- In this video, we are making the perfect smoky goat meat Jollof rice that you are definitely going to love.
INGREDIENTS
* 5 cups rice
* 6 large tomatoes
* 4 scotch bonnet peppers
* 1 medium ginger
* 4 garlic cloves
* 6 shombo pepper
* 3 medium tatashe
* 1 medium onions
* 1 medium onions for boiling meat
* 1 tablespoon salt
* 3 Maggi star
* 2 bay leafs
* 1 scotch bonnet
* 1 tablespoon ginger and garlic mix
* 1 tablespoon thyme
* 1/2 tablespoon curry
* 1/2 + 1/8 cup of oil for rice
* 150g tomato paste
* 1 large onion for rice
* 3 bay leaf for rice
* 500ml water

You need show us how you wash the rice abeg. I used to use force before and that breaks up the grains 😩😩. Now I just boil water and salt, turn it off , throw in the rice and stir for like 3 minutes then rinse out 2ce.....no rubbing the grains
To think I actually filmed that part and decided to not add it because I felt people would know how to do that

I don't use tomato paste anymore these days. It's hard to find authentic ones that's just tomato and salt. These days brands be mixing all sort of things like soy into it to bulk it 🙄😒🤦🏾♂️
