I have a 02' XR 200r got if for helping move a shed I found out it had jumped timing I put a new crankshaft timing sprocket a cam chain and a new crab runs like a champ
Thats an awsome score thanks for sharing. Hondas are a great bike and these XRs certainly are a nice bike to ride... my lad had no intrest in two wheels with his kx60... but he is keen as with this bike..

You installed the cam chain tensioner wrong that little piece under the main arm is supposed to be up next to the chain not under the arm of the tensioner
Thats for the feedback mate.. will certainly check that out...
Never seen this style tension... and do remember being a little puzzled putting it back together... but thought I recalled it correctly..
