I have to say that he`s a very hot guy :s Anyway..I`m very sure his range is larger than this...but he`s a really good singer, don`t matter the range... It`s a nice vid!
ok and would I be correct in assuming that the numbers following the notes are in reference to which octave they're in? I'm sorry for the questions I'm actually a guitarist and not much of a vocalist.
Yea it's simple. It's only like 4 notes. He starts on F#4 in " i can't fight this" then "feel" Bb4, "ing, an" Ab4, "y more" F#4 again and then works his way up to the Bb4 again using the same notes and then back down to the F#4. I don't know how else to explain it lol. You can just look it up and then play the notes by ear.
My range is actually E1 - F5. Disregard my old comment, I had no idea what I was doing. There's one piano I have downstairs and the 4th from last note... D1 I was on pitch with, but I'm not sure- that's one note from growling which is not singing. And an F5 in falsetto. That's what I can sing in between.
I'm confused...are they counting the octaves from the first C on the piano or something else? Because that doesn't sound like any G5 I've ever heard. Then again I come from listening to 80's heavy metal...
You can definitely tell that he is a Tenor. A 2nd Tenor, to be more precise. His timbre is light and airy sort-of-deal. He's just not a high Tenor....people like that access C5 and D5 with their tessitura.
i have the range of an Alto but i have a somewhat deep voice around E3 but im not sure because i dont have much of an ear for pitch but i use a piano to help =L
I can sing: E1 to B4 in chest voice. Idk about falsetto- I'm 15, my voice isn't done maturing and I can't last long without it cracking then I lose my head voice but I know I could go higher than B4 if I sang falsetto. Not too too much higher. So that's 3 octaves. I guess that's good- considering I'm all natural but... yeah I envy the high notes from this one.
well i am only 15 and i dont know how big my range is, what i know i can do so far is chest d1-g4 and about falsetto i aint that sure, but i can hit g5 and i think i can go higher. i not sure yet since my voice still maturing, but i also cant last that long singing before my voice break.
I'm a boy n I'm either a mezzo soprano or soprano..I can belt higher than christina aguilera n mariah Carey but not as high as Patti labelle..my highest belt note is probably a5
Falsetto does count for range, just like a whistle register and vocal fry. Popular music has different rules from classical. In a classical sense, I would only have a range of about F2-C5, but outside of classical, I can go an octave+ higher and a few notes lower. It's all about what type of music is being referred to.
@Jtmagnet0708 dude people like you are called contraltenor the impossible range for male singers its equavalent of an alto mezzo and soprano search in the net the good example for contratenor is adam lambert
@AtariMaxiToriyama yeah, it'd b boring with those so called apparently fake singers with some nice physical and facial features. ignore those little singers who mainly got famous just because of their looks and the teenagers' shallow support! go check out REAL soulful singers, not those cheesy pop teenage stars, who all sound more or less the same. haha yeah, LAME
How many males do you know can hit a G5 in a chest voice? I can only to C5, maybe a D5, in chest voice. But as a tenor, my range is a lot more on the high side than the low side. Even a countertenor I know can only hit an E in chest voice.
what's the note or notes he sings as Jojo at the the end of Horton Hears a Who?
What would his singing part in Horton Hears a Who as Jojo be considered as?
+azmariah94 ikr!!!!!!!! it was VERRYYY AMAZIIIING
Late as ever but that would be a Bb4
Wow he sings really well
actually idc. I still love his voice cuz he's one of few singers who can acutally sing live these days. =]
The Weeknd
The turtle from masked singer
great job :D but he also sings low on the Frosted Pink duet with Carole King
He's so gorgeous.
MY GOD, I love Jesse McCartney
I was just gonna bring that up! lol. The highest note he sings is a really nice Bb4.
I have to say that he`s a very hot guy
:s
Anyway..I`m very sure his range is larger than this...but he`s a really good singer, don`t matter the range...
It`s a nice vid!

can you tell me all his song in this video, his voice is so warm
I think it's a G5, but he does hit what I think is a short C6 in the last chorus of the studio version.
Hey, I like your videos! Could you make one of these about Mandy Moore vocal range? I'd love to watch a video about her like these xD ... thnx
Go turtle 🐢 💕
Thanks :D Ushes is my next video.
My range is actually E1 - F5.
Disregard my old comment, I had no idea what I was doing.

