That rion can go from 0 to 40 in 3.8 seconds! For a damn scooter lol. I test drove one and tried my luck with 0 to 100 real quick. And it ripped from under me! And it's so much torque the slicks cant even stick 2 the ground! Just burns out for the 1st 2 sec or so. If u ever get a chance 2 try one. I deff recommend lol. Just be super careful lol.

I sincerely hope that that esc on the left is not what's driving that motor, I've used about 8 of those in various vehicles and they typically last about 3 weeks of regular use with a 200w motor. use a vesc instead.
I had a 5kw e scooter once that sounded similar to this. Very illegal, very fun. Unlike the legal scooters, it didnt struggle uphill but rather would hold about 55kph, on a straight itd go about 70.

I dont know where you live but in new york, e bikes cannot exceed 25mph as assist engines so 25mph while youre pedaling, not the motors alone 750w max power as well, so about 1hp. I know new york specifically for that and i would assume its similar for most places. Like, just like my scooter, faster e bikes are obviously around and here you can actually legally ride them if you get a small license plate like for a scooter and have an appropriate license. But just getting and riding one legally? Nah. Edit: i also just googled around a bit to see if im right and man the states have weird vehicle laws. I complain about ours being conplicated but, damn.

Awesome bit of kit but I do hope the new models are not so expensive... these sadly are so expensive most people can't afford them so it feels like a waste of time to a point as this is truly an incredible bit of kit... I've been using my £430 Chinese viper 1000w 48v off Road scooter for over 3 years and it's not let me down.... I want 1 of these but @ over £2,500 in the uk its ridiculous for the low end models so I can only assume this new model will cost over £3k+ and for that kind of money I'm better off with an electric bike.... ???? Especially when these scooters are illegal on the uk streets....
