This was my first time using SPRAY PAINTS to create a MURAL for my local skatepark. In this video, I run through what went well and what didn't when I used spray paint to create this piece.

Thanks Martin. It was quite hard work designing the quote to fit into that letterbox shape, but pretty happy with how the final thing came out. Spray paints seem very forgiving, luckily for me it was just solid colours, which helped!

Beyond the scope of anything I would do, which made it twice as impressive. Stretching yourself into new media is one of the many reasons I admire you as an artist. Amazed that it looked so similar to using the Freestyler brush set exept with paint. High quality filming as well. I enjoyed the video and I'm sure the wall will enjoyed for years to come.

I saw that you had yellow and orange. How did you create 3 different levels of yellow with the spray paint on the 3D letters?

I used 3 different shades of the yellow/orange. Something I forgot to mention was working out quantities, which I wasn't very good at and now have about 20 unused cans in my house.
