we had for the previous season's loot pool, but I can't help myself when we have crazy ass mythics like in this season. It's a lot more enjoyable to fuck around the map and engage in random fights XD

I've seen that as well. I lost because the circle got so small I couldn't stay out of the storm. There was 3 of us all just airbending in circles and no one wanted to fight and get third partied
Can't wait for them to remove the vending for this reason. At least nerf the airbending so that it eventually runs out! People just play like pussies and run endlessly

Zero build problems. In BR you just build and fire benders end up looking useless and stupid lol.
I guess the takeaway is just use cover better.

@@ErykRoll Which isn’t a problem… I still found a way to extrapolate my experience with fire bending in BR and apply it to ZB.
I do the reverse all the time when I watch this channel - take what works in ZB and try to apply it where applicable to BR.
The way you explained air bending is the exact way I use it.
You can bait out opponents so easy. They spam items, ammo and position to chase and they just give away their position to everyone else while they deplete their resources. The tunnel vision is very real.
Overchasing the airbending mythic is my biggest downfall. I know I’m making a mistake when I do it but just can’t help myself. I’ll waste 6 shocks just to ‘beat’ it and then grief my whole game, but the item is just so annoying. Can’t wait until next week😅
Same! I recorded my games and i chased someone for 4 minutes, just to be killed because he hided in the bushes.
Sniping waterbender players is rather difficult and risky because if you get in their line of sight and they shoot the damage recoil messes up with your ads, you might not get any damage with the sniper and they do

Ya I got jumped on with fizz shockwave airbender combo in ranked yesterday I didnt even have time to react with no audio at all
Air bending annoys me when I'm the one trying to run away without it. If I Shockwave or get in a car to run from a fight I can't get away from anyone with air bending.
Waterbending is op too, the accuracy plus the damage from a full burst, you can go from full shields to dead before you even know what happened

I love that earthbending means you can travel without using a car or your energy. The hardest to try and beat is definitely water and fire bending. I prefer to use either water or earth bending. I find I can down an opponent quicker with water.
The airbender mythic has been wrecking me. But not because of what you've mentioned. I feel like it's allowed people to 3rd party fights a whole lot easier. Can't wait until it's gone.
I almost always try and get a water bending and air bending, the unlimited ammo and relatively quick attack with the water bending is insane
I had to run with the airbending mythic last night. Got to a spot i could reset and recover, then went on to win that match. Good times!
yeah waterbending is OP. The others are just annoying but can be dealt with fairly easy. One of the big things when getting hit of waterbending is its hard to see the person firing at you through the ice shards sometimes, makes it hard to aim accurate, at least for me. I probs need try move about more, jump sideways etc
How do you get your dx12 to run so smooth, what’s your updated settings? I have a 4090 and i9 13900ks and my game on dx12 is so stuttery even with everything on low

Best mythic to use is the Water bending mythic for sure. It is fun to use. The worst is the fire bending mythic. I feel like I am never in control of my character when I use that.

Water bending is that get me it melts so fast fire bending is a little easier to counter with shocks

The problem I find, and the most infuriating thing with the water mythic is that it feels like there’s no weakness to it other than its long pull out time. Very often I can contest even the gatekeeper in close range fights (with some form of movement items), it’s strongest at mid range and has the potential to be as lethal as a sniper at further ranges and at times even more than the snipers.
What's Ur sensitivity?
The Fire/Water Mythic is pretty devasting at close range...

In this meta, you basically need to avoid the waterbending players until the end game. To do this effectively, you need mobility( airbending, vehicles or shockwaves). Firebending and earthbending you just keep the fight from a distance. The only one that seems way too OP is the waterbending though because of a high dps with high accuracy. As is, waterbending is better than any AR in the game. I will take waterbending over a gold AR anyday.
Water bending is what I lose to most. Do people suggest quick weapon swapping for controller or does l1 r1 good enough?
I use quick weapon and it’s way better for me. Also, just snipe the waterbenders.
I also play build mode though so maybe it isn’t that easy in zero build.

Avatar stuff got played out quick. The water is extremely OP and the air just make the matches take way longer than they need to because everyone runs. They need to put the chains back in. The wings were trash always and should not be considered mythic. More like rare.
At least we only have one more week of Bending before we get back to business. Air bending needed a cooldown, water needed more damage falloff, fire needed buffing as it was crap and earth was fine as is. IMO, of course.
The mythic I struggle with most is the Myth that FN is going in a good direction.
I fight better at range so the waterbender is a fav for me, no drop and sniper range.
The water bending is just plain broken. WAY too OP. It should have a cool down time or, better yet, you should have to go in the water to "reload" it.
The real trick with the avatar mythics isn't just countering one. It's mastering all four and use that combination. Big brain instawin.

@@ErykRoll Agree except for when you miss a shotty shot, and you need a spray to finish. After bunker opens, I usually carry it. As long as u get timing on some1 then yes it's better. But if u don't or u miss a shot, it's dramatically worse

Waterbending is too broken man!!! No spread do more damage compared to some guns!!! Too many uses with almost no recharge time!! I think when you are shooting the water you should get stuck in an animation on the air like normal old mitics items even with the same amount of damage I think would give other players better changes to fight back!!

Air bending with a purple or better Frenzy Auto is a cheat code. I won 3 no builds tonight hanging out at edge of storm and 3rd partying the last kill.

(Yes, I need to get better. Ive only been playing like a month, and I'm bad at videogames in general. But I still like winning. Otherwise it's really discouraging.
Adding those op anime crap items are not doing this game any favor. It sucks, its stupid and has no point. But basically i know that every time season ends it becomes a total shitshow. So i dont play it and advice you do the same.
