Hi Marina! I have found that the brand strategy service I offer works best for clients who have a validated product or service, meaning, they have tested what they offer with a group of people. Since branding helps to create an emotional bond between a business and a customer, it’s helpful to have that info to do our job well. I understand some clients don’t know these things yet or have a validated offer or market, which then makes me think that they’re in a stage before needing brand strategy, like needing coaching and research to help them uncover what they want, product development in order to create something people actually want and need, or maybe something else.
