Thanks for watching. Ride Safe!
Love the A21. Zoomed past 1066 a couple of weeks back on the way to Hastings. Never liked 1066 but not been since it's facelift. Too old for camping. That's what B&Bs are for. Nice bed. Refreshing shower. Cooked brekkie. Totally get the just go spontaneity but it's not for me. Air mattress is a must so I've heard. Her 2 wheels has a nice one that uses the storage bag to pump it up. Might wanna check it out.
Thanks Kevin, just found that video. Looks good. I have ordered a more compact air mat that has a small hand pump built in that works in a similar way. Will see how I get on.
dont get side cases YET top box and roll bag is PLEANTY of room for camping
I have a couple revit tornado meshjackets in Florida foe the temps in the 90s with extremely hi humidity that really save me . I dont go so fast in mesh the abrasion resistance is so lo compared to some textiles , & leathers . i think my best gear. Are my Held gloves with the kangaroo palms . I prefer a nice hotel with room service when traveling , but when with good company i can go camping for fun . i put my sleeping bag on a thin inflatable for lounging in a pool . nice video
Phil, Could you adjust your mirrors so that they are in line with the storks, far more stylish, at the moment they remind me of those pictures you see of those droopy wasp atenna. Cheers, Gordon 😎
A very nice ride Phil. I have the same issue with camping, not because of rats, just dogs, and my wife also doesn’t like camping either! I’d do more on my own, but it doesn’t seem fair to leave her on her own looking after the dogs, while I’m enjoying myself. Self induced guilt!
The Givi Topbox is really good nice choice Sir Camping in Wales sounds fun 😃
Camping in Wales and Cornwall....Be sure to bring your waterproofs :)
When you get down this way give me a shout if you feel to and I'll come say Hi.
Will do, I think the plan is to ride to Lands End, so should be able to meet
@@Phil480 Cool, I am away or five days in Septemeber(I'll look the date up & comment again later) here's hoping Sods law stay tf away! :P
I'm away on the 27th Sept. Anything before that should be fine.
It's going to be the weekend of 12th &13th Sept.
You're not on other social media are you? Remember that Star Wars decal you sent me a few years ago? I have finally stuck it to something haha. I was holding on to it until I was sure where I'd want to put it, so I've put it on my new top box :). I'll be posting some photos soon.
Excellent! I only ever managed to get two of those decals, one went to you, the other to Toobie. Just looked on your Instagram (I don't have an account) it works perfectly on the top box :)
As for Sept, I'll keep that weekend free. My number is the same if you still have it, just give me a shout.
Entertaining vid there Phil, Interseting to hear the village of "Ditchling" mentioned. I`ve only been there once, on the 96 London to Brighton cycle ride, i did the last 4 miles in the back of an ambulance due to getting knocked off my mountain bike on the way down from Ditchling beacon. Another bloody cyclist was`nt watching what he was doing and pulled across in front, i overlapped the rear wheel of anothe bike, flew over the handlebars and slid down the gutter on my head. At least the saying was right, where there`s no sense, there`s no feeling. Looking forward tothe vid of you and the Captain and Bigglesworth camping.
Ouch, that sounds painful!
You will absolutely end up with matching panniers for that box, and then spotlights, screen topper, camping stove, camping stool, a different tent, a different everything else... it never ends :D
Sounds good to me ahaha
Am really looking forward to the September camping, should be awesome, especially if the weather holds :-)
Hope so! I'm pretty much all ready for it now, even done a trial camp in my garden for the last couple of hot nights because it was too hot indoors.
@@Phil480 awesome, my garden isn't able to pitch a tent in, is a bit of a bomb site till I get the landscapers in
