In this video we will show you some of our personal favorites among the objects sold at the recent Modern Art + Design auction, held by the auction house Bukowskis in Stockholm. Last year we were a bit critical against the Swedish auction houses and their quality auctions. We thought they lacked interesting an unusual objects, so we were quite disappointed. But this spring Bukowskis really got their revenge with an auction filled with a long range of rare and amazing pieces. We will now show you 20 of them.

Excellent. Would love to see more auction reviews.
Thanks! Glad you liked it!
Great review guys!
“Probably an old gramma” hahahaha!
:)
I don't particularly like the sideboard! I like the legs I guess, but a lot of IKL's designs were a bit too heavy on veneer for my liking!
Yeah, and the quality isn't that good. Should obviously cost a decent amount of money, but not this much!
Well, the Aalto chair would be very hard to live with. It needs re-webbing and someone has dribbled beer (or worse) on the fabric (on more than one night) , yet its a relict of a classic so are you even 'allowed' to re-cover it & thus recover it? As for the lights and cabinets, what's going on in Sweden - have you struck oil or did a load of Norwegians come over the border and go mad with their petro-dollars? x
Haha, yeah, cabinets seems to be just right for the moment. Some of them are really nice, but this flowery one was kinda boring. Most of them seems to be sold to Central Europe and the US.
