- In this video we’re gonna talk about a trend we’ve spotted on the Swedish online auction site Tradera. Recently some single tea and coffee cups have been sold for very large sums of money. For long the demand for porcelain by well known designers has been high, but always the same patterns, for example Berså, Zebra or Picknick. They were expensive, but not nearly as expensive as the ones we’re gonna show you now.
The cups seen in this video are produced by Gefle Porslinsfabrik, Gustavsberg, Rörstrand and Arabia (Not least the Moomin mugs).

Large cups in the US are called mugs for coffee or hot chocolate, and the small cups are teacups.
Interesting, and more accurate.
That's just CRAZY

One of my favorite types of refrigerators from the 60’s is the GE Wall Mounted Freezer.
Really interesting thanks
Thank you for the great content! Scandinavian vintages are really unique comparing to US vintages. Living in Sweden, I miss US vintage clothes a lot but otherwise Swedish vintages are fantastic!!
Can imagine US vintage clothing is really good. Here in Sweden most second hand clothes shops are quite dull.
Some are very nice but I personally think that designes by Marianne Westman and Hertha Bengtson are superior to these.
Yeah, agree with you. Some of the Gefle cups in this video are nice, but hardly worth the money.