@mjmacrock That's messed up lol but the falsetto steps it up a notch.
I'm confused...are they counting the octaves from the first C on the piano or something else? Because that doesn't sound like any G5 I've ever heard. Then again I come from listening to 80's heavy metal...
I must confess I did not know he sang all of these songs. Is it possible for you to post a list of all the songs you used in this video?
@guisousacunha1 can you do a vocal range video with enrique iglesias? i like his high notes ;D
Do you know any of the other notes? I really REALLY wanna transcribe that solo
hex xo cute...
Look at Adam Lambert. sick full voice (:
You can definitely tell that he is a Tenor. A 2nd Tenor, to be more precise. His timbre is light and airy sort-of-deal. He's just not a high Tenor....people like that access C5 and D5 with their tessitura.
Nah I def think he is a lyric baritone
whoa...there are names for voices o.0 i didnt know that.
What was the song 4 c5? That sounded AMAZING.
Not Your Enemy off of his album "Departure" :)
@guisousacunha1 what program do you use for know what notes people are singing
i have the range of an Alto but i have a somewhat deep voice around E3 but im not sure because i dont have much of an ear for pitch but i use a piano to help =L

@kalakalachuchu Not Your Enemy
@EArulez321 Not Your Enemy
I can sing:
E1 to B4 in chest voice. Idk about falsetto- I'm 15, my voice isn't done maturing and I can't last long without it cracking then I lose my head voice but I know I could go higher than B4 if I sang falsetto. Not too too much higher.

I have a voice but i dont use Falsetoo
some people are gifted
well i am only 15 and i dont know how big my range is, what i know i can do so far is chest d1-g4 and about falsetto i aint that sure, but i can hit g5 and i think i can go higher. i not sure yet since my voice still maturing, but i also cant last that long singing before my voice break.
Luis Ugada damn you 25 now that’s crazy
I wish he would reach C4
Although it's not belted - more of a falsetto. Oops.
what's the name of the song at :50 the Bb4
so is his range good or bad? I dont understand all the names and stuff.
so all these high notes and he's only in the 2 octave range, i would have thought 3 for sure with his falsetto
I'm a boy n I'm either a mezzo soprano or soprano..I can belt higher than christina aguilera n mariah Carey but not as high as Patti labelle..my highest belt note is probably a5
wow...can someone tell me what is falsetto? i not in music field.
He could definitely hit a C6 in falsetto, no problem.
Can someone tell me my vocal range cause i really don't know please 😭
JUstin Timberlake also a male singer use falsetto LOL most of the time,
whats the second song on G4?
can sum one list the songs in order 4 me???
his falsetto notes are very thin, i don't think he can touch a c6
Mmmnew....just neu...those high notes including the g5 are falsetto,his range isn't of 2 octaves and a half....or I'm just dumb
Falsetto does count for range, just like a whistle register and vocal fry. Popular music has different rules from classical. what does all this mean???? im sorry but can someone tell me
I nave noticed that you do research on people who are teenagers and in their EARLY 20s.
I win, it isn't sorprendent almost for me i've heard higuer notes in commun men.
kewl so above average?
@TraKoLock C6 in falsetto isn't very hard
:O really? E1!?
that's not A2 its A3...
@chewerboy yes sahuhsausahsa #fail
@deadworms hahahaahhahahaahaahaaaaha
He has a nice voice, but not the best . VITAS voice is the best.
VITAS has more range .
kewl. Cuz lady gaga probably has a big vocal range...but shes absouletely horried live.
in common men? I dont think so...
he's nasal when he goes to high notes
@AtariMaxiToriyama yeah, it'd b boring with those so called apparently fake singers with some nice physical and facial features. ignore those little singers who mainly got famous just because of their looks and the teenagers' shallow support! go check out REAL soulful singers, not those cheesy pop teenage stars, who all sound more or less the same. haha yeah, LAME
mariah's low notes are more of a man than his'..lol
It's boring. All these popular singers. The only time they hit high notes is in the background or in falsetto or a very light head voice. Lame.
How many males do you know can hit a G5 in a chest voice? I can only to C5, maybe a D5, in chest voice. But as a tenor, my range is a lot more on the high side than the low side. Even a countertenor I know can only hit an E in chest voice.
