Serve yourself...is not selfish.. we all have to think of number 1.. e.g on a plane if suddenly one needs 02 we attend to ourselves first ..then by doing so we can be of help to others e.g our children. We can serve others only when we ourselves are healthy and strong . Having said all that , unfortunately there are selfish people !! however, to think of number 1 and serve thyself is in my opinion different to being selfish.
