Wednesday's are the best. You and Kevin from Always Analog!
Love the AliExpress pencil reviews. Surprisingly they sell some Staedtler ones on there that I haven't seen before.

AliExpress Staedtler review coming: very soon.
Thanks for the kind words.
@@ma-mo Awesome! I want to see if they're bootlegs or high quality.
Kevin and Duffy are what I look forward to most on Wednesday mornings. They really help with the "hump day" sensation.
I love the color! I've never seen brownish pencils. Do you have the link where to buy them?
Thanks! I've now added the link to the description.
I was looking at the color of that pencil and going through my clouded memories of my big Crayola 64 crayon box with built-in sharpener and trying to color match it with one of the crayons. I would say it is a shade of taupe (which is "mole" in French) and I wouldn't even begin to attempt to pronounce the name of the manufacturer. All that said, the factory points on these is respectable, and they seemed to erase decently with the attached eraser! And what's not to like about some smoothness? Thanks for the review, MAMO!!
It's the color of Werther's Originals, for us more seasoned folk.
Thanks, Kevin.
From the description, it sounds like a satisfying pencil to use. And for cheap like that, who could say no? (Unless extra costs factor in, of course.)
These budget Chinese pencils really make me wonder what a _premium_ Chinese pencil would be like. And how it'd measure up against Japanese ones, so far the undisputed kings of writing and drawing satisfaction.
@@DinnerForkTongue The mind reels at what a Premium pencil would be like.
That brand name and logo look like some sort of AI-generated nightmare! They look very nice though otherwise. Smooooth.
Yes! Like AI or printed words in dreams; they look like they should mean something but miss the mark.
