      Thanks mate, glad you enjoyed the video. I’m going to be heading back to the mini to try this trick fs in the future. I’ll give you a shoutout when I get it landed. 👊

      @@KieranClarkSkates for sure bro, i just land my first shuv it fs body variel today and I'm thinking of starting another channel for skating. thinking about starting a series called "learning with mad-j" (my nickname) watching smaller channels like this and having so much support is awesome and really inspiring.

      @@KieranClarkSkates also: if your just nervous about going back fakie on a frontside crook, you already have it man you just gotta try it and commit. committing as of right now is my issue lol

      I get that mate, this whole year for me has been a battle against my mind to work through and commit stuff. It’s frustrating as I know I’m physically capable but it’s that mental barrier which is so hard to break. Definitely go for it with your channel mate, there’s an amazing community of people on here who all support each other. Just check out everyone who’s commenting on my videos and you’ll notice where all in a similar boat just helping each other out. It makes such a big difference for me mate. Front shuv body varial sounds sick, get that posted so I can see it for sure.

    You are killing it man. I am also an old bastard that used to skate.
    I built a mini during lockdown last year and never even thought to try this trick. Thanks for the inspiration.
    I’d like to see you learn blunt fakies. It’s always been a dream trick of mine, but I’m far to scared to try it.

      Blunt fakie is a dream trick for me too mate, I’ll definitely get it one day but I need to do some work to get to it first 😂 watch this space though because I’m determined to get it one day. Definitely give this trick a go it’s dead simple and feels pretty good.

      My Friday video is a bit more of a mini ramp session video so got some more stuff in there. I’m going to try and go out and film a lien of every mini ramp trick I can do soon as a little challenge video. Should be a laugh 😂

    That’s super cool looking bro, love how it just hangs there n pauses time! The build up can go one way or the other I’ve found, I definitely know what you’re saying about thinking it’s gonna flood back instantly which means it’s gonna take forever at least! Seems like coz you were chill about it they came off semi easy though? A nice chill sesh with no stress either way! 👊🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

      For sure the more relaxed I am the quicker the tricks seem to come. Just need to remember that next time I’m fighting some weird flip trick 😂 I really like the way this trick looks and feels, your right it does just hang there for a sweet moment.

    I remember George going over that trick in one of his recent videos. I've been working on my teans a little more. Axle stalls still not as consistent as I want them to but I got my first fakie tail stall on a mini ramp yesterday it was scary but it was worth it. I feel like you got that fakie crook pretty well maybe you could even do a revert into it.

    • @KieranClarkSkates
      @KieranClarkSkates  3 роки тому +1

      That’s awesome dude, that first tail stall is pretty scary but you’ll soon find it becomes very natural. My axles are still a bit hit and miss but feel like I’m getting there with them. I hadn’t thought of trying to revert from it but I’ll have a play with it. Cheers Rayvin.

    Nice video Kieran and that mini ramp looks alot of fun. You got that trick down super quick. Looks like you had a lot cooler day down your way than what we have had. It's been damn hot 🔥. Hoping to skate later when it's cooled down a bit. Anyway, love watching your progression, gets me hyped to go out and skate. Keep the videos coming 👊💯%.

I’ve not been out to skate because I just can’t cope with the heat 😂 it did come pretty quick thankfully, I’m hoping to get some more ticks down on this mini as it’s perfect for learning on. Glad it gets you hyped mate have an awesome session. 🔥🔥🔥👊

    Awesome Progression man! yea I get the names switched up or confused all the time...lol I suppose its a switch 50 or switch crook, or a smith depends on the stall style..? at any rate - Awesome video brotha, cool mini ramp it looks like it has like 8 ft flat maybe.. I gotta get back on the half - there are few of those in my neck of the woods..!

      Definitely get out on the mini bud it’s such a good way to progress. I’m not 💯% sure of the dimensions of this ramp but I absolutely love it. Need to measure it up at some point as if I ever build a backyard mini this will be size I’m after. Yeah tricks names are hard 😂 I’ve given up trying to work them out.

      @@KieranClarkSkates yea I agree too many names, I just subscribed to thrasher and free so perhaps that will help with the names, history and culture of this endless activity of fun!! you can allways copy the transition with a thin piece of ply or even some cardboard, I have done that before... any way just thought I'd tell you I gave your channel a shout out on my last up load!
