Nice work bro. Really like your video. Very Helpful. Nice truck too. I started yesterday on my 1985 f150, but the frame and engine and tank are 1980s models f250. I need a fuel sending unit just like yours. Do you this you can helpe. I've looked everywhere for this sending unit nit no one has it. Can you send me the part number for the sending unit. Thank you.
please give me part # for sending unit i have been looking for this for 2 yrs for my 1986 f150 single tank on side. there is a lot of drama on the different sizes of hole in tank for that year.
This is the correct one for the front tank. I installed it recently and it worked great- www.fillernecksupply.com/1980-1986-ford-f-series-outer-fuel-filler-hose-standard-bed-front-tank/ Hope this helps.
If want people to take you serious then first remove them silly rubber gloves, Also the only reason you use a brass rod to loosen or tighten that fuel tank lock ring is to prevent spark so the tank will not explode in someones face. Keep up the vids they do help many people
The fact that you don't take your own safety and wellbeing is your own issue lmao. Don't project that onto other people, those gloves make him more credible not less. Let's not encourage people to fuck their body's up and cover their skin in harmful chemicals unnecessarily
About to do this daunting task on my rusty 86, thanks for the information. Atleast I know what I am looking to do before I tackle it. Thanks again!

Having some trouble with my 85. Do you have the correct filler hose part number? I want to do this same project this weekend.
