"Where is the rest of the gear?"?... Well, the best help I can provide is guessing that "the rest of the gear" consists of all those thousands and thousands of hours of heavy work practicing. Whether Sundays or Mondays, Christmases, or Birthdays - you just keep on drilling, searching, experimenting! And one beautiful day, you might have it all there - the whole "gear" you seem to still be missing!... Good luck, mate!
